It was a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. The sign in the pool area was hilarious and a bit off putting….I’d maybe change the wording to “stomach issues” or “health concerns” instead of persons with “diarrhea”…kind of makes a person not want even go in the pool. Only other thing I’d suggest there is to put more air circulation in the pool/hot tub area. Windows you can open to the outside air would help in summer. It got pretty hot and stagnant in that area and we could only handle it for a very short time. Otherwise, great place! I’d stay there again with no hesitation. The breakfast was very good!!

Room was clean and comfortable. King room, bed pushed right up against the window making it tricky to get in on that side. Staff was friendly, hotel is very clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was ICE cold, while hot tub was fine. Overall would definitely recommend, but check the water temp before taking a dip.

Generally was good and clean, rooms were quiet and so were the hallways. The pool area was way too busy, even close to closing time at 10pm it was overrun and loud. Tried to go in twice and both times it was full of people and a lot of yelling. Not a relaxing environment to enjoy a hot tub!

We stayed at this location just over a year ago and the hotel rooms were okay - not the cleanest. Service was alright but this time around we were presently surprised! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless - happy to say, I didn't need lysol!

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel (now called the Airdrie Inn) on October 11-12. Check-in was fine and the 2-Queen bed room was average. A few things: - There was no temperature control in the fridge - There was just one barn door that covered the bathroom entry and the hall closet. It’s a terrible setup. - Under the lounge chair in the corner was a sock from a previous guest - On the first morning of our stay, I instantly smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke when I turned on the bathroom fan. We told the front desk immediately; she was apologetic and said it would be looked into. We went out for the whole day and when we returned, the smell was less noticeable but still there. On the second morning, we couldn’t smell any smoke. When checking out, we reminded them about the cigarette smell and dirty sock in the room. The front desk attendant was apologetic while a woman who looked like management just ran away from the conversation. There was no offer provided. It was very disappointing to have to deal with cigarette smoke when it’s not something that you expect these days.

Very clean and relatively new hotel in a quiet location. Friendly and efficient staff, very welcoming. Nice sized room with huge bathroom. Comfortable beds and good complimentary breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

The property itself is nice. I was able to have breakfast before heading off for the day but no restaurant on site. The property is away from everything else, not within walking distance of anything. The rooms were nice, quite basic. No closet and no robes for the pool. The hotel is fairly quiet although it sounded like I had an elephant walking above me this morning. The staff is very nice and very accommodating. Overall a fair stay. The room was clean and they have nice big tvs.

We came for my son's 10th birthday and had a few friends over. Family suite was nice with a seperate sleeping room, kitchenette amd a living room area. I would suggest they switch the couch from a yellow, suede couch to a wipeable material. My kids ran into eachother and there was blood everywhere. I had to scrub the couch with a sponge and dishsoap but there were other stains on it. Pool, hot tub, food was good and the service was good also. Beds were comfy and room was clean.

The double queen rooms are very poorly designed with a loud and clunky barn style door for the bathroom that kept startling us awake each time we had to use the bathroom and then wouldn’t close all the way by morning. Apparently the king rooms have normal bathroom doors. There is very minimal soundproofing so you hear other guests doors opening and closing, planes approaching and departing from the airport. On the plus side: the staff was friendly, the beds were comfy and breakfast buffet was really good.

Not to far from airport. Easy parking. Room is tight for 6. Sofa bed just next to windows AC. Loud and cold. I ordered a suite for 6 pers but just got a room for 6 pers. Not sure Expedia’s problem or not. Breakfast offered was good!

Nice clean hotel. A little tough to access from highway 2 but much more reasonable than Calgary hotels. Ask for a room on the east side of the hotel to avoid traffic noise from Highway two.

Aside from a completely inedible buffalo chicken wrap from the in-house restaurant (that they credited me for upon checkout when I just casualty mentioned it in passing) - this place was beautiful. Great room with two queens and a pull out couch, which we needed because we were one couple and two singles who didn't want to share a bed. Fairfield is one of the VERY FEW facilities that offered this option during our 12-day travels through AB & BC. Aside from great facilities, kind and attentive staff, and easy parking, another highlight was the breakfast that was included with the room. Fairly large and plentiful variety of items, and everything was really good (except maybe they could not crisp up the bacon so much that it turns to dust when you bite it). This was the seeding Fairfield facility during our trip. and I highly recommend them.

I was late checking in due to vehicle issues returning from Vancouver. I asked for a late checkout, which was refused instantly. Despite the children being exhausted, the staff still did not show any compassion. Disappointed.

On December 14, 2024 our stay was interrupted by children running, screaming, and knocking on doors until sometime after 11pm. At 10 pm I contacted the front desk and was told they had spoken to the hockey team manager and the parents still didn't do anything. This is also what she said on check out. Highly disappointed. These childrens parents also sat on the lobby sofas and in the breakfast area, drinking alcohol, and using it as their own personal party space. It was loud and highly inappropriate. The hotel was clean, but I will not stay here again due to the lack of response to the unruly guests.

Room was right across the hall from two conference areas and kids were up until 1 am playing ball hockey. There were parents and kids running around and drinking until late at night. Called the front desk several times but because they didn't have a security staff they couldn't do anything. The front desk staff was nice but this was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay. Clean room, facilities and helpful staff. The only downside for us was the location. It’s in an industrial area with shops a driving distance. With that said, we were able to order food to the hotel which fixed that problem.

This was a really nice place for us to stay. Finding the exact entrance off of the highway was a bit tricky, because while you can easily see the hotel from the highway, it is still about a 3/4 mile drive to get there due to the odd access road system. Beyond that, the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was spacious and modern/updated and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent too.

Staff is friendly and continental breakfast was amazing. You get everything from make your own Belgian waffles to bacon, saisage, eggs, frittatas, bagels, cereal, etc. Well worth it. The hot tub was nice and clean, and rooms were very clean as well.

It is awkward to get into this hotel with a whole roundabout way of driving around to get to the front doors. This hotel would not be walkable to anywhere and there is no restaurant on site. The hotel was FULL of young hockey children the entire weekend and despite asking them directly to stop running down the halls screaming and playing in the elevators, and then calling the front desk to complain - nothing was done to rectify the situation. The breakfast was your standard hotel free breakfast nothing interesting about it. The front desk staff were friendly enough.
