Worderfull Hotel to stay. Close to the Airport. With Train close by to take you to city centre. Friendly Staff. Always ready to help. Top roof small Swimming Pool. with Music ambient and amazing to relax after a working day. Poll opended till 10pm.

Mooi hotel, vlakbij het vliegveld en met de tram half uurtje naar centrum. Gekozen voor dit hotel omdat er een parkeergarage bij was. Die is echter niet groot. Wij hadden geluk dat we plek hadden. Je kan ook nog buiten parkeren.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund des Dachpools gebucht. Pool war zu 1/3 gutgemeint gefüllt und nicht sauber. Schwimmen also nicht möglich. Liegen waren teilweise weiß befleckt. Was auch immer das war. Poolbar war auch nicht vorhanden, wie angepriesen. Zimmer war aber modern und sauber. Nur ärgerlich wenn man nur aufgrund dessen was bucht und gerade das fehlt. Personal war teilweise auch nicht so freundlich, wie man es erwarten kann. Nicht alle aber deswegen schade.

Perfect place to stay before flying home after a long vacation. The roof top pool was a highlight for the kids and it’s free to use. Would stay again. Staff was so friendly.

Nice and clean. Rooftop pool closed early so we didn’t get to use it, which is why we booked that one sadly. Parking very minimal but I recommend returning rental car before your flight and getting the shuttle instead because it’s a long walk to the airport from the rental car place

Everything about this Hotel was terrible and I would not stay there again. The shower was full of mold, the food was disgusting, the extraction fan in the bathroom was noisy and the staff not that friendly.

Lorsque l'on entre dans l'hôtel, une odeur d'un parfum "d'ambiance" nauséabond envahit nos narines. J'en ai eu des nausées. Heureusement, l'odeur dans la chambre était moins forte. Les joints de la douche de la salle de bain étaient tout moisis. Nous avons pris notre repas dans la chambre car la salle de restaurant sentait la même odeur nauséabonde. Mais nous n'avions qu'une chaise pour 2 dans la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de distributeur de boissons ou de café dans le hall ni dans les couloirs. Lorsque j'ai demandé un café le matin avant de prendre mon petit déjeuner, on m'a dit que cela ne se faisait pas dans cet hôtel. Après négociation "serrée" j'ai tout de même réussi à en avoir un. Nous sommes très déçus par cet hôtel.

Gute Lage zum Flugfafen und zur Metro-Station, ca. 30 min bis zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr sauber, Zimmer zweckmäßig und modern, alles was man braucht. Shuttle-Service absolut unkompliziert und verlässlich. Wir wurden auch um Mitternacht freundlich am Flughafen abgeholt und empfangen. Tadellose Kommunikation, vielen Dank!

We loved this hotel! Every staff member we spoke with was above and beyond nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was SO nice! You just call when you land OR when checking in you schedule when you want them to take you. They had a great on site restaurant open until late and breakfast that starts super early. If you need to be near the airport, I highly recommend this hotel! *One disclaimer: the wall between the bedroom and the shower is frosted glass. I was with my husband so it was fine, but maybe a little weird if going with a co worker or something*

I stayed one night due to its close proximity ( 4 minute free shuttle ride) to the airport. I would stay again the staff were terrific. The hotel is clean , modern , has a rooftop pool if a little small, unfortunately it was too windy and cold to use but I did really enjoy the outside space. My room was spotless, large big bathroom with great shower. Bed was super comfortable. Fridge in room always a plus. Had evening meal that was nice and staff were lovely . I was amazed at the night front desk that not only gave me a wake up call but actually drove me to the airport , the guy was lovely, incredible hard working and went the extra mile for customer service, very professional. Two things the Hotel could improve upon and thats a kettle or coffee facilities in room as many flights like mine are a 03.00 am start and two coming in the oposite direction and arriving noonish would be a good time to check in, 15.00 though normal for a city hotel in way too late for an airport hotel. Arriving on a red eye flight you want to catch up, shower, snooze and start the day, your business day is over if you cant get into your room till 15.00. The employees throughout were incredible at service, friendly and professional.

O hotel é extremamente novo. Mobilia e instalações impecáveis. No entanto peca extremamente no quesito climatização. Estive no porto este final de semana. A cidade com a temperatura de 10 graus e o hotel extremamente quente dentro. Ar-condicionado e aquecedor geral e gerenciados pela recepção. Quartos estupidamente quentes. Todos do meu grupo acordaram suados e com calor. Não me hospedaria novamente pela má gestão da climatização.

The room was clean, breakfast was good. But…very unorganized at the front desk. We were sound asleep at midnight and another guest walked right into our room!!! Front desk assigned our room to another guest. Scared us to death. All they said was ‘sorry’

From check-in to airport drop-off, TOP NOTCH = all 5 stars!! From the front desk staff at check-in, she helped to connect with rental car and even came to the car rental location with the van driver; just to make sure that everything went smoothly. Now, its 2025, who does that ?!?! Apparently, she did! Not even any of the world-wide Marriott hotels that I have stayed at had come anywhere close. She add ua to the 5am airport shuttle ride. We ate there. If my 8-yo family pasta connoisseur approved her pasta dish, and the salmon was also excellent. The staff were kind and super helpful. The room was clean, roomy & everything worked!! Right at 5am, a nice young man came to greet us at the lonby and helped us with our bags and drove us to airport for our 7am flight. Couldnt have been more nice. This is totally opposite of any services or food from the hotel that we had to booked at last minute due to delays which led to missed connections… got in very late night - we will be back!called PARK something hotel next to airport. Next time back in Porto. This is our place for certain!! Thank you’

It’s a nice hotel but the staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I was trying to organize the shuttle pick up from the airport but it was such a hassle because the staff are in accommodating. I sent them a message on Expedia and they were insisting I call even despite the fact that I didn’t have international calling and even though the same staff responding to messages were the same staff picking up the phone. I had to get Expedia involved to try and contact them for the shuttle. Just unnecessary

Our stay at Oporto Airport & Business Hotel was far nicer than merely convenient for making an early departure. We so appreciated the ride provided from our rental car return, the pool, and the good restaurant meal. We will definitely stay there again when visiting beautiful Porto!

Friendly and helpful checkin staff on arrival. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Rooms have large TV and safe. Bathroom had walkin rainshower. Hotel staff arranged for complimentary shuttle minibus for our short journey to the airport. Restaurant meals are more basic and cater for range of tastes.

1 night to catch a flight Perfect choice: close to the airport with shuttle (on time!!). Buffett breakfast starting really early( I think 3:30 AM). Had mine around 5:30 and had plenty of choices. Overall, a very good experience.

Positives: friendly staff and service, convenient location, 24/7 shuttle service. Room was nice and clean. On site bar and restaurant. Negatives: construction noise. Limited or no restaurant options nearby but the hotel does have a restaurant. I had a salmon burger which came with sweet potatoes chips - the burger was tasteless and the chip were stale. They also have a bar/cafe which reportedly opens at noon time & closes at 1am. I popped in this morning around 10am to see if I can buy a cup of coffee either from the bar/cafe or restaurant, however, I was told that I would have to pay €15 for breakfast That’s just ridiculous!
