Everything about this resort was top notch! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with cold towels & champagne by the sweetest staff. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We stayed Preferred and our butler Ray was incredible! He really made our stay even more special. For an all inclusive the food was good, and drinks were great, especially at the preferred pool & preferred bar lounge. Weather was fabulous and we fell in love with the Dominican Republic. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Secrets Tides Punta Cana, and I can honestly say it was one of the most refreshing, rejuvenating stays we have ever experienced. From the exact moment we stepped onto the property, an immediate sense of relaxation washed over us—we knew right then and there that every detail was going to be handled with absolute five-star perfection. The welcome set the tone for the entire trip: as we checked in, we were handed two glasses of chilled champagne to toast our anniversary. It was a thoughtful, warm touch that made us feel instantly pampered. We opted to stay in the Preferred Club, and it was worth every single penny. To put it simply: there is literally nothing they could have done better. Every single aspect of our stay—from the service and accommodations to the amenities and overall ambiance—was a knockout performance of flawless execution and top-tier quality control. The staff anticipates your every need with genuine warmth, making you feel like royalty without ever feeling stuffy or overly formal. If I could snap my fingers and stay another 8 days, I’d do it in a heartbeat. If you are debating whether to book this resort—especially the Preferred Club level—stop thinking and do it. It’s an absolute masterpiece of a resort!

This was my best stay out of my 10+ years of traveling. Updated amenities, pleasant and competent staff, multiple restaurants of different variety. This place was absolutely gorgeous and there were activities every night. The hospitality was over the top!

If you're going for the beach you will be disappointed. Mother nature has taken a toll on the beach area. Major beach erosion has accured. Also the folks trying to sell you stuff doesn't know what no thank you or no, gracias means. :-)
