El servicio de transporte no está bien informado y es PARCIAL, cosa de la que el cliente se entera después de haber hecho la reserva, hay una franja grande de tiempo en la que no se puede desplazar hotel-aeropuerto y viceversa El transporte hay que tomarlo en un hotel cercano, no en el mismo hotel (Holyday inn)

Lacked direct shuttle to airport & charged 10 Euros with limited bags alowed. Had to walk a block to other hotel; parking was NOT free; no AC in room so too hot to sleep. AC had been truned off as it was October. Would not turn it back on for us.

Es como una habitación de un hostel con un lavamanos al lado de la cama. Encima muy chiquita la pileta de manos. No hay forma de no salpicar todo el piso de la habitación. El inodoro está ahí al lado con una puerta que no cierra. La ducha lo mismo, al lado de la cama. A quien se le ocurre semejante cosa? Por otro lado el shuttle no está incluido, sale 6 euros solo con 1 valija. Si tienes más equipaje te cobran 6 euros más por maleta adicional. Si lo esperas en el aeropuerto no llega nunca, tiene pocos horarios y en el hotel no te atiende nadie el teléfono. Además para tomarlo hacia el aeropuerto no sale del hotel, hay que ir a tomarlo a otro hotel que está por ahí. Es decir que conviene más tomar un Uber. Lo único aceptable es el desayuno. Pero por la plata que gasté en Ubers la verdad que me convenía más ir a un hotel de mayor categoría, que al menos tuviese secador de pelo. No volvería.

Newer hotel with rooms about average size for a European hotel. Everything was clean and nice. At first food options appear limited but there is a walk way over the highway with several local restaurants. We took the bus and connected to an underground train downtown. Costs about $10us a person and took about 40 minutes. Uber presence is strong everywhere even later in the day. Shuttle to the airport runs during the morning and evening. It’s about a 15 minute ride and costs $6 a person. Pick up and drop off is at the holiday inn express next door. If we hadn’t asked we would not have known. It’s a coach bus with plenty of comfortable seating. Overall excellent hotel for the price.

Achei o hotel excelente. Apesar de pequeno, o quarto é bem planejado e muito organizado. Estava bem limpo e a cama era bem confortável. A equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa e o café da manhã estava excelente. A única desvantagem é que fica relativamente longe do centro da cidade, mas apesar disso, recomendo.

I had a really nice stay at the Ibis Budget Madrid Aeropuerto. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the room was quiet with excellent blackout blinds. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the food was good at dinner too. This is an excellent hotel to stay at if you need somewhere close to the airport.

Hotel cercano al aeropuerto. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cama cómoda. El baño lo encontramos sucio. No había toallas para manos. No pudimos ver casi ningún canal en la tv, mala señal. Me ofrecieron secador de pelo, hay una maquina expendedora de bebidas y snack en el lobby. No optamos por el desayuno pues nuestro vuelo salía temprano. Tomamos uber al aeropuerto pues el shuttle te cobra 5€ por persona y 5€ por maleta por lo que no nos convenía. Al final, en relación conveniencia/precio, nos habría convenido quedarnos en el centro de Madrid y tomar el taxi directo al aeropuerto la mañana del vuelo.

Ibis Budget hotels are the Ikea of hotel rooms. They are okay: clean, bed, shower, and a WC. Just enough floor space for your feet, not your luggage. The walls are particle board, barely painted over. It's a box with a bed inside. No thermostat, no control over the HVAC. How you can be an "airport hotel" and more than 30-minutes from the airport is beyond me. They share the shuttle with the Holiday Inn across the way, so plan time to lug your stuff over there. Staff was helpful.

Waited in line 45 minutes to check in. Room was tiny and basic at best. No bathroom - water closet for toilet, shower next to WC, and tiny sink between them. Thermostat was so high on the wall I couldn’t see the display. Toilet sounds from neighboring rooms were loud and clear, especially when flushed, and sewage smell permeated my room at times. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but you have to pay for it and lug your bags a block away to the next hotel.

Check in was very slow, and took 5 attempts to take payment before they realised card machine was broken. Walls are very thin, so you hear everything - toilets, conversations, when neighbouring doors close the walls shake!

La habitación esta en buenas condiciones y limpia. Pero es pequeña. Sin armario. Tres perchas bajo una estanteria. Una pila para lavarse diminuta y sin un vaso para poner el cepillo de dientes. Es mas grande el espacio de la ducha. (Que esta muy bien) que donde establa taza del váter que parece un zulo. Podrian haber puesto una puerta que le diera un poco de luz.

