Goed verblijf in een appartement met extra slaapkamer. Geen afstandelijk verblijf maar echt aandacht voor gasten van begin tot eind. Heel erg schoon met goede medewerkers. Goede kwaliteit van materialen, douche, handdoeken en zeep in het appartement. Een mooie en complete wellness en een prima zwembad met een goede temperatuur. Helaas geen gym fitness ruimte. Wat opvalt is dat het een combinatie is van oud en nieuw. Dit geeft bij aankomst enige twijfeling maar dat wordt goed gemaakt door de kwaliteit van al het andere. De ondergrondse parkeergarage, wellness, zwembad, ski droogruimte en ruime kamers zorgen voor een ontspannen verblijf. Sommige details zoals een schuifdeur bij de badkamer, een open douche zonder deur en bij de wellness een paar koude douches kunnen beter maar in zijn geheel hadden wij een prima verblijf.

We booked this hotel last minute through Expedia, and the listing mentioned nothing about breakfast. During check-in, the front desk staff told us about the breakfast hours, giving us the impression it was included. The next morning, we had breakfast, but at check-out, we were surprised with a €17 per person breakfast charge. At no point were we informed that breakfast wasn’t included or that it came with an extra fee until the moment we checked out. When I expressed my surprise, the front desk attendant awkwardly pointed to a “hotel policy” sheet, which only listed various hours for amenities and a charge for EV charging. Nowhere did it mention breakfast as an additional charge. I have stayed at numerous hotels, and typically, if breakfast isn’t included, you’re asked upfront if you’d like to add it. Here, it felt like they were trying to take advantage. The breakfast itself was disappointing. If you don’t arrive early, they don’t restock, so options run out quickly. Det sødeste personale. Men vi havde booket en lejlighed med 2 værelser en stue, køkken og badeværelse samt balkon. Men vi fik desværre en lejlighed med et værelse, en stue, køkken, badeværelse og terrasse. Jeg vil ikke kalde det at de har wellness - der er en pool som virker beskidt, sauna der ikke er tændt og en vandseng - ingen forfriskninger. Restauranten havde åben en aften. Morgenmaden var fin. De har ikke massage på hotellet, men de kan ringe til en og få en til at komme - det var fantastisk massage.

There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff! The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus. Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas. Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here.

Lovely hotel with very nice pool. We stayed for 1 night before driving south to Italy. Parking, pool and charger available. The supply in the 2 rooms were a bit random, 2 glasses in one room, but none in the other room. Only one rope in one of the rooms, but 2 in the other. Only tee and no coffee in either rooms.

Très agréable séjour. Nous avions deux nuits en appartements et une en penthouse. Nous avons de suite été surclassés en penthouse. Le personnel très agréable. Le ménage n’était pas hyper bien fait quand nous sommes arrivés mais dans l’ensemble nous recommandons évidemment ce lieu. C’est un peu éloigné d’Innsbruck (comptez 20 minutes pour aller dans la vieille ville) mais la vue est magnifique !!! La piscine était un peu froide à notre goût mais tout était top !

Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone

Das Hotel ist in einem super Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Service und alle anderen Mitarbeiter inkl Masseur und Koch arbeiten gewissenhaft und gast- und kundenorientiert. Direkt am Hotel fährt der Skibus zum Skigebiet. Wir hatten mit unserem Kind und Hund einen tollen Aufenthalt und viel Freude. Gern kommen wir beim nächsten Mal wieder

Dont stay in the penthouse!!! We booked a penthouse for three people via Expedia, with over 75 m², two beds and a sofa bed, separate bedrooms, soundproofing, daily cleaning, and a surprise for my sister’s birthday. The room was much smaller than described: one bedroom, one sofa bed, and no separate rooms. The balcony was almost the same size as the room and shared with two other rooms – far from private. The walls were thin; we could hear the neighbors clearly. No cleaning was done during our three-day stay, and the promised birthday surprise was never delivered. At the reception, we received no understanding. They insisted this was the correct room. When we expressed dissatisfaction, they told us (at 10:00 PM) we could leave and find another hotel ourselves. No effort was made to find a solution. The stay was disappointing, and the communication was poor. We did not receive what was promised. Even worse, Expedia has taken no action regarding our complaint. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen, das Personal sehr nett, der Spa Bereich war schön, das Zimmer groß mit tollem Ausblick. There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff! The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus. Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas. Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here.

