K7 Hotel Oslo

Situata al centro di Oslo, la camera era un pò piccola , non aveva neanche un armadio. Avrebbero potuto includere la colazione che, invece, era a pagamento. Comoda la sala comune , grande, suddivisa in zone, dove poter mangiare cose proprie, volendo, cucinare, rilassarsi sul divano, guardare la tv. Vi era anche una lavanderia.

I wish I could give this property five stars. But just can’t. It has a great location. The staff was awesome. There are laundry facilities in the building and a small kitchen that were great. However all this was overshadowed by the fact that our first bed was rock hard and I informed the guy at the front desk the next morning as I was unable to sleep. He was really great and put us in another room. Unfortunately, the new bed was only marginally better. I did fold the mattress pad in half so that we could have a bit more padding. But it was still really hard. The pillow could not be used for cushioning as it was like the density of a bolt of felt fabric and absolutely no help. As a result, during our six day stay we hardly slept and ended up quite exhausted. Sadly, the view out our window was of a Temporapedic bed store. I considered volunteering to sample the beds each night. Some people say that Europeans just have hard beds but this was ridiculous. You should not have to stretch for hours every morning just to walk around. We are not large people and each of us is under 130 lbs. not sure why this is an issue. We both ended up sick and this was I’m sure exacerbated by the lack of sleep.

Kun en steinkast fra Akershus festning og sentrum. Litt uvant løsning med resepsjonen, men ellers et veldig behagelig hotel. Frokost var inkludert i rom bestillingen og man kunne velge over disken. Ikke noe varm mat, kun noe sandwich. Ingen parkering, men trikken stopper i nærheten. Tillatt med hund

What I liked most about K7 is the spacious room. We traveled as a family of 3 and the room we got was spacious. For those of you traveling with a car—the hotel does not have on site parking. There was also a community kitchen for guest use. Overall nice stay.

Everything was good until your elevstor broke. We were on 6th floor and had to climb up and down which is very exhausting as the floorwe’re at is high. The day we were leaving we have to carry two Large luggage down the stairs to the lobby along the winding stairs and it was dangerous if we slipped a step. Not a good accomodation at this point.

Pros: la ubicacion es excelente. Está a minutos caminando de los principales puntos de interes, y conexion con medios de transporte. A 10 minutos caminando de la central de Oslo. Staff sumamente amable, ayudan en todo y siempre de buen humor y con una sonrisa. (GRACIAS POR SU HOSPITALIDAD! ;) ) Siempre hay alguien presente, lo que nos permitió hacer el check in a las 00 hs. Si bien no tienen restaurante, ofrecen la posibilidad de usar una cocina para preparar tu comida o poder comer allí comida comprada (solo piden a cambio que dejes limpio los elementos que usas. Cuando los huespedes lo hacen, funciona perfecto y encuentras todo ordenado y limpio. Hazlo por favor, para que todos los huespedes lo encuentren como tú lo encontraste!). Tienen laundry a un costo de 20 nok el lavado y 10 nok el secado. Tambien tienen bebidas para comprar. Puedes desayunar allí básico por las mañanas o sino encontraras varias cafeterías en los alrededores. El hotel es silencioso. Buen descanso. Cons: la limpieza es un punto a mejorar. No hacen limpieza diaria. Solo te retiran la basura cada 3 dias y te ofrecen toallas secas. Seria bueno que hagan limpieza al menos cada 2-3 dias. El ascensor se descompone seguido, seria bueno que hagan mantenimiento, ya que hay habitaciones en el 6to piso. Las escaleras tambien necesitan limpieza. Para nosotros es vital la ubicación del hotel para no perder tiempo desplazandonos, por lo que la evaluacion general es muy positiva. Gracias por su atención!

Do not order breakfast on this place, it's a joke. And the room is ok, but there was a strange sound every hour, like a broken air conditioning or something. Told the staff and they said they will look at it but the issue was still there second day. The elevator need a big service, broken second day and we lived on the sixth floor with alot of bags. The shower door was broken. Anyway not worth the money tbh. Friendly staff tho, and the room was clean.

