Hotel blames Expedia... Expedia blames hotel. I stayed here during Covid-understood pool unavailable. Same poctures of great outdoor pool from 3 years ago but apparently the pool never reopened and staff says will not ever reopen. I booked this place on the pool pictures!! I asked for a refund to go to a motel WITH an open pool and was told i had already paid thru Expedia so i could not! Someone take responsibility and UPDATE your photos!!

We were using stair 3 to get to our room and the doors to access the building were not functioning properly. This was allowing anyone in the facility. The stairwell was dirty with trash, bloody rags, and clothes. The area our room faced was loud from the highway traffic. There was a man staying in his truck in the parking lot that would start his truck every few hours throughout the night. This made me think staff was not checking parking lot, exits, or stairs.

Pool was closed and covered with tarp. Breakfast was 3 sad little muffins and lots of coffee creamer. No tea. No fruit. Coffee needed to be made. Breakfast was 6 to 9 and it was only 6:30. When I asked the staff if that's all there was for breakfast, she said, "Yes maam!" With attitude.

Says there’s a pool but it’s no longer available. It’s filled with cement. I recommend taking the pool off the website. Other than that was a good stay and we enjoyed it.

Two exit/entrance doors were not latching or locking. When we told the front desk, we were told “it’s been that way for awhile.” They had very little concern. Several homeless people hanging around in the back…near the back door that wasn’t latching/locking.

Hotel is not as advertised. Says there is a pool..dont go if this is a must because they no loger have a pool. Says there is breakfast..again if this is a mist do not go they DO NOT serve breakfast. There is no glasses in the room for water. You must ask for them at the desk. We needed bedding for the pullout couch and could not reach the front desk for service. Went to the desk (8:30pm) desk clerk was asleep.... was not a 4 star hotel maybe close to a 2. Definitely not as advertised.

When we arrived there were only third floor rooms left which would normally be fine except that a room on the 3rd floor was under construction blocking the hallway on our side so we couldn’t use the elevator and had to take the stairs. We are doing a cross country road trip and have quite a bit of stuff and didn’t want to leave it in the car so we had to make about three trips up and down the stairs. The floors were a mess on the second floor due to the construction and it definitely smelled throughout the hotel. The staff were very kind though.

Room Floor was sticky. Sheets were dirty the shower curtain is hung to high so water goes on the floor. The "breakfast" WASNT. They had to small baskets of blueberry muffins and a handful of hard breakfast bars. Not even a variety of muffins just blueberry. Not what was left a 830 but refilled. The hallway by exit door smelled of heavy smoke "non smoking building" Not that i used it but i noticed the dryer door was completely off the dryer and on top of washer. The place was just a mess.

The hotel was dirty. We had a non-smoking room but people were smoking. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. As well, several lights were missing lightbulbs, the phone didn’t work and the floor in the room was laminate and sticky. Would not recommend

The first room they gave us was out of service, the bathtub didn't work and had a lot of trash and the second one the bathtub had hair and it was clogged, the toilet had poop on it and the sink was clogged too

The room was visibly dirty, from the floors, the side tables next to the bed, and the bathroom. There was no breakfast available in the morning. You can hear every single car that drove past the hotel through the windows that are right next to the bed, and people standing outside late at night talking. There were no hangers in the “closet” to hang our clothes on. The wire racks in the “closet” were filthy and dusty, causing one of my garments I accidentally placed on it to get very dirty.

Front desk was too busy chatting with his friend that was checking in to really make me feel welcome. Room was gross, sticky stains on floor, black lent balls in bedding and smelled like men’s cologne. Maybe not washed? The tub was old and peeling, the room smelled like mildew. No bueno. We left a day early and drove home 3.5 hrs instead of staying another night which was paid for. We locked ourselves out and went to get another key on Saturday at 3:30 pm and were green by a sign saying “ we have stepped away”. At 3:30? That’s when people are checking in! Sat and waited for 5 minutes to finally have a girl came from side office to help. It’s sad because we have stayed here before and this is the reason we came back. Not after this trip.

off very noisy road. Had very noisy neighbors 2 nights in a row because walls are very thin. Good location and access to restaurants and businesses. "Breakfast" the first day was coffee and a choice of 2 prepackaged chocolate muffins. 2nd day added packaged oatmeal and a few granola bar choices. NOT BREAKFAST!!

The property is immediately adjacent to a major thoroughfare with loud traffic. Our room faced the blvd and it was noisy at night. The breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal and mini muffins when in stock. One morning there was only coffee and instant oatmeal. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent.

This is not a bad place to stay for the price. But, with that being said, you must make sure you get a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway! The noise at night was awful! Lots of racing cars and motorcycles...loud trucks etc and the windows do nothing to diminish the sound. Also, the building seems to be very warm - lot's of solar gain I guess (we were there in April and it was hot) and the air conditioner had to stay on all night to be able to sleep - and it sounded like a B-52 taking off when it cycled on. Another loud noise to keep you awake. The room and property was clean and neat and the towels and sheets were good quality and clean. Some sketchy people in the area so would not want to be on the first floor... I would consider staying at this property again but only if it was on the western side away from the road. Also, they only have one elevator, so some rooms are a looong walk with your luggage...

343 - the bathroom faucet handle came off while using. The bathroom looks to have been kicked in. We couldnt close it for privacy. Room is nice but showing lack of care. Needs touch up painting. Overall nice place but if the rooms are not kept up you wont have a nice place much longer.

Breakfast is a joke. Granola bars, blueberry muffins individual wrapped, ,oatmeal packets coffee. Not a real breakfast. Grab and go. Website says coffee and tea all day. Not true. They lock the door at 9:30am at breakfast. The police were at the hotel on two nights of the 4 we were there. .. you have to ask for everything you need. They don’t put dishes, dishcloths ect in kitchen and you don’t know it till you go to use it. Have to go to desk to get everything you need. The telephone in the room doesn’t work. Told them 2 times and nothing done so we couldn’t call the front desk. They didn’t care about it. Then no one at front desk. Had to ring bell and wait. Sheets on bed kept coming off bed. They didn’t fit properly. They only clean room if you’re there more than 7 days.

Everything was good except the “breakfast included” part. Breakfast consist of prepackaged small muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. That’s about it. Close to the mall so there are plenty of restaurants available. Nice quiet and safe location.

Room was clean. That’s really the only good thing about it. Says free breakfast but there was nothing. It was more like snacks. So if one of the reason you are trying to stay here cause of free breakfast keep looking. Also I was told that you can get a later check out at noon with out being charged. I asked for a noon check they said ok. Day comes they are knocking at my door telling me I have til 11:30 to check out before they charge me a late fee. They tell you one thing and don’t stand on that. But room was clean bed was ok not the greatest but wasn’t the worst.

Clean. Food was never out, had to ask every morning. Picked this hotel because it had breakfast. Muffins, granola bars are a far cry from breakfast in my opinion. No milk for coffee even to buy, just coffee mate.
