The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus

The room was clean. Although the space is quite small, everything was planned out thoughtfully. I appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The bar staff were outstanding, but I would have appreciated a bigger selection of bar food. The location was very convenient. A fifteen minute walk from the train station and even closer to nice restaurants and shopping. Overall I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel! Comfy bed, clean room, large beautiful hotel bar 24/7 open. Friendly staff. Underground station right outside and in a lovely modern safe area.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The furniture was unique and comfortable through. Best selection of well designed chairs and couches throughout the building created a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop bar and deck had great service and scenery. Area is very walkable with many sites and restaurants nearby.

In the included services it was indicated that parking was available if you paid an additional amount of money, this condition was not specified at the time of booking the hotel. The availability of parking was one of the reasons we decided to stay at the hotel.

Værelserne er pæne og rene men ikke ret store. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og U1 ligger lige ved siden af. Køb gruppe 9AM kort hos HHV og kør alt det du vil for under 14 euro for op til 5 personer Der forgår en del vejarbejde så der er en masse larm pt. Der er parkeringskælder til 22 euro pr døgn.

Lækkert hotel med god placering. Hyggelige værelser uden larm fra gaden. Manglede dog en elkedel så man kunne lave kaffe. Morgenmaden var lækker, men kunne virke lidt kaotisk da mange pladser var i sofalignende møbler, da man spiser i lounge/bar området. Men kommer der gerne igen. Desværre skal man forudbestille parkering, der var ingen pladser så måtte i p-hus 15 min gang væk - lidt lv

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war super. Beim einchecken hatte ich die Wahl für ein Zimmer und auf die Frage nach einem ruhigen Zimmer hat der Mitarbeiter ein Zimmer in einem mittleren Stockwerk empfohlen, welches auch sehr ruhig war. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer neu und unglaublich sauber! Ich danke herzlich für den fantastischen Aufenthalt. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Room was very clean and quiet. Perfect central location for walking to sights in old town and a subway entrance at the front door to explore further away. Staff friendly and helpful, too!

Design mega. Durchaus eine gute Unterkunft. Für 1 - 2 Nächte. Da es sehr jung ist, könnte die Sauberkeit besser sein. Freundliches Personal, wenn auch ungelernte. Vielen Dank an Alle.

Alles entspricht mit einer Ausnahme einem sehr guten Mittelklasse Hotel. Was uns nicht gefiel ist das sehr kleine, enge und nicht ganz saubere Bad.

Fint og rent værelse. Lækkert og flot hotel. Dog meget hårde senge, så vores søvn var ikke god. Manglede også de små luksus ting som morgenkåbe, køleskab, balsam. Men ellers lækker bar miljø. Alt for mange mennesker til morgenmaden, så man måtte sidde i receptionen.. ok morgenmad. God service.

Fint hotel. Med hyggelig tagterrasse med bar ved godt vejr. Ligger i Altstadt i gåafstand til centrum, Alstern mv Parkering i kælderen. Eneste ulempe, ved 30 gr. i byen var der varmt på værelset uden mulighed for at køle ned.

Nice hotel but terrible policies. I booked the room a month in advance and the price had dropped so when asked for the new lower price or even some kind of compensation like an upgrade, I was met with a resounding NO. They said they were unable to do anything for me period. I travel a lot and I would have come back there if they had any customer service whatsoever. The rooms are also tiny with no ability to make tea or coffee. I was also met with NO they do not have a kettle for use. Bar is gorgeous. They clearly spent a lot of their money there.

Nice hotel with wonderful rooftop bar. Rooms are very small but bed is comfortable. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities and no room fridge or mini bar was disappointing and the lack of a wardrobe was inconvenient. Otherwise, very clean and well located. Would consider again but would prefer somewhere more spacious with better in room facilities.

Room was very small and lacked amenities that are pretty standard in rooms at this price point: no mini fridge, no coffeemaker in the room, no closet.

Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig (nach Umbuchung, erstes Zimmer zur Strasse war zu laut), Zimmer sind ähnlich wie Motel One, nur das Interieur ist etwas gehobener. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück ist zu teuer

Cosy hotel, relaxed with nice amenities and quiet central location. Great staff. I had a room close to the elevator, which is fine but the beeping noise every time someone presses the button and when the elevator arrives is very unnecessary, top tip from a frequent traveler to remove or at least lower that sound.

