Great spot in the heart of Ginza and a very well kept modern hotel. Staff were super helpful and we loved the style of the place. We liked that it was slightly away from the bigger shopping streets so we could have a little peace and quiet at the end of the day. Rooms size was good and enjoyed the well kitted out bathroom.

We stayed here last year and again this year, which gave us a clear comparison. Unfortunately, the overall experience has noticeably deteriorated. The reception feels robotic and impersonal, and the English proficiency is surprisingly low for a hotel in the centre of a capital city. The onsen facilities have developed visible fungus in the grout, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The selection of skincare and haircare products provided has also decreased dramatically since our last stay. Additionally, the carpet in our room was stained, further contributing to the impression of declining standards. The most disappointing part was the lack of assistance when we realised we had left a cap in the room. We returned the day after checking out, but the item had not been found. There seemed to be no effective lost-and-found process and very little genuine interest in helping us resolve the situation. Having experienced this hotel before, we were particularly disappointed to see such a decline in quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to our previous experience or the standards expected of a hotel in this location.
