This hotel has to be the most efficient thing in all of Portugal! 2 minute check-in, free transportation to drop off your rental car and to the airport in the morning. 5 minute ride to the airport. If you have an early morning flight, this is kind of a no brainer. Room was very modern with crisp cotton sheets and the most incredible shower I’ve ever seen. Very quiet with great air conditioning. Tremendous value.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle is great. We didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast due to timing. However, the rooms had a peculiar smell to them and the plumbing fixtures were in poor condition. Air conditioning didn’t work and the TV is the size of a post card. Otherwise, it was semi clean and semi comfortable for a cheap price. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

When we checked into the room, it was filled with bugs / flies. I tried calling the front desk to see if they could switch us into a room that did not have bugs, they only offered to have someone come in and spray bug spray in the room. I had already squished 8-10 bugs by then and didn't want to have to breathe in bug spray all night so we declined. We were dissapointed they didn't offer to put us in another room. The shower was also very dirty.

The staff at this hotel was fantastic. We got a reservation on short notice. They tried twice to fix the air conditioning but obviously they are not repair men and it was late at night. They provided a fan which did help but we should not pay full price for the room. We should receive a partial refund. Also the shower tiles need cleaning. Thank you staff for trying!

This hotel was excellent in terms of comfort, cleanliness, staff. it had a bar and a restaurant and parking was a breeze. Very close to Porto airport. Breakfast was great as well and served very early. There is also a shuttle to the airport. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back to the US. They have a shuttle service. We called when we got out side and they were there in a few minutes. The driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to the airport! We got in late, after 10:00PM. The kitchen was closed. But the bar was open and they had a snack menu available which included hot pizza which was perfect after a long day of travel. The employees were all friendly and service was prompt. The hotel was clean and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!!

The staff in the breakfast area were so terrible. There were 7 patrons (we were a table of 4). We had to clear our own dishes off the table, couldn’t get more coffee cups (there were only 2 on the table) and left platters empty for almost an hour before bringing out more items 20 minutes before they shut down. Not worth the money.

The suite was outstanding. I wish we could've stayed more than one night, but we were up very early for a 5:00 flight. The manager made sure that we were comfortable and made sure that our arrangement for a 3:00 shuttle were met. He saw us having a drink and snack later, spoke with us further and made sure that we had more bread for our sausages. Excellent service, a fantastic suite for a reasonable price!

This was simply one of the best Airport hotels we have stayed at and right up there with the best hotels ever! Mostly due to the hotel staff and how they treated us. We had a canceled flight and the staff allowed us to keep our room key at 6am go to the airport and rebook with the airline and then come back and sleep till check out! All staff greet you in the hall way with a smile and a hello and go out of there way to provide directions or help. The assistance comes across as genuine and not trained. The airport shuttle is also very efficient, on time and a great free service!

This hotel is located about a 7-10 minute drive away from the airport. We could have used their shuttle service to get there, but we forgot to call them when we arrived at the airport car rental drop off, so we ended up calling an Uber for about 5€. The hotel’s technically in an industrial area, so be prepared to either eat at their restaurant or call a taxi to Downtown Porto, which is roughly 20 minutes away. You could also try your luck with something in the area, if it’s open. The hotel staff were great. They were friendly and welcoming. We were given info about the amenities, and they even arranged our morning shuttle to the airport for us ahead of time. The room was nice and bright with big windows and a sliding door to the balcony. It was also very clean and spacious, and provided a comfortable last night’s rest for us, although I will note that it would have been nice to have a little side table and chair on the balcony with my morning coffee. Otherwise, definitely a solid stay.

Front desk clerk (Rita?) was so helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and the beds, too. In the restaurant we both had spaghetti bolognaise. It was actually one of the best meals we had our entire trip in Porto. We signed up for the airport shuttle and they left right on time. We will definitely return!

Had an early flight. Greet staff was very good. Restaurant was just okay. The food standard was adequate. Fettuccine Alfredo was very dry. Waiter uncorked the wine and left us to it. Wasn’t busy at that time of night. Bit disappoint. Near airport but absolutely nothing nearby to see all industrial. Rooms were fabulous. Morning airport driver was lovely.
