The staff was awesome and place was great. Views fantastic. Lots of hills to walk but worth the walk. Must be European thing but no wash clothes in bathroom but none of my hotels have had them. One downside is although there is off site parking it is a difficult parking lot. Overall i was very pleased

Great place to stay in Cobh. Spent 2 nights and room was big enough for 4 adults with plenty of room. Chinese restaurant onsite was lovely, ended up eating their both nights we were there. Would stay again.

Extremely kind employees. Half the hotel is renovated and the other half has old charm. There is a Chinese food restaurant on-site however very walkable to other restaurants. We had an excellent view in our room. The parking lot/smoking area was a bit loud and made it hard to sleep at times.

Good acommodation. Very clean, big bedroom, lots of space. If arriving by train, there is a very steep hill to get to it so not very accessible. Staff were friendly, facilities in room were low, minimal towels, basic toiletries, no black out blinds, one bottle of water each for the stay. We slept well most nights, acoutics is very poor so if did get the wrong crowd i could see problems. There was, what I assume, was a child in the room above us and in morning and evenings the ceiling nearly came in with the jumping around. Given the cost its not good value, its very expensive for what it is but assume thats a reflection of where it is.

We loved our stay at the Bella Vista Hotel in Cobh! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the iconic Postcard Row and right near the waterfront. From our room, we had a stunning view of St. Colman’s Cathedral and could even hear the bells ringing, which added a magical touch to our experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and full of charm. If you’re visiting Cobh and want a cozy, scenic place to stay with easy access to everything, Bella Vista is an excellent choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

Kevin and Craiy are fantastic hosts. Warm and friendly, and helpful. Like all their staff. Breakfast was partly self-service and partly table service. All excellent. Great choice too. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Daily service too. Walking distance to everything, with onsight parking. Views from the hotel across the harbour are magnificent. Kevin was helpful and pointed out places to visit nearby or just relax.

Cause beautiful and hot cute little touches. The room itself had a great view of the water stuff was very kind and helpful. We stayed here to get an hour cruise and the staff helped us and was very accommodating and kind and polite. It was easy to walk to shops and stores in Food Court. The community and environment was clean and beautiful.

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean - comfortable beds and large bathroom. We were disappointed the restaurant was not open the evening we arrived. After a long travel day we had to walk down a steep hill (about a mile) for dinner. Breakfast was delicious, however.

The room we had (at the rear) had no view at all, completely obscured by a tall wooden fence. Getting to it via a narrow staircase is a little tricky with suitcases. However, the room itself was clean though very basic. The hotel is not close to the harbour as the pictures might suggest. I think it’s a bit expensive for what it is.

From checking in and making sure our bags were delivered to meals to advice on what to do and see - every single staff member was friendly, efficient and welcoming! The hike up the hill from town is steep but to get to this lovely home away from home, it was very worth it! Can’t recommend enough.

Beautiful view of the water out our front window. Walkable to the main part of town and the shore line. We were relocated to a property not at the hotel proper. It worked out great!

The staff were super friendly and we were given a free upgrade which was very cool since it's only ever happened once to me. The only negative thing was we ate in the restaurant and I think my chicken was cooked in a pan with fish (or which had fish cooked previously and possibly wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough) since there was a strong fish taste from the chicken.
