Room was big and clean, they had chips and cheese and ice cream and a wonderful coffee maker, breakfast was good , pool was to cold to get into, needs a hot tub

Wonderful stay! From check in to check out, everything was great. The unlimited ice cream and coffee bar was yummy and our kids LOVED it. We witnessed one of the employees really deep cleaning it and so we felt very comfortable and knew that it was well taken care of and cleaned outt! Breakfast was great! The fitness center has alittle secret—a peloton! I was SHOCKED and so excited to work out! Not even some of the high end places have one. Our room was so clean, comfortable and very nice. It was quiet and we had zero problems during our stay. Would 100% stay here again with my family and recommend.

Family overnight trip. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel is mostly renovated and looks great! The front of the hotel is closed off and under construction. Pool was small but adequate and well maintained. The kids loved it. The 24/7 ice cream and coffee bar were a huge hit! Very friendly staff. Especially Sammi at the front desk and the breakfast staff. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Loved everything about the stay except that the indoor pool was not heated, making the swim very cold.

The hotel was being renovated and my window was covered in plastic, the hall was covered in dirty smelly stuff and when I first got there, there were beds lined up on the wall. You had to scan your key then hit the door with your shoulder to get in. They wouldn’t move me or let me out of my reservation. The pool was closed over July 4th without me knowing ahead of time. If that isn’t enough, they forgot to clean my room on my 2nd day. When I reported it, the guy said I could come get towels… not bring to me and didn’t understand enough English to give me coffee for my room! I did have one guy that came up and fixed my tv and remote. He was the only friendly face of the whole weekend. The breakfast was so sad, I didn’t even attempt it on my check out day.

I called ahead to make sure their indoor pool was open I was told yes but upon checking in was told the pool is closed for renovations. We drove and extra 15 miles out of our way, paid over $50 more to stay in a hotel with a pool with our 2 kids just to be lied to and no use of a pool! My kids are upset to say the least!

I checked in late, but the room was still waiting and I actually got a free upgrade. Enterinf the property was a little inconvenient due to construction on the front side of the property, but it wasn't bad. The parking lot is extremely well lit. The room was very clean. The property is about a 10-minute drive from any kind of food, which isn' that bad, but don't expect to be close to much. All-in-all, it was a surprisingly nice place to stay.

The property is undergoing renovation so construction crews were everywhere. When it is complete, this will be a nice place to stay. The work out room is very limited (and the pool was closed). Needs a few benches, strength machines, not just treadmills.

Room was nasty

The pool was closed due to renovations (which we were not made aware of until check in), the drawers on our TV stand would not stay closed and my son got hurt on them, there were ants crawling around in the carpet in our room, and there was damage to the drywall around the window. The breakfast was decent.

wall paper torn and stained in spots, generally old, worn out furniture and bathroom fixtures. Staff was great when they were present. At checkout in the am, no one there to check us out. Locked out of our room for almost 2 hours because of a faulty door lock. They don't clean rooms every day and you have to take your dirty towels to front desk for clean ones. The manager, when I called after returning home, offered a $60.00 adjustment on a 500.00 3 night stay total!

When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes or longer to get my room key! I was exhausted and there was no one at the desk! Once i got a room I was so tired I went right to sleep, when waking up to shower it was not clean, the toilets are not clean, hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine, what looks to be blood on the wall by the sink. Very unclean and uncomfortable.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which would have been nice to know when we booked. We got a renovated room, which was great. The room was clean, but not the hallways due to ongoing construction. Whrn all the work is done, this place will look great based on what we have seen

Clean room, friendly staff

This place is gross. Our room stunk there were water stains on the wall and curtains.

We only stayed one night on the way back home but it was awesome find. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was very clean and looked almost brand new. They also had ice cream and coffee around the clock.

