Sheraton Kuching Hotel

Initially, stayed here from 26 - 28April, and booked for additional 1 nite. But on my last stay 28-29 April, it was a bit disaster. I went to the gym late in the evening, before 11 PM, but the gym was already dark. Dialed 0 and talked to the staff on duty to turn on the gym light. She said that the technical will come and turn on the lamp. 15 mins passed, no one came. It was okay, as the AC was still on and I could watch TV. But after I finished from doing exercise, I could not go back to my room, as they have locked the glass door access from Pool area to the elevator. And I had to go back inside the gym and called the staff to open the glass door. So, 24/7 gym - Sheraton Kuching?

Yes, everything is very good

The room wasn’t assigned as requested. The hotel extended the previous guest staying in the room requested beyond the check in time. This is the third time this has happened

Gorgeous room, the most comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Great location. Wonderful staff especially Sheryl (something like that), who checked me in. She was very sweet and pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!

Good enough, too high expectation of the hotel to the pricey
