The facility and room was clean and well maintained. Pet friendly, but we didn't bring our friend this time. It's not the Hilton, but we didn't require fancy amenities which we wouldn't utilize as we were only in the room at night. Only negative was the way the COUNTY/STATE laid out the frontage road: confusing the first arrival, easy thereafter.

Bed was basic but comfortable…I did have a hole in the comforter but this may be due to it being a pet friendly room. The train noise is a problem with a sensitive dog but overall it was worth it to be that close to the beach.

Let me just say, this trip was a quick unplanned tripped for my kids to enjoy the beach. My kids are 1 and 2 years old. My friend and I shared a room along with her kids. The room was actually very clean. There was an undertone of smoke but it wasn’t enough to say it was terrible. Bring air freshener if that’s a major problem. The beds were soft and the water is hot!! The door had an issue where it wouldn’t completely close which was creepy but it definitely locked. The facility in general was clean. As a single mom who is always skeptical, I would stay here again! The breakfast area is tight but it’s filling for a family on the go. The hotel is in a very quiet area as well. No bed bugs and the staff was friendly.

The front desk staff do the best they can with what they have. The proximity to the rail line is a definitely not great. The air conditioner unit just didn't work, and you could tell management cut corners or doesn't appear to care. Vending machines ate quarters, and laundry facilities are actually outside (mostly covered, but anyone can access it). Better than the no name motels, but definitely below average for a chain hotel

When we walked in the room spelled strongly of lavender cleaner and was muggy. The room looked clean at base level but after looking around it was obvious the room had never been deep cleaned at all! The bedding also smelled sour, come to find out later mold was every where. We had to purchase our own towels and toilet paper because house keeping never came. We stayed here while my husband had work in the area never will be back and don’t recommend to anyone. The doors only closed if you forced them shut. the shower was falling apart barely staying together under the layers of paint. The parking lot was hard to get in and out of, they also don’t tell you the train tracks are less than 50ft from the rooms and will shake you awake. We’ve never had a bad stay at a Quality Inn until this one. Oh and good luck getting someone at the office after 3pm.

Looks like the entire hotel was revamped and it's decent. It's super clean. A little tricky to get in and out of and back onto Hwy 90, but once you figured it out, it's good. The only complaint I had is the water in the shower was not too hot. Overall, very nice and simple for the price. Woulds return for sure.

The hotel was decent value but the washing machine left dirty streaks on my brand new clothes. My spouse spent a whole morning trying to handwash them clean , then paid to run them through again, only for the washer to not rinse properly so shebhad to slend more time hand wringing them out and extra quarters to run the dryer longer. Front desk offered no empathy and referred the problem to maintenance whondidnt even look at the washer and sent us back to the feont desk where they said they werent sure what to do. I asked multiple times for a manager and left my contact info but never received any follow up. I expected to atleast get the quarters/money spent refunded or equal value discounted off my two night stay. My spouse took tags to the desk to show them the value of what was ruined but they simply said take it to management and ignored her. No one cared at all about our ruined clothes and valuable time spent trying to salvage them. Now Im staying at a different hotel for the rest of my time in Biloxi. Additionally the room floor was very sticky and gross and walls had spills on them that werent cleaned up. Layout was also not convenient .

There was no housekeeping. I had a 3 night stay and there was no cleaning available. I was told that rooms were cleaned only every 3 days. My trash piled up. The floors were greasy. Tub was grimy. If I wanted clean towels I had to bring my dirty ones to the office and swap them out.

Second time staying here. Check in was easy and fast. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the rooms. First thing I noticed was the stench of the room. Then the comforter had a huge burn stain in it. Multiple surfaces had stains and clearly were not cleaned properly. The bathroom was worse and had hair, stains, and the toilet seat wasn’t even screwed on all the way. I hate to complain but seriously whoever cleans needs to take their job seriously.

This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. It was one night so we sucked it up but there was residue from something splattering all over the chairs and tables. Old tissue paper from another occupant on the floor and in the bathroom. A cockroach on the floor in the bedroom.