Took over an hour to check in. 10+ people in line at reception and only "1" person doing check in. To top it off I checked "pay at the hotel" on the reservation and the credit card used for reservation was not the one I wanted to cancel the bill with at the hotel. They went ahead Without Asking or Checking With Me and billed the original card. Totally unprofessional by This IBIS. Never had a stituation this bad at an IBIS.

The staff were super nice. The hotel is really new and clean. The rooms are small, but the layout is good (they kind of blend the bathroom into the room). With the cement walls and soundproofed windows we didn’t hear our neighbors or the highway at all. The view was nice from the 5th floor. Nothing special, but we could see the sunset. The window had a blackout blind, which blocked most of the light.

The hotel is close to the airport, which is what we wanted. It's quite far from the city center, and logically, there aren't many restaurants nearby. I wouldn't consider it a five-star or even four-star hotel, but it's comfortable for spending the night and traveling to the airport the next day. The staff was incredible.

Hotel funcional para lo que está pensado, es decir pasar una noche para ir al aeropuerto o al volver de un viaje, no es para largas estancias ni por el tamaño de las habitaciones ni por la localización . The room was small but perfectly adequate. My main concern was the remote location, much more than a 4 minute drive from the airport (+30 euros). Next time I’d just head into the city where more restaurants etc are available. This hotel restaurant was kind of like food service offerings, ok and unremarkable. I used the shuttle for 5 euros to return to airport, but the schedule is limited so you might get hit with another taxi. All said, it was a still clean, friendly hotel with good staff.

Not much to see around the neighborhood not suitable to walk around. Really for very late arrival only. Paid breakfast was ok cover the basic. Airport shuttle 10-15minuts distance 5€ per person. So many hotels like this so check their prices.

Esta bonito y comodo, en si es hotel ejecutivo, pero las toallas huelen muy mal (como a carton) horrible, el "buffette" es de lo mas deficiente ponen pocas opciones de pan, jamon, queso y tocino (como para solo hacerte sandwich) huevo duro y tortilla española CONGELADA!! (Asi congelada la sirven, fria fria fria) Y cereal ES TODOOOOO. Que buffete es ese?! La fruta manzana, kiwi y naranja (entero sin pelar) y para de contar, no vale la pena pagarlo esta muy triste. La chica encargada del buffete con el pelo en coleta cero higiene con su cabello y las pocas opciones de comida que hay.

Very basic place, ok for single travelers with early or late flights. lndustrial area, there is one restaurant close by. Possible but difficult to take a bus to the metro. Odd bathroom arrangement (toilet in its own room without a sealed door, shower opens to the bedroom, sink in room) make it awkward for two people. Continental breakfast is fine for 9.50. Staff is fine, desk is there 24 hours and speaks English. But use the other airport Ibis if you can

For a budget hotel it was great value for money. The rooms were compact but well designed and sound proofing was very good. We stayed 4 nights after a flight delay and slept well. The only downside was the breakfast which was very limited and you ended up filling yourself up with cereal and toast as no hot options which is fine for a one night stay. We ended up going to the next hotel in the street (Holiday Inn) which supplied a much better option for the same price. We also ate there for lunch where they serve a buffet non resident customers for €16 which again had good quality varied food. The service from staff was generally very friendly especially William (Bill) on reception who was a star player! We would hesitate to return here.

Cercano al aeropuerto, hay parqueo gratuito frente al hotel, en cuanto a pagar por el desayuno, no vale el costo, pueden salir e ir a comer a otros lugares a menor costo y con opciones de menú más variados, cada día era exactamente lo mismo, absolutamente igual cada mañana... ahorrarse el costo del desayuno en el hotel. Por todo lo demás cumple cualquier expectativa.

Poor quality dinner choices, not healthy. Ceilings not finished in rooms. No hair dryers, no extra blankets. Expect bare bones accommodation with lesser quality foods. Some fruits and eggs available though, breakfast not free.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo porque veníamos de Tenerife y la verdad que hemos descansado muy bien la habitación bonita pero la cama muy muy cómoda para lo que es súper bien, lo único la TV no funcionaba bien, y el desayuno fatal, la tortilla de patata seca y dura, el zumo malísimo , pero me quedo con que se descansa bien y buen precio !
