Big and lovely room, comfy bed, nice bathtub for a soak, incredible breakfast. The pool and fitness center were very small . Great customer service. The area right around was just ok but close walk to good area inside the walls

We loved this hotel! Sauna every morning before an excellent diverse breakfast! Super comfy beds and hot shower. The staff was lovely and only a 2 blocks from the old city. Parking was a breeze. 10/10!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Had a spa service that was wonderful. Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the old town, 15-20 minutes walk to the train station. Ate at the restaurant twice the food was so good.

The pool on the roof top was stunning with beautiful 360 degree views over the city. The included breakfast buffet was outstanding and one of the best we've ever had. Loved this place!!

I asked for my room to be cleaned up when I went out in the morning, but when I came back at 4pm, it was not cleaned up. And at night, the smell came from the sewer, making it difficult to stay.

We do not recommend this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we found a bag containing dirty underpants in our room. We then found several dead flies. The sheets were dirty. The room was noisy. I'm sure you can find a better hotel in Évora.

The hotel rooms were small, but clean, quiet and convenient to the town and most tourist sites. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was about the best I've had. I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Evora. Its a beautiful city.

The Vitoria Stone Hotel is a lovely property. The room with a balcony was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a good location and very walkable to the old town. Parking was good. Excellent breakfast that included anything you could possibly want. Rooftop pool was beautiful. We would recommend and stay here again.

A hotel with unusual design which is only moderately successful. The worst aspect was the lighting in the bedroom which was far too dark, lacked real flexibility and, in particular, made reading in bed very difficult. Sound proofing was poor. However, breakfast was truly excellent.

A lot of noisy from the restaurant upstairs that made it hard to sleep. There is Assisi very bad sound insulation between the rooms. If a hotel don’t fulfill the basic minimum that you pay for ”a bed to sleep” then it’s s very bad hotel.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. It was easy walking distance to inside the walls, and if you wished there were lots of good eating options withing a few hundred meters. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel pictures make it appear more scenic than it is. It’s nestled next to an old strip mall. With that being said, the inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy. The hotel location is close to the walled city. We ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but our waiter was rude and inattentive.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were great - particularly that they were air conditioned and the showers were a great size for Europe. We liked that it was walkable. The staff was nice, but we had asked (by email) for a dinner reservation to be made and the staff would not. For a hotel of this level, we would expect such a request to be fulfilled.

Best part was the location, hotel photos very deceiveing, small and cramped,lucky luggage fit in the room. No coffee or tea until the restaurant opens up at 07:30 so if you are an early riser and like a coffee don't stay here, the night desk man very rude, the one day female front desk was exceptional.

Mini-suite is spacious with a bay window seating overlooking the street and a balcony in front of the room. Its double-bed is comfy and has extra pillows. This hotel is within walking distance to all major sights within the historic town. Breakfast spread is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel provides for a gourmet dining experience. This is a very stylish hotel with a very modern feel in the lobby and common spaces and in the rooms. The rooftop pool and the breakfast room were very cool spaces For us, the best part about this hotel was the location. With a short few block walk, you were at the gate of the old city section of Évora. In the old city are wonderful alleys and squares and Roman ruins to wander through. Also there are many restaurants and cafes in the old city.

The hotel is conveniently located so you can easily walk to the walled in area of Evora without having to actually stay in all of the chaos inside the wall. So glad that we did not have to actually drive inside the walled in area. Vitoria Stone is a very nice hotel with a roof top pool & gym. The food in their restaurant was very good. Their quesadilla was probably the best I've ever had. The breakfast each morning was very good with plenty of choices. Great service throughout the hotel. Room was very nice, clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony to the room & the balcony off of the restaurant in the evenings.

The location and parking--available in a public parking lot directly beside this hotel--were the selling features of this hotel. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the food at the bar restaurant on the 4th floor was terrible (it took 45 minutes for the restaurant to prepare a vegetable soup, toast, salad, and French fries--and they were all served cold).

Très bel hôtel. Bien situé pour visiter, 15 minutes de marche pour se rendre aux principales attractions. Le déjeuner est excellent, beaucoup de choix. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était très bon. Piscine et terrasse sur le rooftop. Chambre très belle et lit confortable. Bien que nous avons resté seulement une nuit, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We spent one day/night in Evora exploring and the hotel was in a great location. Parking is very limited if you have a rental but we did find some in the plaza behind the hotel . The room was well appointed and pretty spacious for Europe . All areas were clean and my husband and daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool (not heated ). The breakfast (included ) was absolutely wonderful . I’d definitely stay there again and recommend this property without hesitation .
