Great staff and location! Pool was very nice and lobby extremely clean. Rooms spacious with extra amenities which was appreciated. Shower was a bit dirty with poor water pressure, but not a big deal. Wals are very thin. Highlight was definitely the staff. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in the area over Christmas. What we liked: location (walk to shopping, close to drug store, grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Indy), hotel amenities (gym, pool, clean and modern facility), free breakfast, pet friendly (grassy areas/pet waste stations), rooms (spacious with lots of cabinets/storages, nice kitchenette, living area, comfy beds, updated bathroom with nice toiletries and overall quiet despite near busy road). Things to consider: Being an extended stay, parking out front can be limited past a certain time in the evening. We parked out back mostly, but that worked out since we had our dog with us and pet areas are on the side and back of property. Rooms are cleaned every other day, but they do say you can request services in between if needed. We ran into an issue of our room not getting cleaned until 4 days into our stay, and we ended up switching rooms because of it. The manager, Sarah, was very prompt and kind in addressing our concern and she made it right, and I will say overall the staff was friendly and attentive despite this issue. I've stayed in other hotels in the area, and this is a nice one.

Staff was amazing and kind! Room, was huge and very clean! Breakfast, was hot and the littles approved! We didn’t use the pool, but asked the family that was using it and they said the water was warm. We will be back!

Room smelled like wet dog when we walked in. Air conditioner leaked all over floor overnight. Sheets and towels were yellow, and one towel had black blotch on it. If bleach does not work, do not put those back in your rooms. Dirty hand print on shower wall and tons of hair on drain. Pretty sure that had not been touched between us and whoever was there last. The breakfast and coffee set up was really nice but we were so ready to get out of there that we did not have any food. Staff were very friendly but advised they could not give any refund due to Expedia room and offered Hilton points instead. Paid at hotel so should have been able to get credit or refund since it was direct. Waiting to see if points show on my Hilton Member acct.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The room was a king suite. My son slept on the sleeper sofa and said he could feel the springs through the mattress. He was still able to sleep because he was exhausted, but wish the mattress was a little better. Breakfast was ok. The coffee was really good.

Do not stay on the ground floor. Way too loud with staff especially during breakfast hours. Between maintenance slamming doors and cleaning staff, I had to sleep with ear plugs. Other than that, great hotel. Very modern. Great shower. Huge TV.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when we arrived it was only a king bed. Had to move to a different room the second night stay due to additional family staying the night with us. First night we were on side that faced the interstate, extremely noisy with traffic. Second night it was noise from other rooms and hallway.

WATCH your bill when you check out. We booked the top room they had (King Suite) and paid through Expedia. On check out they charged a room upgrade charge per night of the card we had down for incidentals, We have reached out to the hotel and they have still not responded. And it was different each night. It went from $13.31 for one of the nights to $46.49 for another night. Ridiculous! Beware!

The 1st night was peaceful but the 2nd night the couple in the room next to me were fighting. I went to the front desk to complain and nothing happened. About 15 minutes later the fighting continued. I called the front desk and the clerk came upstairs. He knocked on 1 door and the person stated it was the room next door. Of course the people fighting heard the clerk talking to the other room so when he knocked on their door they said everything was okay. Worthless, security should have came upstairs and listened and then confronted the occupants. No use complaining when nothing is done. In hi dsight I should have called 911 and let the police handle it.

Quick and easy check-in. Clean. A little noise from the Interstate because our room was on that side of the building. I especially liked the night light in the bathroom. I know that’s small detail but it helps when you’re in a strange place at night.

Gorgeous, new hotel. Everything is fresh and clean. Guest rooms are well equipped and the decor is beautiful. A big bonus is the guest rooms have no carpet. On the downside, for me, there is no hot tub although the pool are is very nice. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The only fresh choice is a waffle. All of the remaining main choices are premade egg dishes and breakfast sandwiches. All were rubbery and all bread items were so stale and hard you could barely eat them. We took some items to our room to steam them in the microwave to make them edible.