Super friendly front desk staff, and my room was very clean. I chose this one because it did not have carpet, and wow was that a good choice. I always lift the fitted sheet and mattress protector when staying somewhere, and this was the first hotel I have stayed at that didn't have stains all over the mattress! And the mattress protector had a zipper that enclosed the ENTIRE mattress, top and bottom, not just sitting on top like a fitted sheet. Great breakfast, big tv, clean bed and bathroom. The hotel is very close to a Cracker Barrell, and across from Wally's. It is a good location for when you want to go to St. Louis but don't want to be right in the middle of the busy city.

Work was being done on ceiling tiles in the hallway. As a result, the hallways were dirty with ceiling fragments. The room was very clean

Our stay was okay. However, there was no WiFi available and breakfast was lacking. I went to get coffee in the lobby and it was out, plenty of sweet era for coffee but no regular creamer. Breakfast items were gone or nearly gone at 8:45 and no employee checking the items. Eggs were full of butter. Our toilet was not secured to the floor so it clanged and rocked and felt like it was going to move or fall over. For the price of a night’s stay I definitely expected more.

Nick was great at service and trying to fix our room problems. No Wi-Fi, broken TV, no bar soap, just a little tube of shower gel to wash your hands. The lobby ladies bathroom had 2 soap dispensers, neither of filled. Breakfast was great. Place just needs TLC!

Breakfast was fresh and service was excellent. My only complaint was it was loud in our room due to equipment humming. Room 306. Air conditioning was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

This hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms were large and clean. The staff and the complimentary breakfast were great.

We selected a king suite with a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed had no mattress. When we called the front desk they told us to come down and they would give us a mattress. When trying to explain that a down comforter was not a mattress, I was then given a mattress protector. My partner went back down and they eventually gave us a second room with two queen beds. The rooms cleanliness were not what you would typically expect.

it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at

My stay was just ok. The room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was amazingly good. One reason I booked tbis room was because they had an i door pool . It was closed. The front desk person had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. He could not give me recommendations for late night food. Check out time was 11 AM. Housekeeping was knocking on thd door at 10:55 wanting in. The front desk called to ask if I wanted to extend my stay at 11:05. I was out by 11:10, but I felt as though I was rushed out the door. Also, there were no blackout curtains, so the room hot very light early in the morning. I could hear other guests talking through the walls late at night snd very early in the morning. The bed was harder than I like, but was acceptable.

Friendly staff. I requested for pack and play for my little girl and offered it to me for free.

Never was able to check in. Was pre paid with key cash and the clerk said that they had not received payment. I decided to deal with it later with Hotels.com after a 16 hour day and was told I could run a credit card instead. He ran multiple cards multiple times saying they were all declined. My credit card statements say otherwise BTW so I had to waste time dealing with that as well. I was unable to secure my reservation and stayed elsewhere.

The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Linens were piled on the beds and trash was all over the floor. We went back down to the desk to get a new room and were told there were no more rooms and that housekeeping had left for the day. When I let them know we needed two rooms at a different property (we had two rooms in our reservation), they magically found an empty clean room. The room was basic but adequate. However, the door handle was broken and came off each time you tried to open the door. You had to carefully grasp the deadbolt switch to actually open the door. This is a huge safety risk! The other room in our reservation accidentally had someone lock himself out of the bathroom. The front desk had no key to open the bathroom and no solution other than to “wait until maintenance arrives in the morning because they might have a key.” We finally used a room key to pick that lock. We were only staying one night on our way through town, otherwise I would have insisted that we be switched to another location. Unacceptable conditions and staff unwilling to make it right.

Front desk staff was great. We called for towels and never got them. Also asked for TP as we were out and never got any. Room was never cleaned. We had to go to the desk 12 hours after our request for towels and TP to get our own.

Limited breakfast hours (3 hours from 6am-9am). After coming in from a 29 hour drive we were not greeted and the front desk agent was on a personal phone call the entire time upon checking us in. He talked too fast to understand and mumbled as well. The rooms were alright but below average. They are doing work on the inside and outside of the hotel so there was a lot of construction stuff everywhere.

