La zona in cui si trova è residenziale e priva di attrattive/esercizi commerciali per cui è consigliato essere in auto per spostarsi agevolmente verso il centro.

Hôtel à la limite de la vétusté, en travaux donc pas de bar. Terrasse vide.Petit déjeuner industriel. Pas insonorisé du tout, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, passage, portes... Si c'est un 4 étoiles, je suis la reine d'Angleterre. Honteux.

The room was massive! Biggest during our stay in Portugal! And the view from our balcony was amazing! The rooftop view is also fantastic. The parking was also easy to enter and exit. And the free coffee was a very nice touch. Thank you!

Huge room, huge beds, friendly staff, free and good coffee. But the hotel is dated, sound insulation non-exist. The neighborhood is a sketchy but the hotel felt safe. Well, the price is good, cannot complain.

Esse hotel é bem diferente das fotos postadas nos sites de reservas. Áreas externas muito sujas, sem manutenção alguma, não existe mais as coberturas dos guarda-sóis, só a ferragem, sofás e poltronas sem almofadas e com estrutura comprometida, jardineiras tomadas pelo mato e pedaços de tábuas quebradas e largadas por toda a área de lazer. Restos de podas de árvores amontoadas a frente dos quartos, e as varandas dos quartos precisando urgentemente de faxina e pintura, tudo está abandonado e com evidência de mofo e descaso. Sistema de luzes de emergência não funciona, ficamos no escuro, não tem gerador de energia. Apenas uma lanterna de cabeça nos foi oferecido. O quarto não tinha sido preparado até as 16:00 horas só sendo tomado uma providência quando falei que não admitia tamanha falta de respeito. Banheiro relativamente limpo e cama aceitável. Café da manhã simples porém bom. Com certeza ninguém da administração dessa rede de hotéis se deu ao trabalho de visitar e por conta própria interditar. Uma lástima.

A manutenção dos quartos é precária. Tínhamos reserva para dois quartos e ambos apresentavam as mesmas condições. O controle da televisão estava quebrado, com pilhas oxidadas de tão antigas, o que impossibilitou o uso. A limpeza do quarto é insatisfatória. A roupa de cama e as toalhas apresentavam cheiro desagradável. A recepção é deficiente, com poucos atendentes, comprometendo o atendimento ao hóspede. El hotel ha debido de ser muy bonito la verdad, pero está un poco dejadillo, las vistas son increíbles, pero nuestra habitación en la Planta 1 tenía un olor a humedad tremendo, de hecho las paredes estaban húmedas y el plato de ducha se hundía , un poco desastre, eso sí era enorme.

L'hôtel est bien situé avec jolie vue sur Setubal, l'accueil est joli bien décoré signe d'un 4 étoiles néanmoins, la chambre est catastrophique, digne d'un 3 étoile voir moins. Nous avons eu l'impression que l'hôtel est resté fermé 10 ans.

Das Hotel wirkte ziemlich heruntergekommen. Es sah leider nicht so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Badezimmer war alt und schimmlig. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.

En arrivant accueil sobre, en arrivant dans la chambre en se posant sur les draps, ils étaient humide, puis en regardant il y avait de la moisissures sur les murs.. un chien qui aboie + passage jusqu’à minuit alors que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 2h30 pour un vol… En voulant prendre une douche pas d’eau chaude… bref décevant +++ uniquement chambre grande.

The hotel appeared empty so why they placed another guest in the room above us who seemed to have the same feet as a baby elephant, and opened their squeaky balcony door every 30 minutes throughout the night, I will never know. Not helped by our toilet screeching for 3 minutes after a flush. Not advised for a quiet stay I'm afraid. Nice breakfast though!

This property is set in the foothills above Setubal and is a 20 minute walk into town. Not a bad walk, but it is entirely uphill (back to the hotel). The hotel itself feels weary and tired. The grounds and building are not kept up to date. Rooms are OK, but very dated and show wear and tear. Staff is not engaged or welcoming. They felt very indifferent towards us as guests. I would recommend staying closer to the waterfront, with improved walkability to markets and restaurants.

La chambre est correct et l'hôtel possède une terrasse avec une belle vue. Cependant, on a été placé en chambre 3ème étage sous la terrasse. C'était horrible avec les bruits de pas toute la fin de journée, soirée et même nuit. En face, il y a des chiens qui aboient toute la nuit...

Esse hotel é bem diferente das fotos postadas nos sites de reservas. Áreas externas muito sujas, sem manutenção alguma, não existe mais as coberturas dos guarda-sóis, só a ferragem, sofás e poltronas sem almofadas e com estrutura comprometida, jardineiras tomadas pelo mato e pedaços de tábuas quebradas e largadas por toda a área de lazer. Restos de podas de árvores amontoadas a frente dos quartos, e as varandas dos quartos precisando urgentemente de faxina e pintura, tudo está abandonado e com evidência de mofo e descaso. Sistema de luzes de emergência não funciona, ficamos no escuro, não tem gerador de energia. Apenas uma lanterna de cabeça nos foi oferecido. O quarto não tinha sido preparado até as 16:00 horas só sendo tomado uma providência quando falei que não admitia tamanha falta de respeito. Banheiro relativamente limpo e cama aceitável. Café da manhã simples porém bom. Com certeza ninguém da administração dessa rede de hotéis se deu ao trabalho de visitar e por conta própria interditar. Uma lástima.

This property is set in the foothills above Setubal and is a 20 minute walk into town. Not a bad walk, but it is entirely uphill (back to the hotel). The hotel itself feels weary and tired. The grounds and building are not kept up to date. Rooms are OK, but very dated and show wear and tear. Staff is not engaged or welcoming. They felt very indifferent towards us as guests. I would recommend staying closer to the waterfront, with improved walkability to markets and restaurants.

The hotel appeared empty so why they placed another guest in the room above us who seemed to have the same feet as a baby elephant, and opened their squeaky balcony door every 30 minutes throughout the night, I will never know. Not helped by our toilet screeching for 3 minutes after a flush. Not advised for a quiet stay I'm afraid. Nice breakfast though!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and took wonderful care of us. Even though my children don't speak Portuguese, the team spoke fluently with them and made them feel right at home. They went above and beyond for all our needs, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options that the whole family enjoyed!
