Great place @ a pretty noisy location. Downstairs security guys r maybe not the nicest & customer friendliest. All around, the place is good / ok.

No warm or hot water for most of my 5 day stay. Management called plumbers and I was told there was nothing that could be done, that it was a widespread problem in that region. I later talked to a local who thought that was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard. It was a misrepresentation. Enjoy the cold showers and shaving with cold water.