We booked this hotel last minute through Expedia, and the listing mentioned nothing about breakfast. During check-in, the front desk staff told us about the breakfast hours, giving us the impression it was included. Top Restaurant und Neubau, sonst teilweise noch etwas in die Jahre gekommenes/abgenutztes Interieur, z.B maroder Putz und sonstiges im Hallenbad, das dennoch schön ist. Der Check-in war freundlich, doch nachdem wir erst davon überzeugt wurden Halbpension gebucht zu haben, wurde nach in Anspruch nahme der Leistung doch zurückgerudert und am Ende das Abendessen in Rechnung gestellt. Am Abend hieß es noch „keine Sorge ich sehe hier das sie Halbpension gebucht haben, dann stimmt das schon“ Beim Check-out dann eine unfreundliche Dame die darauf beharrte wir seien selbst Schuld und in keinster Weise Verständnis zeigte oder versuchte zu verstehen wie es zu diesem Missverständnis kommen konnte. Alles in allem ist nur das Restaurant mit Top Essen und Service und die neuen Zimmer und Spa Bereich zu empfehlen, sonst total enttäuschend. Ich würde insgesamt von diesem Hotel abraten - wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Das Hotel ist in einem super Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Service und alle anderen Mitarbeiter inkl Masseur und Koch arbeiten gewissenhaft und gast- und kundenorientiert. Direkt am Hotel fährt der Skibus zum Skigebiet. Wir hatten mit unserem Kind und Hund einen tollen Aufenthalt und viel Freude. Gern kommen wir beim nächsten Mal wieder

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zum Skifahren optimal, direkter Halt des Skibusses vor der Tür (leider nur einmal am Tag). Mit dem Auto in 5min. an der Talstation Schlick 2000. Wir hatten ein großzügiges Studio. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider kann man die Heizung nicht regulieren, uns war es fast zu warm. Tolles Frühstück mit viel frischen Obst. Uns hat es gefallen.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zum Skifahren optimal, direkter Halt des Skibusses vor der Tür (leider nur einmal am Tag). Mit dem Auto in 5min. an der Talstation Schlick 2000. The next morning, we had breakfast, but at check-out, we were surprised with a €17 per person breakfast charge. At no point were we informed that breakfast wasn’t included or that it came with an extra fee until the moment we checked out. When I expressed my surprise, the front desk attendant awkwardly pointed to a “hotel policy” sheet, which only listed various hours for amenities and a charge for EV charging. Nowhere did it mention breakfast as an additional charge. I have stayed at numerous hotels, and typically, if breakfast isn’t included, you’re asked upfront if you’d like to add it. Here, it felt like they were trying to take advantage. The breakfast itself was disappointing. If you don’t arrive early, they don’t restock, so options run out quickly. I was asked if I’d like scrambled eggs but never actually received them. The spa facilities were outright unpleasant. The pool was cold, not heated, and had clumps of hair floating around – I personally removed three large strands. The steam room smelled strongly of chlorine, making it feel anything but healthy, and the only decent part was the Finnish sauna, which at least maintained a good temperature. Top Restaurant und Neubau, sonst teilweise noch etwas in die Jahre gekommenes/abgenutztes Interieur, z.B maroder Putz und sonstiges im Hallenbad, das dennoch schön ist. Der Check-in war freundlich, doch nachdem wir erst davon überzeugt wurden Halbpension gebucht zu haben, wurde nach in Anspruch nahme der Leistung doch zurückgerudert und am Ende das Abendessen in Rechnung gestellt. Am Abend hieß es noch „keine Sorge ich sehe hier das sie Halbpension gebucht haben, dann stimmt das schon“ Beim Check-out dann eine unfreundliche Dame die darauf beharrte wir seien selbst Schuld und in keinster Weise Verständnis zeigte oder versuchte zu verstehen wie es zu diesem Missverständnis kommen konnte. Alles in allem ist nur das Restaurant mit Top Essen und Service und die neuen Zimmer und Spa Bereich zu empfehlen, sonst total enttäuschend. Ich würde insgesamt von diesem Hotel abraten - wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

The views at this hotel are exceptional. Our beds were comfy and we loved the sauna. The restaurant was closed so we were sad about that, but I don’t think it was quite their busy season yet. We loved having coffee on our porch and the views were so very memorable.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and the service has been outstanding every single time. This visit was a little different, as the kitchen was unfortunately closed. Normally, they serve amazing food that tastes absolutely fantastic, so we definitely missed that experience. However, the reception staff went above and beyond by helping us order food from a wonderful local restaurant and having it delivered directly to the hotel. We truly love this hotel, and it will always be our first choice whenever we travel to Italy. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