The room was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, and the sheets had both holes and stains. The bathroom had mold on the walls, and the door was broken. To top it off, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The furniture was poorly assembled, with nothing properly aligned. The hotel is located next to train tracks, so be prepared for an early wake-up call. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. Overall, it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Arrived and was check in quickly by a nice lady. When I got to my room, I took a quick look around and immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned well by the cleaning staff. The bathroom was especially nasty unfortunately with stains and hair on the tub and shower curtain. Gross. The AC worked well though however somehow a wasp got into my room and i had to kill it. Bed was comfortable but i used my own comforter. And place is right by some railroad tracks so when a train passes you will be woken up by it and the shaking.

I wish I would have taken pictures. When me and my husband walked up to our room we could immediately small dirty and we could see through the window that it was dirty. We opened the door and the beds hadn’t been made, there were food containers all over the counter and the room smelled so bad. We didn’t even walk in, we walked checked out and got a refund.

The room was clean but the toilet was literally falling apart. The flush handle was barely hanging on the tank had a lid that wasn't for that toilet. Every time you tried to sit on the cheap toilet seat it would close you had to literally hold it open in order to sit down. The cable didn't work properly the box kept going in and out. I just needed a place to sleep my grandmother was in ICU close to the motel.

I came thru town for a martial arts seminar. The property and grounds were nice and clean. Being a medium built man I was ok with the fact that the door did not seem to close completely. If I were a woman, that would be VERY concerning. I did not see on their online site that there was going to be a train coming thru on and off all night. Other than the concerns I have already stated, the place is not too bad.

It was on okay place. There were little issues that needed to be addressed, like a loose bathroom door knob, loose toilet seat, and the shower didn't drain properly. They would only give you one towel per person and you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk to get clean replacements. The continental breakfast was limited to cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, bananas, and apples. Like I said, there were little things that needed to be addressed, but they are under new ownership and I believe they will correct them over time. All of the staff were very respectful, including the owners and their son.

We paid for 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 double beds. The room was dirty when we arrived and it looked like it was poorly maintained. The staff was friendly but the rooms were subpar and uncomfortable. Metal bed frames like filing cabinets, and one of them made a loud noise any time weight was placed on the corner of the bed. Uncomfortable beds and a dated property.

Someone needs to inform prospective guests about the train tracks that run 50 feet behind the property. Cargo trains average every 3 hours and the longer the train, the more your bed vibrates! We were vacationing, so it was more funny than irritating. I’m glad I didn’t have to work the next morning! But, staff lost stars for changing out a light right at our door at 10:00 at night! Not just the bulb, the whole light! Drilling, hammering, etc after lights out! Other than that, the hotel is quaint, front desk lady is very nice, and beds were comfy!

The hotel was amazing. Great price, the room was perfect and clean. The staff were super nice. I walked into the breakfast area right at closing time because I didn’t pay attention to the cutoff time and the lady let me get breakfast anyway with a smile. I would definitely go back.

This Quality Inn was very nice. Very Close to Downtown Ocean Springs. MS. The only drawback is that railroad tracks are right behind the property. So you will hear trains all day and night!

Love the convenient access to dining and shopping. Love the area around the property with the beautiful old oak trees. A little noisy because of being so close to the highway but tolerable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The people in the hotel were nice. The bathroom needed touchups. Unfortunately our neighbors beside us woke up at five and started arguing at that time. Almost every single day. The second Night water started dripping from the fan in the bathroom. It dripped until we left Monday morning all four days.Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. Room was nice. You just can’t pick your neighbors. Plenty of parking.

This is a beautiful property for a great price . It has a decent breakfast sausage and biscuit gravy and waffles along with grab items. The staff remembered us and were welcoming and kind ! The view is beautiful. Only small issues is the tub had some brown spots from being repaired and felt soft when showering. I worried might crack. But never did. And the parking. We had hard time finding a spot on our side. But we will definitely be back! Def recommend!

There for 4 days. Overall loved my stay. They advertised breakfast but every morning went in to get breakfast and there was nothing. Just waffle batter and cereal. No syrup….nothing in the hot container…no milk. And never anyone around to ask for more.
