We liked the large double-queen accessible room. Unfortunately, it had an air conditioner problem and we had to change rooms. The issue and resolution happened quickly and the staff were very empathetic to our situation. We loved the breakfast options and later in the week the Halloween decorations!

Amazing stay. The breakfast was fantastic. The property is well maintained. I’d definitely stay again when I visit my brother. The only issue I had was that the coffee cups had an oil base film on them and when hot coffee is added, it lifted off the cup and pooled in your coffee. It looked like an oil slick. That’s the manufacturer’s fault. I’ll just bring my own cup. Overall, it’s a 5 star stay. Great hiking near by too.

Pet friendly. A designated pet area would be nice but we made the best of it.

I booked here because it was 7-10 minutes away from CalPoly Pomona. Since we had a long drive from the bay, I called and asked if they can do an early check-in. We were also travelling with a Frenchie so we really needed to cool down. I called at 8am and received a response at 11:00 which was perfect timing because we were just done moving my son in to his dorm. We were nicely greeted by a couple of friendly staff. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was nice and clean. By the way, their toiletries here by far the best ones I've used from hotels. Check out experience was fast as well. We weren't able to use our comp breakfast since we had to leave early so I cannot really say anything about that but aside from great experience with our stay here, we were also welcomed by good choices of food options and a few boba places. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my son.