Hotel was clean and safe as they had treated the entryway to prevent ice and a slip hazard due to the wintry weather. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful when requesting additional towels. The lady in the breakfast area was quite the hostess and very personable to all the guests.

Staff was very helpful and making sure everything was taken care of that I needed from trying to figure out how to operate the television to switching rooms if everything wasn’t the way I needed it to be.

Location was great for Six Flags

Super easy access to highway system. Felt safe. Quiet. Nice amenities.

It was really nice and clean. Easy to get too. 19 min. Away from enterprise center. Almost a straight shot in. Very easy to navigate. Loved the convenience of the location. Very friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Great breakfast. Coffee machine in lobby that makes different kinds of coffee drinks. Free to the customers.

Good staff. Very helpful. Good bed. Good temperature. Located too far away from eateries.

Staff at the desk were extremely kind to us and our 2 young kids. We took advantage of the ice cream and nacho maker. We were only about 10 minutes from Grant's Farm. The kids loved the little pool.

Property is clean, comfortable and great condition. Updated rooms, no carpet was nice to have in the rooms. Some road noise from the highway, but hey it’s the city so expect it. Location is safe and well lit.

Everything was ok but first day the breakfast was very limited. No bread, no waffles, no muffins. Just cold eggs and bacon. On the second day was no breakfast at all. It was 8:30am and nobody notified us there’s no breakfast. Just coffee and hot water. I asked for manager and she was nowhere to be found.

Had to change rooms, sheets comforter stained, next morning breakfast was 6:30 - 9:00 but was out of hot food at 8:10. Direct TV remote did not operate TV no help from front desk. Coffee bags were open and only decaf. There was a letter on elevator door explaining under construction but it appeared more like cost cutting or preparing for sale.

Walked in and was instantly greeted by not one but two different people. They treated my wife and myself great. We were on the second floor. We got to the room and everything was so clean. No stray hairs anywhere to be found. Floors were great, no dirt on white socks walking across the floor. We stayed a total of 5 days. We were there on vacation for our 23rd anniversary. Plus, I had to work on a Sunday. Remarkably close to both West County Mall and Galleria Mall. The noise level was acceptable, walls are what is to be expected of a hotel but the sound traveling through was surprisingly good. Each time we left and came back we were greeted by a person at the front desk. Now onto the great. Their breakfast was about the best I have ever had at a Best Western ever. The food was plentiful. Plus, it tasted remarkably good. The cost was great for a 5-night stay. Tv was decent only thing I wished for was a laminated channel listing although there is one on the TV itself. But there wasn't anything to doc on the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Staff was nice - but NO hot water in room, NO food for breakfast as promised and no cream for coffee (this was on thing offered) there was milk but was outdated by 7 days. Do NOT plan to stay there again.

The property was excellent. The value we received for the money was great. I appreciated the food that was available for breakfast and was satisfied all 4 of our breakfast meals. There was one item that could have been restocked faster during our first breakfast on March 6, Thursday. The syrup ran out.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The employees were helpful, and check in was fast. The room was quiet and comfy, and the windows had curtains that totally covered the window, so no light could sneak in. The free breakfast was fantastic. Eggs and breakfast potatoes were really good, and that have two waffle makers. Plus a really cool coffee machine. I would definitely stay again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. The hotel itself appeared not to be well maintained, but our room was very clean. Breakfast was HORRIBLE...by 8:30 most of the bins/shelves/containers were empty, and what was still there was cold and soggy.

The staff were excellent and the property clean plus easily accessible. Soft serve ice cream machine and coffee machine nice touch and breakfast was delicious.

The pool was out of service and the complimentary breakfast was almost nonexistent. We went down for breakfast at 8 am and nearly everything was out. We ended up going out for breakfast. The sign for the hotel is broken and the place looks run down.