Clean and comfortable, quiet but also convenient location in the heart of the city center, close to the main train station and to bus stops. The elevator was broken during all our 4 nights stays. Breakfast choice quite poor, no eggs sausages, yogurt or bacon, but the coffee and cinnamon rolls were delicious.

Pris/standard sto ikke forhold. Frokosten var manglende og 2 ggr gjennom helgen var heisen ute av drift.

Very no frills facility. We had no drinking cups in the room and bare essentials. The elevator needed attention.

4 dags ophold, ingen rengøring under opholdet på trods af dette blev efterspurgt i receptionen.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, everything working perfectly in the room and bathroom, very safe with electronic access to room and elevator. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Gammelt og slitt. Skittent i gangene. Støv på lampeskjerm på rommet og ikke lyspære i lampa. Dyrt i forhold til standard.

Vi fikk satt fra oss bagasjen på forhånd, men fikk ikke sjekket inn før vi kom helt utslitt etter lang festivaldag. Rommet var særdeles trangt, ene kofferten måtte stå på badet, som forøvrig var ganske stort. Da jeg skulle i dusjen dagen etter oppdaget jeg at det lå mye lange hår av annen farge enn vårt i sluket. Såpass mye at det neppe kunne vært vasket siden sist gjest. Gjorde regning med at dette ble vasket i løpet av dagen, så vi stakk avgårde. Det ble det ikke i løpet av 4 dager. Vi hadde lange dager på festival, så vi tilbrakte lite tid på selve hotellet det gjorde at vi heller ikke fikk snakket med noen der. Ved utsjekk ble resepsjonisten ganske flau når jeg kommenterte på vaskingen, jeg måtte innrømme at vi var uansett altfor slitne til å springe ned for å klage, noe som ikke ga hotellet mulighet til å ordne opp. Det ble en litt mer pønkete festivalopplevelse enn vi hadde tenkt. Bortsett fra prisen. Den var høy nok. Bra beliggenhet og helt grei seng.

Breakfast was awful. A choice of 3 half Sandwiches ? Not what I expected when I added the breakfast on. Also the room wasn’t cleaned once in 3 nights so a little disappointing.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, dirty tissues on the floor. The plug sockets were hanging off the wall, missing items from the wall and wallpaper missing. There’s no where to store clothing/items so anymore than one/two nights would be hard work. The staff are nice and helpful and the location is very good but this is a hostel not a hotel.

Great location, very clean and excellent staff

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the building. It was cozy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Vi bodde der fra torsdag til søndag, var ingen som kom og vasket. Veldig små rom Sluken var tett og dysjdøren var helt løs. Ble oversvømmelse på badet hver gang vi dysjet. Heisen furgerte ikke Nøkkelkortene funket 20% av tiden Vinduet gikk det ikke ant å lukke, og rammen holdt på å løste fra glasset Men, hyggelige resepsjonister

This was a complete barebones room. The size was equivalent to all other European rooms we’ve stayed in- but basic things were missing… like a place to sit, other than the bed. Actual night stands. Or a simple electric kettle (which would have been nice given breakfast wasn’t an option.)

Had a nice short stay here in a family room. Enough room for us in a double and two 10 s in bunk beds, and location was incredibly convenient for Oslo centre

The rooms are very small, basically it’s a step up from a hostel or B&B. Great location but the rooms are very basic and if someone sneezes in another room you will hear them because of the thin walls. Staff were very friendly but if you can afford to spend a bit more to stay elsewhere for the comfort I would . Unfortunately for me it was New Years Eve so this was the only place available .

Forferdelig treigt å få sjekket inn i en resepsjon som var vanskelig å lokalisere. Møkkete og søppel på vei fra "resepsjonen" til rommet, slitent rom. Forferdelig mye bråk fra utestedet rett over gata helt til kl 3. Så etter det er det støy fra feiebiler og annet rett på utsiden som høres ut som det er på vei inn på rommet, må være utrolig dårlig isolert dette bygget. Anbefales ikke om man skal tidlig opp!

