This is an unusual property. It is unmanned so there are no staff to help if you have any questions. There is no lobby, restaurants or services. Feels more like a University dorm. The best part was the location. It is very convenient to get to Shibuya and Harajuku. The place was clean enough, but the floors were uneven in places and there were some very low ceilings in places which is not ideal for taller people. If you dont plan on hanging out in the room, and just need a place to sleep, it's fine.

Our stay was wonderful! It’s located in a very convenient area. It was also bigger than typical Japanese hotels which is nice. There’s no housekeeping, but you’re given toiletries and a kettle + coffee. There’s also a common area with a sink + dishes, board and card games, and a laundry room. Our room (double twin bed) also came with a balcony and two large windows. Overall, it was great.

入り口に迷いました、事前に登録していたもののチェックインにも少し戸惑いましたが部屋が可愛いくて綺麗、アメニティもしっかり揃っていて廊下にはバルミューダのレンジやオーブン、ヘアアイロン、将棋やトランプ、雑誌、流しにはスプーン類、皿、色々整っていてよかった。心配だった隣の音も全く気にならなかった。ただ室温が上がりにくく布団が薄く、あのルームウェアでは寒くて寝にくかった。加湿器の使い方がわからなくて使えなかったので部屋や廊下の設備の説明書もあればいいですね、近隣のお店が紹介されたファイルはありがたかったです

初めての民泊に不安が少々ありましたが、ベッドも快適でぐっすり眠れました何よりお部屋が可愛い共有スペースにはちょっとしたキッチンや電子レンジ、ランドリールームもあり助かりました場所も良くて渋谷までも徒歩圏内だし、長く滞在したいと思いました

部屋中に髪の毛が散らばっており、清掃されていないように感じた。怖いのでコップなども使用できなかった。床だけでなく、布団やシーツにも前の宿泊客のものと思われる髪の毛が多数ある。交通の便はとても良いが再訪はないです。トイレなど設備は新しいものだったので清掃さえしっかりすれば高評価と思う。

友人の一緒にこちらに宿泊をしました！お部屋は可愛いインテリアでかわいく、とてもきれいでした。フロントが無いホテルですが、事前にご案内を送っていただいており、スムーズにチェックイン出来ました。また是非利用したいです。

立地は最高です。早朝から上の階と横の部屋でガタガタ音と話し声が丸聞こえで壁が薄すぎて寝れませんでした。荷物も預かってくれるサービスもありません。ですが表参道駅が目の前なのでコインロッカーに預けることができました。部屋は可愛らしく、シャワーのみ。だいぶ寝具等が劣化して毛玉だらけでした。

駅から徒歩1分、渋谷や原宿も徒歩圏内で行ける最高の立地でした！フロントデスクの無いホテルですが、細かなご案内がありました。事前にチェックイン手続きをしておいたので現地では時間かからずスムーズにお部屋に行くことができました。お部屋もきれいで、清潔でしたので大満足です。また利用したいです。

ホテルとは言っても民泊に近いので、全館空調とはいかず、部屋に入った時寒く感じました。チェックインしてから自分でエアコンを調節し、暖かくなるのにしばらくかかりました。部屋はとてもキレイで清潔でセンスも良く、快適にすごせました。

一般的なホテルと思っていたら、大間違い。普通のマンションのワンフロアだけがホテルのようで交番で尋ねなければわからないような民泊でビックリした。無人でのチェックインは慣れない人は気をつけないと…。でも、立地や清潔さは悪くも無く、ただテレビがみれない。エアコンがうるさいのはちょっと残念でした。

Everything was within walking distance, konbini, train stations nearby and shopping district. The only con we have is that it didn’t have a front desk so we can forward our luggages. Will recommend to everyone looking to stay in Omote Sando!

The location was great but the place is airbnb style which i was not aware when i booked it. No staff to welcome or assist, and room is not cleaned during your stay. Reasonable price considering the location and there was a triple sharing option available.

2泊したのですが、2泊目のタオルやパジャマ等の交換についてメールで確認したら交換可能の返信をいただき、次の日出かけている間に洗った物に交換していただけました部屋の中の一つ一つの物にこだわりがあり、大好きなフランフランのグッズが使われていて本当に素敵でした

宿泊先としては清潔ですし、特に問題はありません。ですが、完全無人なのですがロックの解除がわかりづらいです。メールにてナンバーが送られてくるのですが、ルームナンバーの他に番号と＊アスタリスクが送られてきます。てっきりルームナンバーを押せば解除されると思いきや、番号+ asteriskを入力しないと解除しないシステムでした。かなり複雑で分かりづらく、日本人なのに日本人にはわかりづらいと感じました。また電話番号も一生懸命ネットで検索しないと出てこないので、すぐにわかるようにマニュアルの横に電話番号ぐらい書いておいた方が良いかと思います。日本人にとっては、asterisk？って感じですよね ※ = asteriskですね。私は知らなかったですが、勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

Everything was within walking distance, konbini, train stations nearby and shopping district. The only con we have is that it didn’t have a front desk so we can forward our luggages. Will recommend to everyone looking to stay in Omote Sando!

立地は最高です。早朝から上の階と横の部屋でガタガタ音と話し声が丸聞こえで壁が薄すぎて寝れませんでした。荷物も預かってくれるサービスもありません。ですが表参道駅が目の前なのでコインロッカーに預けることができました。部屋は可愛らしく、シャワーのみ。だいぶ寝具等が劣化して毛玉だらけでした。

Our stay was wonderful! It’s located in a very convenient area. It was also bigger than typical Japanese hotels which is nice. There’s no housekeeping, but you’re given toiletries and a kettle + coffee. There’s also a common area with a sink + dishes, board and card games, and a laundry room. Our room (double twin bed) also came with a balcony and two large windows. Overall, it was great.

This is an unusual property. It is unmanned so there are no staff to help if you have any questions. There is no lobby, restaurants or services. Feels more like a University dorm. The best part was the location. It is very convenient to get to Shibuya and Harajuku. The place was clean enough, but the floors were uneven in places and there were some very low ceilings in places which is not ideal for taller people. If you dont plan on hanging out in the room, and just need a place to sleep, it's fine.

Really great location, really close to a lot of restaurants and right next to the station. But still the room was quiet and comfortable with none of the noise of the city.
