Schönes Hotel mit einer sehr netten Dachterrasse. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anreise der Eingangsbereich inkl. Lift renoviert wurde und es dementsprechend sehr laut war und gestunken hat. Die Info hätte ich gerne vorab gewusst. Lage ist sehr gut, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Gegenüber vom Hotel sind nette Frühstücksloakle.

Very pleasant stay at the H10 Casanova. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Used the terrace which was nice and the pool is more like a bath in size but nice to look over Barcelona. Very good location and quiet a few places to eat in the surrounding area.

Lovely, clean attractive hotel in a good location. Lovely rooftop bar and good food. Very reasonably priced. Only real negative was that the inset lights in the desk/TV unit stayed on all night with no means of turning them off. Also, no mirror above dressing table.

Très bel hotel, bon accueil en français, bonne literie, nous avons malheureusement eu un petit souci avec la chasse d\'eau des toilettes qui est resté bloquée, le réceptionniste a pu réparer momentanément cette panne, le lendemain une personne de la maintenance est venue réparer. Malheureusement il a laissé pas mal de crasses (platre) et essuie sale dans la salle de bain les lits n\'ont pas été faits. Il a fallu demander à 3 reprises pour que la salle de bain soit re nettoyée. Au grand déplaisir de la dame d\'entretien qui nous l\'a bien fait paraitre.... Sinon bon séjour, petit déjeuner où on trouve tout ce qu\'il faut. (dommage que le buffet "chaud" soit toujours tiède).

Location - walkable to everything with a metro close by. There’s water and champagne in the lobby. Lobby is spacious and comfortable. The room is spacious it’s cold but noticed Mildew in the shower. Towel that was given to us is overused like the edge is ripped already but everything else is good.

Eduardo front desk was rude and unhelpful. The vibe of this hotel is unwelcoming. Weekend staff were better but not great. No one went out of their way to get to know us or make suggestions. I came back to H10 because of our amazing experience at H10 cubik. I didn’t realize all the H10 are franchised owners. I expected the same level of service but I was mistaken. We had booked 2 rooms x 4 nights at this hotel through hotels.com. We needed an extra night and inquired about booking through them instead of bookings.com. We asked if they would match the rate which they said they couldn’t but they would include breakfast. We agreed. The next day, we went to pay and Eduardo gives us the bill and bill was twice the amount quoted. We were shocked. We tell him this was double the price that was quoted the night before. He insists we misunderstood. H10s own website was less than what he was charging. We said we would book online through hotels.com. He just shrugs his shoulder. At this point, I was so disgusted and regret ever coming to H10 Casanova. Our next visit will not include this hotel. Although the service was terrible, I have to give credit to cleaning staff. The rooms were immaculate.

We arrived at H10 Casanova expecting the same level of service as H10 Cubik at our last stay. Needless to say, the staff was not very welcoming, particularly Eduardo. He was very transactional. We spent 1 week here and it was a great location for us. It is listed as a 4 Star but its maybe a 3-1/2 Star. The restaurant has a very limited menu and the quality is pretty average. Room service didn't replenish our coffee supplies twice, not a huge deal but again attention to detail. The King Superior room doesn't have a table so if you want to order room service or eat your own take out, its on your lap. The other weird deign is a opaque glass wall between the bathroom and room. If the light is on in the bathroom, it lights up the whole room which is an issue at night. Lastly, the wifi is not great as we had issues connecting several times over the week.

The walls in my room desperately need a new coat of paint. The issue of no bellman available to assist with luggage was disappointing, as I travel with 4-5 bags on every trip due to my work. Breakfast was great though.

I love the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived much earlier than expected and they found another room for us. The building is old, but well maintained. We had a good stay and rested well. It was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with someone in a wheelchair. They have an electric lift that only operates with a key. Unfortunately, they lost it one evening so it presented significant challenges but we muddled through. The staff was extremely apologetic but it was a very big hassle. I would suggest staying elsewhere if you're traveling with someone with mobility challenges.

Similarly, I had to follow up to receive the complimentary bottle of wine, and when it was finally delivered, it consisted of two miniature bottles like the ones served on airplanes. One of the two elevators was out of order for the entire duration of our stay.

Very nice property, the staff were great and the rooms were very comfortable! The hotel was in a great area that made it easy to walk to any of the tourist attractions and in general just explore. Very close to the bus stations, train stations and a lot of options for taxis and Ubers near by. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Barcelona.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Restaurants, Metro und Busstation zu Fuß schnell erreichbar .die Rambla erreicht man in wenige Gehminuten! Fantastisk hotell og beliggenhet . Vi bodde på familie rom/suite og den var over all forventning! Eneste jeg kan «klage» på må være at frokosten var veldig dyr. En dag med frokost kostet 56euro , sikkert billigere dersom man forhåndsbestiller dette. Elles anbefaler jeg dette hotellet på det sterkeste . Skal jeg tilbake til Barcelona , så er det dette hotellet jeg kommer til å bruke .
