Very convenient to several metro lines and the train to the airport. The local area was not overrun with tourist outside of the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance is understated and difficult to find and the elevator up to the lobby was small, hot and scary.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with a clean, modern and comfortable room, and probably the most well equipped and clean gym at any hotel (better than some actual gyms even!). I also really liked the space theme throughout the hotel, it was an interesting touch and gave it some character. The hotel is also positioned right above a major public transit hub so it was super easy to go just about anywhere, and there wasn't any noise from it in the room either.

Found black mold by towels. Got moved to another room, where there was mild under the glasses provided in the bathroom. Got moved to a suite and it was barely just as clean. No standard of cleabliness apparently. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating since they turned my air-conditioning off. Had to call the front desk for them to turn the air back on since the controller from my room did not give me access. They also tried to advertise use of their mobile app. So, I used it for ordering room service and my order was never received or acknowledged. So, I had to call and make my order, again. Woke jp

Terrible experience at this hotel, foul smelling bathrooms, non working air conditioning and even terrible hygiene for bath towels. Pay for a 4 star hotel and enjoy the experience of 2 star chain.. The parent group and hotels.com need to seriously considering reviewing the star rating, Had to raise issues with hotels.com multiple times for something basic expected from hotel of this chain.

The rooms are pretty tight and there is No privacy with restrooms esp if you are travelling as a family with young kids. Location is fantastic, you cant beat the convenience of a hotel located right on top on the main terminus train station esp after a 3 hr travel. The hotel is well connected to barcelona's top attractions too. The check in process was extremely slow and can be better

Good choice for proximity to train station. The beds are ultra comfortable. However the room temperature was not adjustable and the overall hotel design [kind of a disneyland star wars] and the bathroom layout, it being open to the sleeping area made it quite odd. As well not much around other than the train station.

Excellent location when considering airport or high-speed rail transportation options. Convenient access to metro and regional rail connections. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Windows allow for bright daylight. We were told that there was a 'welcome drink' available, but it never seemed to be available when we were passing through. The layout of the washroom facilities is different. A shower in a separate room from the sink is convenient for two people getting ready for the day. Putting the toilet behind a sliding door which doesn't latch, however, could be awkward and uncomfortable for some sharing a room with two beds.

It was a late arrival As train arrived from Paris at that hour and we literally dele around the block our rental car to check in to hotel it was 11:30 PM. Receptionists were changing a shift and an amazing girl was helping the customers ahead us explaining everything and we ended up with the rudest customer service person and he was loud and irritable When I asked about the charges he said because you booked with hotels.com you don’t get any children discounts or hotel tax benefit which was not true and he kept raising his voice at me so that people in the line can hear what he was saying although I never asked him to raise his voice at me. I basically accepted all of the charges and moved on. When I recounted this story receptionist next morning this time another person politely said when you book on websites like hotels.com the price you get is what you were quoted and we can’t do anything about it. Moving on hotels.com said it was free parking it was not it was sort of expensive as expected We ordered dinner and it was amazing room Service. Very good healthy and flavorful food delivered quickly slept ok ate breakfast buffet it was blah and omelette station person was terse when asked not to add salt and she added anyway and we checked out to continue our voyage. I probably won’t stay again any barcelo hotels anytime Soon I thank you

Nicht empfehlenswert – hoher Preis, wenig Leistung Das Hotel hat eigentlich nur einen klaren Vorteil: die direkte Lage oberhalb des Bahnhofs Barcelona Sants. Wer wie ich eine praktische Unterkunft für eine Weiterreise braucht, wird das schätzen – muss dafür aber tief in die Tasche greifen. Für ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück zahlte ich 300 Euro, was ich persönlich als überteuert empfinde. Positiv war das Zimmer 250: geräumig, mit bequemen Betten. Leider roch es unangenehm aus der Toilette, und die Dusche war schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im TV gab es zwar drei österreichische Sender, aber der Ton war stark gedrosselt – ich musste mich richtig anstrengen, um im Liegen überhaupt etwas zu verstehen. Der Check-in-Prozess war sehr langwierig. Ich wartete über 30 Minuten, und obwohl mein Zimmer bereits bezahlt war, dauerte der Vorgang an der Rezeption noch einmal rund 7 bis 8 Minuten. Die Mitarbeitenden wirkten gestresst und wenig freundlich. Als jemand mit langjähriger Erfahrung an der Rezeption hätte ich mir effizientere Abläufe und einen angenehmeren Umgangston gewünscht. Das Hotel ist riesig und offenbar auf Tagungen ausgerichtet, wirkt aber kühl und unpersönlich. Das Frühstück gibt es werktags nur bis 10 Uhr. Wir wurden schon fünf Minuten vorher aufgefordert, den Raum bald zu verlassen. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine schmeckte schlecht, und die Barista-Station war morgens nicht nutzbar. Für den Preis habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
