This is a new hotel located in medical district. It is located near downtown and with a 15-20 USD lyft drive, you can reach to any tourist attractions. Good: - Staff, free breakfast, always ready coffee Bad: - The pets are allowed in every room, if you are allergic to them, you should double check if there were any pets in your room recently. - The first group of rooms face restaurant area, where there is always a scent hanging in the air, forget about opening windows until past midnight. - The second group of rooms faces car park. There is a terrible engine-like noise very early in the morning like 6 AM which lasts for 4-5 min, which wakes you up. - And the most important, if you have a car, they will charge you 40 dollars per day for self parking !!!!

Sought out manager to compliment him about out thoughts and observations of this Hotel. Excellent, prompt and friendly service. Room was clean and amenities were great. Breakfast had an assortment of items in a comfortable and well designed area. Fitness center was larger than most with a variety of equipment. Pool and area was well cared for. Several eating places were within a very short walk from hotel. Look forward to staying again. Linda T

Elevators were out of service. Front sliding doors didn’t work properly. There were only two carts for the entire hotel for luggage. Terrible facilities. However the the staff was great, cleaning staff was amazing.

Paid way to much to stay at this property specifically because it included a pool and the pool had no water in it. It's a new property. The pool should have been in good condition. Very disappointed.

Did not use the gym or eat the breakfast, but the breakfast did look good with a nice variety and several choices. The room and overall hotel were very clean. The staff did miss a regular cleaning (every other day) and I was out of something, but I requested it at the front desk and they followed up with me the following day to ensure that cleaning was done. We were allowed to check in very early without an advance request which was wonderful! Some hotels smell musty, but all the hallways, common areas and even the elevators were clean and smelled fresh. You can’t even smell the chlorine from the pool. There was a neat food court directly out the front doors of the hotel with a lot of fast food choices which was very convenient. Great location in the medical district. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Chicago.

We needed a safe and quiet stopover on our way home and the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Medical District provided that for us. It was very quiet in the middle of a busy city, and its guarded parking lot provided our car with excellent security. This is a great place to stay if you find yourself in the Chicago area.

The shade in our window didn’t work so we had light coming in all night. The pool was closed for a long time they told us 30 minutes and ended up being two hours.

When we got to the hotel and tried to check in we found out that the elevator was broken. As we have limited mobility the hotel staff worked with us to come up with a room on the first floor. They went out of their way to help and make sure we did not have any problems. Very happy with our stay.

It was a very nice area and the hotel was very modern and beautiful. But the bed was hard a rock for some reason not your typical comfort when it camed to the mattress I would expect from this hotel brand.

Reasonably priced new hotel near Chicago's Medical District with all of the amenities needed for a great stay. The free breakfast had a wide assortment with meat and egg offerings changing daily. There was even a complimentary coffee station in the lobby. The room was spacious and well-lit with a big screen TV and WiFi. Bathroom was large and the tub had many safety grab bars. Numerous take-out restaurants (think Chipotle, 5 Guys, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks) right in front of hotel. Highly recommended and family friendly. Friendly helpful staff.

Great location to subway CTA blue line which runs pretty much 247. Only 20 mins into city. Fab Local amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Only criticism would be nice to see more pastry and fresh fruit options. Vegan/Vegetarian sausages would have been appreciated. Thank you for the stay. Would recommended.

Highly recommend! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, quiet area, and cheapest parking in the area with in and out allowed. I had a wonderful experience. The front desk employees were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here the next time I need to travel to Chicago.

We were thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff! Each person we came into contact with seemed to genuinely like working there and care about us as guests. It was truly a great experience. The property was also clean and fresh. You can tell it's a pretty new place. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The fitness center was also clean and well-equipped. This stay was an exceptional value!

Best breakfast at a hotel I've ever had. Wide variety of options and very large spacious area to enjoy it. Pool was amazing, and possibly salt over chlorinated? Light, didnt sry out skin or eyes. Was very nice overall! Lots of food options surrounding outside. I will be returning.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much I had to book another stay within a month! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is very clean and I feel you get the most out of your money here - the room is clean and spacious, the lobby has fresh lemon water, and the pool is well kept. The breakfast alone makes it all worth it - fresh waffles, well seasoned eggs and potatoes, lots of bacon, oatmeal with topping, the list goes on. I would definitely recommend!