Der manglede kopper, kaffeautomater blev ikke tømt,.. Få egentlige borde, endte op ved et cafebord med lænestole, ikke optimalt

Service could be improved. Had to phone reception from my room to fix my window - they didn’t pick it up for 20 minutes upon which I had to go downstairs myself to speak to them in person. Check-out staff could have been also more friendly

Tolles Frühstück. Wartezeit beim Check-in hat bedingt dadurch, dass eine der Damen mit Ihrem rosa Mobiltelefon beschäftigt war sehr lange gedauert.

The service of the hotel is so bad . The cleaning service will just entered your room early in the morning at 8am without knocking the door in advanced. I was staying in this room for 2 night and the cleaning service woman just entered my room when i was inside the room ! I told the front dest and they didnt even remind the cleaning woman about it . Another thing is that i forgot my stuff in the room , came back on the same day to search for it , they couldnt find me thing and asked me to write an email , and till now no reply from the hotel . Worst experience!

We were staying at the Cloud one Hotel in Hamburg from the 17th - 20th of December. The hotel had a very nice style and the room/bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good in quality, but extremely crowded, which made it less enjoyable. Unfortunately, our stay ended on a very negative note due to an unprofessional check out experience. At check-in, we informed the staff that our car was parked in the hotel’s basement garage, which costs 22 euro per night for guests. I paid for the stay upon arrival. At check out, I asked specifically about the parking, as we were given a parking ticket and wanted to ensure everything was already paid to avoid any extra charges. The receptionist initially told me that everything should be in order. Seconds later, she laughed and said “Oh actually, you haven’t paid, I guess somebody wanted to give you a Christmas present”, and then informed me that we had to pay 66 euro. She moved the computer all the way around so I could see we haven’t paid. Joking about payment in this situation was confusing, unprofessional, and inappropriate, especially given the amount involved. It left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated at the end of what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Good facilities, but poor handling at check out significantly impacted our overall experience.

Der var store udfordringer med at tjekke ind, vi var en gruppe på 25 - flere låste sig ind på værelser som allerede havde gæster. Brugte alt for lang tid på at tjekke korrekt ind

Centralt boende. Tyvärr lite dålig service när man pratar engelska. Ingen som informerade om parkering så när vi inte kom ut så blev det väldigt dumt och ingen som bad om ursäkt att de missat. Sängarna hårda. Plus var baren - superbra personal där.

Clean, a bit small for 2 guests but efficient. Friendly staff, modern environment. Great location in the center, easy access to tourist attractions and shopping area. Outside the hotel a metro station.

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed med kun 2 min til gågaden og 5 min til Rådhuspladsen. Dejlig morgenmad men måske lidt dyrt ift andre Motel One. Der ligger flere bagere i nærheden, hvis man vil spare 24 euro pr person. Super flot Lounge område med gode drinks og super service. Værelserne er lidt små, men vi vælger altid Motel One kæden pga de andre fordele. 50 meter fra hotellet ligger et lokalt tysk spisested Laufauf, som er super hyggeligt med virkelig god mad og øl. God P-kælder, hvor der var ved at blive etableret ladestander. Vi vil helt sikkert vælge dette hotel igen.

Breakfast was nice and tasty, but the selection was not the biggest. There was only a couple vegan spreads, and no vegan butter. There were however vegan yoghurt and options with fruits and Muslims. Hotel was clean and.

Neues Hotel, sehr modern aber auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolle Bar/Loungebereich. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr gute Betten. Zimmer recht klein aber völlig ausreichend. Toller Aufenthalt.

The rooms were clean, the atmosphere of the room was a little cramped. It did not have extra accessories such as slippers, toothbrush, etc. Although my room was next to the street, no sound came inside. Breakfast was also great. Only the price is a bit expensive.

Morgenmaden var ikke prisen værd på 50 Euro for 2 personer. Det var svært, at få et bord, stod i kø længe og ikke et særligt godt udvalg.

Spending a few days around new year. Skipped breakfast as that was chaotic, and used café nearby. Don't bother with balcony, as there are no chairs, and the room is very small. Great but expensive parking garage. Roof bar makes exceptional cocktails!! Otherwise an ordinary modern hipster inspired hotel. We would not visit again.

Værelset er ekstremt småt og morgenmadsbuffeten er så lille at du står i kø ekstremt lang tid, alt for mange ting der mangler og nærmest ingen plads at sidde ved.