I only used the room to sleep in as I was on a business trip. However the pillow in the room and my collegues room was extremely hard. It is the hardest pillow I have ever had. If you will have better pillows I will for sure come again : ) Kr, Dorrit

Very small room, very tight space getting to the armchair squeezed into a corner too small for it. Lot's of draft from the window. Both the room and the bathroom was cold. No table for the luggage. No signal for tv

Stayed in a deluxe double room on 5th floor and it was modern, spacious and bright, with high ceilings, with a large bathroom. There was a small issue with the seal on the shower which meant water leaked out. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well. Some noise from the Dubliner bar across the road on weekend nights meant it was loud even with window closed. Would be an issue for light sleepers. Room was not cleaned for the 4 days we were there (this was communicated in advance). Not an issue for us but could be for others. Some minor room issues like lightbulbs being broken, visible dust on wooden floors around the beds. A deeper clean may be needed between stays. Only dealt with staff when checking in and out and they were friendly, as well as cleaning staff in corridors who welcomed us. Communal reception areas were clean and cosy. We were able to leave bags when arriving and room wasn’t ready, as well as after check out. The location is great and just a few minutes walk to main central sights. For a private room, this price was very reasonable. A lot of the poorer reviews refer to dorms, which we did not stay in. Would not hesitate to stay here again based on the great value for money.

Just need a bed and a shower when on a vacation to see the sites- this fit the bill. Easy walk to bus/train terminal to get around the city- public transportation gets you anywhere pretty easy. They had a common area with fridge/stove/microwave etc. so you could do breakfast or late dinners on your own. Staff was great- very accommodating. No frills but good bed and clean. Would stay again.

The amount that the hotel charged me was very different (by >$300) from that specified in the reservation email I received from hotel.com. When I raised the issue with the hotel, they asked me to take it to hotel.com, which doesn't even offer an easy-to-access phone number on their website. Very disappointed.

Hadde sen utsjekk(kl. 13) men tross dette ble jeg vekket av at renholdspersonalet åpnet rommet, og en fra resepsjonenen kom å banket på for å si at utsjekk var for 50 minutter siden. Dårlig rutine på registrering av hvilke rom som har sen utsjekk, virket som bare en post-it lapp. Bor nok ikke mer på dette hotellet

Excellent location; close to major places of interest and easily accessible by walking and public transportation. However, breakfast had very little to no variety of options to choose from. I would recommend choosing the room with no breakfast option. Overall great stay!

Excelente localização, quarto apertado e café da manhã reduzido, você recebe o sanduíche pronto e não pode repetir, se quiser suco tem que pagar extra, café a vontade, funcionários bem solícitos!

아침식사(조식) 큰 문제가 있었다. 우리는 조식을 먹으려고 기다렸지만, 오전 7시반이 지나도 조식이 준비되지 않았습니다. 우리는 추가 비용을 사전에 지불하였지만, 조식을 이용하지 못했습니다. 조식비용 환불이 되어야 합니다, 나는 매우 불쾌하였으며, 반드시 개선이 되어야 한다고 생각합니다.

Frukosten var riktigt dålig fanns inte mycket som barn ville ha. Dåligt med alternativ. Varm smörgås som inte kunde värmas utan fick ätas kall. Snålt tilltaget överlag.

Veldig god service. Imøtekommende personale. Enkle, men pene rom. Romslig bad. God seng. Tragisk frokost. Om det kan kalles frokost. Ost, skinke, salami og agurk. Thats it. Her er det lagt til rettes for at du skal betale ekstra om du vil ha ein vanlig, klassisk hotellfrokost. Gjekk tom for melk i dispenser. Spurte om påfyll, men nei.

Frokosten var dårligere enn forventet, likte ikke at det var allerede så mye påsmurt, vil gjerne selv ha mulighet til å velge hva jeg skal ha på skjeven.
