New hotel. Comfortable beds. Woke to some noise…couldn’t figure out if it was fridge or pipes. Called before hand and was told hotel pool was closed. But found out upon arrival you can use Marriott pool next door. Would have been nice if the person who answered my call had told me that.

We were here for a soccer tournament and we really appreciate that they put us all in the same floor. I love the free breakfast it saved us time and money. They have an awesome patio outside by the pool where we were able to make a carne asada for the team. The staff even brought us utensils to use. The rooms were clean and very spacious. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels.

This was a fairly new hotel...so I had high hopes. This was one of those places my wife calls a "dirty corners" hotel. The middle of the room was clean, but the corners were pretty gross. Strange matter on the mirrors, all the corners had hair and dirt built up in them. The drawers in the dresser unit looked to have small black pellets (mouse?) in them along with spare change from the last occupant. Nice facility...great location. Just needs a deep clean and better daily cleaning.

First the bathroom had black around the tile around the toilet. The house cleaning just needs to really clean. Bed was too high. I had to check out a day early due to the heating system just was not up to par and I was told when I checked out a day early I was not going to be reimbursed.

There was a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, took them 10 minutes to send someone up. Did not receive any kind of support after the incident. I send them the pictures and videos of the roach in my room, they said a manager would contact me to compensate and handle the situation. It has now been 20 days since the incident, i have called multiple times, they keep saying the manager will call me and I still have received no support for this. ROACH in room at 6AM! Seriously! Do better IHG. Terrible support

Travelled with my son’s soccer team for a tournament. The photos made the pool look a lot bigger. Complimentary breakfast was great, room was perfect for our family of 5 and our pup. Love that they’re family and pet friendly! Would stay again

Good location in Chino Hills. Modern large rooms which were nice and clean. Plenty of parking with some food options within walking distance (the Luchador Mexican pub was nice). A/C was a tiny bit noisy (had a rattle sound) but not enough to stop your sleep. Staff were super nice. Overall happy with choice.

Decent new hotel, good location, safe area. Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and professional. I didn’t catch his name but he was Asian with glasses and slick back hair. 5 star service from him. Few complaints I had was the bathroom area smelled like mold, walls and floors were very thin, I can hear a kid running back and forth all night from the floor above us. Complementary breakfast would of been nice but the hot food items ran out and there was a long line of guest waiting for them to restock it

My wife and I came in late because of a flight delay. I tried calling and messaging 6 hours ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving after midnight. I was unable to get a hold of anyone. When we did arrive, the front doors were locked. Nobody answered the intercom. We banged on the windows to get the night attendant’s attention. Then, they gave us our room number and keys. The key didn’t work, thankfully, because they placed someone else in our reserved room. He was unhappy being woken at 4 am. Then they gave us a downgraded room, which we accepted because it was 4 am and we were exhausted. When I asked about a refund for the room downgrade, I was offered points because I was a member (I’m not a member, they gave me someone else’s room). Also, breakfasts were inadequate and their coffee was terrible. Clean place. Terrible management. I asked to speak to management because I understand front desk people don’t have the ability to make decisions or refund money. Still waiting to hear back.

Our check-in process was horrible. The front desk processed our credit card for incidentals three times. The man at the front desk kept crediting it and recharging our card. He couldn't figure out the check-in, so he let us into our room without giving us keys. We did not receive keys until 11:30pm. The following day, we were told our payment didn't go through. I literally pulled my laptop out and showed them all the charges they processed. Our key was deactivated and we were locked out of our room. After speaking to the manager and sorting everything out, I requested a late check-out to which the manager agreed. We had a late night on our last night, so my husband and son were still sleeping when our room was called just after regular check-out time telling us that we were going to be charged because we hadn't checked out yet. I spoke to the same manager again, and she apologized for the confusion and ensured us that we would not be charged. Had one of these things happened, I would have understood; however, it was one issue after another. While the staff was not rude, things seemed very unorganized. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

This Hoilday inn Express just like the other one. Placed an hold on my card last week and it is still hasn't been released. And the manager hasn't called back. They refused me service that night without that deposit and the room was already paid for. I will NEVER use the Holiday Inn Expess again.

Was a good pit stop after a long flight. Collected the car and drove 40 mins from Lax to get a good nights sleep before heading to vegas. Guy on the front desk was excellent. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Local food options available. Free breakfast the following day added real value for money. Was a lot of offerings available and I think was worth an additional $20 on the stay but it was part of the price. I’ll come back here again.

Its a clean hotel and safe however, they have serious issues when it comes with credit card refunds. You will be asked to make one time deposit for ur stay at hotel, its more than a week now since I checked out and no refund to my card yet!! When I checked in , i paid full amount for my stay. The coming day, an extra room charge was debited from my card with no reason & when i asked, they replied system mistake!!!!

This location was perfect for my needs. I planned to meet friends that live in Chino Hills. And I had plans in Pomona during the visit. This worked out perfectly. We had great food choices nearby, access to the freeway, comfy beds and a sleeper bed, and a clean room. Ideal stay!

Such a nice new hotel in the area. It’s closed to everything. 5 mins driving to shopping mall, supermarket. I especially love the complimentary breakfast and there is coffee and tea all day available in the lobby!

Very convenient location. Right next to the freeway. Only mishap we had was one of the elevators broke but there was a second one so it was fine. Beds are comfy and it was clean.

I loved staying there; the place was very clean and had excellent service. It's conveniently located near the freeway, and there are many fast food and restaurant options, as well as an urgent care center nearby. Our room was spotless, even though it overlooked the freeway. The room had a massive TV, clean sheets, rugs, and sofa. Breakfast was your typical HIE food, but it was served hot with biscuits, eggs, and the best yogurt I've ever had. They had a gym too elliptical, treadmill weights and others with a big TV

The front desk ladies and the maintenance guys were super friendly. The hotel was clean and in great shape. Breakfast attendants were non existant. They would not restock anything about an hour before breakfast was over. One day the trash at breakfast was overflowing over both trash cans and onto the counter. Two days there was no oatmeal, one cereal was out, milk or pancakes and this was an hour before it was supposed to be over. The room was clean upon arrival but the cleans during our stay were not good at all.
