We loved the property. It was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The only downside was we were there during a really hot heat wave and the room had no AC which is fine, but the suite did not have any screens on any windows or doors therefore when we opened our windows at night to stay cool during this heat wave, we were eating alive by mosquitoes. Our entire family had mosquito bites all over us and we barely slept the three nights we were there. We were shocked that for the suite of this beautiful hotel there were no screens on any windows. Besides this issue with the room, we loved everything else about the hotel. The pool was nice. Staff was great restaurant was amazing. The management should really look into investing in screens for the three windows in the suite

This property is absolutely amazing. Beautiful location. Helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast selection of hot and cold options. The views towards Salzburg are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and provide you with nice little touches like two free full size water bottles upon checking in. All in all we would recommend this property as it is close to Salzburg yet gives you a nice break from the tourist crowds.

Staff were kind and courteous. Cute rustic cabin like hotel. And free snack, fruits and drinks with a handwritten welcome card plus a birthday greeting and present for my daughter- all held such a welcoming personal touch. We appreciated all that! Thank you

Old style Austrian hotel. Good service by staff, breakfast good. Excellent views from the hotel and really good pool.

Great hotel and great restaurant - only thing missing was coffee machine in room. Good location as long as you hire a car.
