Was nice big beds and space - only three towels in the room for showering pool was cold and not working and hot tub was out of order. Front desk guy was pleasant and breakfast was lots of great options

Comfortable room. Pretty good breakfast (although I find paper plates and plastic utensils a bit off putting, but… Pool and hot tub were excellent, if you can fin a time when the children aren’t howling. Lots of kids teams using the hotel with nearby rinks and ball diamonds.

This is a new property and the lobby and rooms were fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was present supervising and helping out. There were issues , however, with people dripping water from the pool down the hallway, into the lobby and the elevator. The staff frequently had to put up wet floor signs, but unfortunately the water everywhere did make the property look unkempt. I don’t know how this issue will be managed?

Hotel it's self is clean and tidy, parking lots is treacherous with ice and water. With the melting snow also comes alot of garbage that needs to be cleaned up.

It was great, had two queens and a couch, a little bigger than the two queen rooms. A couple things tho, the shower curtain stinks. They need to replace the shower curtain and start washing them more regularly. The water slide was not working, I was also here back in May and the water slide wasn’t working then either.

It's showing features of being worn it. Toiletry holders were broken. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Smelled of urine. Wifi was also down for maintenance for a few hours and there was no TBA time for restoration. Aside from the bathroom situation and wifi. Beds were clean and comfortable, along with general room area.

New hotel. Sheets stained with multiple body fluids and hairs. Staff initially refuses to remake bed because it was late. Suggested it was our fault for bringing it up so late - it was after 10. Told us it was just bleach - umm three different colors and hairs - no. Had to have them come back to replace pillow covers. Stay somewhere else.

Very nice place to stay however our door was hard to open so made 2 trips to the front desk before we figured out we had to push the door open with a bit of force Also hopefully they some lines painted in the parking lot so there isn’t so much wasted space

The hotel is always wonderful to stay at. Well priced, convenient, and clean. The only complaint this time was that we had a suite and the bedroom wall was against the stairwell and was NOT insulated very well at all. We heard every door close and every person go up and down the stairs all night. For the "best" rooms it was a little irritating to listen to that all night. I would not book a suite there again, however I will definitely stay at this property again.

Sofa bed was broken. Asked THREE times for it to be fixed. Black out roller shade broken. We stayed four nights and I had to beg for housekeeping. Even then, all they did was change the towels and garbage. No cleaning at all during our stay. A new hotel that’s going in the direction of all the other hotels in PA, run down. It’s quiet and has potential, if only they’d keep up with it and have better service. A customer shouldn’t have to ask multiple times for rooms to be cleaned.

Booked a two night stay in a two king suite.. or so we thought.. after checking in and going up to our room it turns out it was just a normal room. As a person who stays in multiple hotels it was a disappointment! The room was tiny and when I called down to the front desk I was told they could do nothing about and to contact Expedia. As the hotel was over booked and completely full. And if that wasn’t enough, we come to find out the wifi the hotel offers was not working. Again called the front desk and was told yes the wifi isn’t working and there was nothing they could do or even to give us a discount. So I wasn’t happy with our stay at all. And to top it all off the website does not have any pictures of the rooms they offer so you’re basically going into it blind. Our room keys always had to be reset every time we would try to leave and go anywhere. Sorry for the rank, but it wasn’t a great experience and I definitely would like Expedia to reach out.

It was an amazing new hotel. Everything was quality. The only problem was with the door. It was finicky for opening and closing, plus the door was loud. The room could do with more storage possibilities. Otherwise, it was a great stay! We were in heaven with two king beds.

I accidently booked the wrong room. There was not enough beds for my family. I was able to be moved to another room quickly with no issues. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and my family enjoyed the pool area.

I liked that every room has king size beds. I like the property and that it has a pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean and hotel was clean. I didn’t like the service. There would be a line of people waiting to check in and only one worker at the check in or waiting to get food at the downstairs canteen while the workers all sat in the break room. Took 5 mins for anyone to come to the front desk and notice. There was no bell in place. Also the hot tub didn’t need to be cleaned. The water was murky but besides that the stay was good and I would stay again.

Loud at night, considering it’s a pretty popular place, but if you’re looking for a good nights sleep maybe look elsewhere. Staff has good attitude, but hard to get their attention. I’ve waited at the front desk several times on check-in, and also have seen other people wait for quite a long time. A bell should be there if they’re going to sit in the office for as long as they do.

When we were sleeping on our first night someone opened our door with a key. We had the lock on so they couldn’t get in, they knocked and we realized they were also assigned to our room. We were told it was because of a computer issue, we had checked in no more than an hour prior. This left my children feeling unsafe and unable to sleep the entire weekend worrying that the front desk would give another stranger keys to our room. The staff were rude with other concerns as well.

Loved it, it’s clean and family friendly. It’s far enough away from the main city so it’s very quiet, but close enough to feel very comfortable driving to all the shopping and family friendly activity places

An excellent hotel experience--pleasant staff, clean and well-appointed property. A bit out of town for the time being, but the area around is being developed. It will be even better when restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Definitely recommended, and I will be back!!.

Had to take an unplanned trip to Prince Albert a few weeks ago and appreciated this brand new hotel. It was clean, quiet with large rooms and total blackout blinds. there is a new Mcdonalds, Starbucks and Canada brew house within three min walk. Also has a great pool area for the kids.
