Very well located hotel, but not in good condition anymore. We arrived with our 1.5-year-old child and had requested a baby cot in advance. However, when we entered the room, we found a large adult extra bed instead. We asked for it to be replaced with a baby cot, but unfortunately this never happened. In the end, we simply gave up and our child slept with us. The day before our departure, we asked at reception whether a late check-out would be possible, as our child normally sleeps at noon. The receptionist was very kind and told us that we could definitely stay until 1:00 PM, but suggested that we come back in the morning to confirm it with reception. However, when we returned in the morning, our request was firmly refused and we were told that we had to leave the room by 11:00 AM. What was most disappointing was the lack of flexibility and consistency. I also work with hotels, so I understand that late check-out cannot always be guaranteed, but in this case we had specifically asked in advance and had been told that staying until 1:00 PM would not be a problem.

Our first room smelled of piss and because there were no more housekeeping staff around, we were upgraded to another room. This one was very clean and unlike the first one, had a variety of complimentary items (coffee, tea, soda, hygiene items, bedroom slippers, etc). On the ground floor, there are things to do for kids - table tennis, Xbox, lego, etc. really good location in the middle of Gdansk old town

Stayed here for four night. Ideal location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of options for kids to spend time in the lobby. Breakfast was good as well. Would love to come back here!
