It was good until I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes because the elevator broke I asked them to compensate my stay and they said they don't do that so I'm going to have to take it further action

The hallway/back entry was smelly and the carpet was dirty. Also, my room wasn't as clean and tidy as I would expect from a Radisson hotel. When we entered the room, it looked as though they just pulled the covers up over the beds, there was an empty toilet paper roll in the restroom (no paper in the room at all), we bought our own tissue from Walmart on our way back to the room for the night. I was very disappointed with my stay, and will never return.

inn needs upgrade and renovation. no hair dryer in room. outside very bright flood lights shone into room window at night. dehumidifiers in the length of the hallway on first floor. leaking roof in dining area, breakfast very limited. no hooks to hang bath towels, no clothes hangers.

Old hotel needs updating. Chipped paint, frayed and stained carpets, obviously patched plaster, security exterior door in back was never locked, even at night. Breakfast was a sad affair. The OJ was brown, rather than orange. Food items weren’t replenished and was the same the 3 days we were there. Hot choice was poor quality scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy.

Carpet in the hall looked like trash. Has 4 dehumidifiers in the hall. Smelled like mold. The ac in the room was inadequate. Advertised having a hot tub on Expedia, when i asked where the hot tub was, the lady said they had some rooms with jetted tubs so they put hot tub on the travel sites.

Everything about this hotel screams "cheap!". The hot water that was only warm, the meager "breakfast" offerings that I wouldn't put in my mouth, to the lack of building maintenance such as water-stains on the ceilings, and broken equipment in the "fitness room"-it all screams "CHEAP".

This hotel has limited staff and needs a good cleaning and updating of carpet, lighting etc. The bed was very comfortable, the pool area was clean, the housekeepers (especially the man) were very helpful. The staff was not friendly except for the male night clerk and the housekeeper. I think they are doing the best they can do with the resources they have, but the whole staff could be friendlier.

I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel is awful. It was not clean at all. Furniture was dirty, bathroom walls were nasty, the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. It filled up with water as soon as you turned it on. The air conditioner was so old and made the craziest noise all day and night. The floors were dirty, it reminded me more of a cheap motel than a hotel. It was a last minute trip and everything else was booked but I was very disappointed. Oh and the parking lot is so small. One way in and out.

We originally checked into 122 and immediately noticed black mold and standing water in the floor. Got moved to 116 and the smell of mold and must was horrible. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to jump out of the wall. The floor and walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Dead bugs under the curtains, in the sinks, bathtubs. Stains all over the bed and floors. After staying one night and some of the next day me and my wife left because we both started to feel sick. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a room especially to be priced the way it was.

This place smelled of mold. My husband woke up feeling sick from it but when we were gone from there it resolved. There were water marks on the carpet in the hallway. A dehumidifier attempting to control the odor. The bsthroom was dirty, bed sheets were old so hard to tell if just old or dirty. My advice: don't stop, keep driving to another hotel.

HORRIBLE! Traveled from out of state with my family and booked two rooms. The shower/tub in both rooms were dirty with a thick ring of dirt and drained slow when showering. After asking several times it was eventually fixed. One of the beds in the second room smelled of urine. We did not notice until late in the evening because we dropped our belonging off and went to a friend’s gathering. We were offered new sheets to change ourselves and refused a new room or assistance. If anything…..the entire mattress was contaminated with urine as well. The chairs in the room had large stains and there was used soap left in the restroom. The breakfast was not appealing and considering the cleanliness of the hotel we did not consume any of their food. We were not offered a discount, different room accommodations or anything for the issues. Pictures of one room down below.

We picked the wrong location. The carpet was very nasty in the hallway, the hallway smelled just like the people who owns it. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, we found hair in the tub and on the floor. The floors wasn’t swept correctly. They stated that they served breakfast, well they didn’t have much for anyone to eat. If I could have given them a zero, I would have. This location is not worth your money nor time.

Feels like management staff has numerous family members living there. Bed very uncomfortable. AC thermostat in HVAC Closet. Luke Warm water for Hot. Water pressure low. A lot of highway and trucks backing up noise very early in morning.

My air conditioning in my room was so loud I had to turn my volume to my TV up on 52 I called the front desk she went in the room while I was gone and she said there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning it was just very loud and I'm with the TV up on 52 is echoing trying to watch TV

Our room was very substandard. The floor was uneven to the point the bathroom door would not close. When the heating system cycled on, it sounded like a jet engine revving up. You couldn't sleep through it. Sounds carried easily through walls.

Staff very unfriendly and seemed put out by questions and requests for service. Security door lock was broken; repair request ignored. Had to carry used towels to front desk to prove that we needed fresh ones. This is far from the place we have stayed in the past.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Management of this hotel do not know how to assign a room. I was assigned 2 rooms with people already staying there. Finally they found a room for me that was terribly dirty. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

We stayed 3 nights morning shift is horrible if you wanted clean towels you have to walk to the laundry room the guy who does laundry act like he didn’t want to give me clean towels. Speaking his language kinda going off. Hair was all over bathrooms corner in every room was still dirty. Breakfast only had eggs, biscuits and gravy no sausage or bacon or fruits. Second shift the young guy was awesome though

I arrived at the hotel with my elderly mother. As we were walking in there was a group of men drinking outside of the hotel sitting on benches and cat calling to my mother and me. I did not feel safe. After I checked into the hotel my brother called and said that he was on his way and needed an extra night at the hotel. I proceeded to work with the front desk clerk to get the extra night added to our existing reservation. I was told that all reservations were linked together, and we would have no further issues. The next day I received a phone call that the staff had cleaned my brother's room and packed and removed his items from the room because he was supposed to have checked out by 3pm when in fact we had the hotel for 2 nights. We then had to leave a family event to return to the hotel to get his reservation fixed and rechecked into his room. I do not recommend this hotel as it was not a pleasant experience.

The attendant on property mistakenly marked my room as vacant and in need of cleaning. All of my items were bagged up and put in a storage closet. . mistakes happen. But when I found out that my personal fan and a bottle of wine was lost/stolen management refused to get involved in any way. They didn't try to apologize, investigate, or make it right in any way. They actively hid from Expedia in effort to accommodate a partial or full refund and I have yet to hear from them.

The evening front desk associate that checking my family and I in was awesome, great customer service! Our rooms were spacious and clean for the most part. The beds were not the best, they were hard and uncomfortable. I did not like that the entrance/exit was one way in/out and seemed to always be blocked whether we were entering or exiting. Good stay for the price and location.

The beds were very comfortable. The tile floors were very sticky and once reported, it was mopped. Quiet, except for upstairs guests walking all night in their room or dancing in clogs. I would say if possible stay upstairs if you want to sleep. The staircase made an impressive entrance. Breakfast was meager, also No hot water for tea lovers. Heaven, the morning desk clerk, was nice. Easy interstate access.

The person who was on duty picked up food from the floor and counter and put them back in the case for someone else to eat it. I told her about it and she was rude and thru it away finally. You dont serve food that has been touched or on the floor to people.

When coming into the room it seemed cleaned but the trash had not been taken out. There was hair and gum still in the trash. Everything else was clean and nice. In the morning the breakfast was terrible. The biscuits, gravy and eggs were cold and seemed to of been there from the day before. Mind you, I came to breakfast at 6AM right when it opens so I can get to work on time. The cereal was stale and there wasn’t much gravy left.

Towels and sheets were stained, Tv did not work, hallway smelt of weed or incense one and desk clerk on Sunday morning at checkout was in chair on her phone and did not comment or look up when I turned my keys in. At 8 am on Sunday morning there was no breakfast, cereal was stale and milk was sour
