Person at front desk was friendly and helpful. There was someone smoking inside the front door frame as we came in. The hotel hallway on the second floor smelled very strongly of marijuana and there was a big garbage bag of garbage sitting in the hall as we went to our room. Our room had a broken bathroom door knob, and the air conditioner was so loud it woke us up quite a few times.

Pulled into lot. No parking for truck with trailer. Lot filled with construction trailers, that should have been parked on jobsites. Not at the hotel. Drove around several times looking for a place to park. While driving around I see a lot full of men drinking outside, Women that looked like dancer or hookers changing cloths at their cars, that it looked like they were living in. Finally had to disconnect my trailer to park in smaller spots. Went inside. Entry floor is torn up and half replaced. Get on the elevator to go to our 3rd floor room. Smells of Marijuana & alcohol. third floor, more stuff torn up in the hallway. People yelling out the window in the hall to others partying in the parking lot. Tried our key in the door. Got a green light then red flashing light like it was locked from the inside. Went back down and asked for a refund. Expedia should not be listing this place. Drove down the street found another hotel. Paid twice as much, but was lucky to find a place at the last minute.

They were remodeling the hotel and worked until 9 pm on Saturday night and started banging loudly on Sunday morning at 7:30 am. No towels in the room, only 2 wash cloths. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no extra. We asked at the desk for a room closer to the elevator, and he told us it was, but it was all the way to the other end of the hallway. We have disability issues. Never anyone at the desk.

The entire hotel was in a state of disrepair. The floor we were on smelled like weed, there was a guy pushing around a shopping cart from Aldi filled with junk through the hotel, our room was dirty, the AC was blowing musty stink air, the furniture was falling apart, it was very noisy outside the room and we didn't feel safe so we did not stay.

Key card system had been down for 3 days prior to my arrival. Couldn’t get a key made for my stay with an unknown timeline of when it could be made. Staff was using expletives to communicate their frustration and said I’d need to call another number to have someone let me in each time I leave my room but that I could expect to wait 30 minutes even though the number was for a permanent staff that lives in the hotel. Turns out this hotel is part of a government program to house homeless and indigent individuals and families so I don’t need to describe how the entrance, lobby, halls, rooms were… There was a police officer sitting in their police vehicle parked outside and off view of the entrance due to the clientele. STAY AWAY. I left within minutes but staff had closed up so I could not check out same night and I was not refunded that nights stay.

I understand that they are currently undergoing renovations, which is fine and didn't cause any issues. The problems were the fact that the carpet in the room was stained, every time entering the elevator it smelled very strongly of marijuana. The biggest issue was that 3 times throughout the night the fire alarms went off. The first time the fire truck and police arrived however they didn't show up the other two times it went off. When I asked the front desk if there was an issue they stated that there was nothing wrong just the crew doing the renovations kept setting the stairwell alarm off and they were working on fixing it. Also heard another customer tell the front desk that the previous week he had seen someone smoking in the stairwell and the front desk's lack of reaction stated that it happens often.

I ended up not staying because no one showed up at the desk and I left after half an hour. The lobby was gross and creepy, the other peiple staying there creepy, and parking lot covered in ice (more than normal). I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe there.

This place smelled horrible. Unfinished remodel. People live there long term. Unsafe. The door was broken and just barely tepaied so it was hard to open and close. Unsafe to be outdoors worried constantly about vehicle in the parking lot. Police constantly driving around through the parking lot. Matresses barely fot on the ved frame.this was the absolute worst place i have ever stayed. The smell was terrible. The cabinets didn't have doors. The closet area unfinished. The bathroom smelled horrible.

I've stayed here a couple of times. Currently they are under going a complete renovation (including all the rooms).So, the hallways where a little crowded! But considering the reason why and the commitment of the staff to make it a better place! It was very nice place to stay! I'll definitely be staying there again!

The hotel was under construction and was having a lot of work done. It wasn’t great, but it seemed like they were really trying to improve it.

This hotel is disgusting from the moment you enter bad smell was according to remuneration but they were just patching it a little, when I entered the room was not very clean the stove plateau horrible the hood full of old dirt a ornilla not working and I told the reception and they did not care, the next day the worst many cockroaches throughout the kitchen I had to buy a poison to kill them is disgusting I do not recommend it to

This property cries of health code violations and potential for infestations. The first room offered was filthy, the bathroom was an afterthought and was missing a shower curtain, towels and the tub was absolutely dirty as if it hadn't been properly cleaned/sanitized for years(pictures available). Tile floors were unclean, too. The next room offered wasn't much better. The halls still reeked of the smoke of Marijuana like downstairs. Every hall hadn't been vacuumed for a long while-just dirty. After entering a room where the door had to be pulled shut firmly, the bathroom had towels and a curtain, but the bath tub was just as filthy as the first room. I saw a newer cook top and flooring, but the floors were tacky to the touch. Both refrigerators had exterior rust and were not level. After staying for about an hour, I checked out. I mentioned to the new checkout clerk I was checking out and she stated she wasn't able to offer any refund because she didn't have access to that part of the system. This was highway robbery. You offer an unsafe, unsanitary accommodations and still keep the money. Expedia: I would drop this property immediately. I hold you complicit in this property's condition. Why would you risk losing business with such a property?

Not a clean room! There was glitter and pubic hair all over the blanket and sheets.

Room lack many amenities that a budget hotel should have, like only one bed pillow. When i awakened in the morning i saw several bugs on the floor that scattered to the base boards. I was able to kill one and i brought it to the staffs attention upon checking out. I was told that the hotel is going through a renovation and the clerk at the desk said he would tell the manager. took none of my contact information. it seemed clear this was not the first time that had had this compalint. Very disappointing.

Staff was friendly but the room smelled like cigarettes and looked like it didn’t get cleaned from the last visit. We found someone else’s socks… Also the trash room wasn’t well maintained and the smoking policy doesn’t seem to be enforced. The hallways smelled heavily of smoke.

Would not recommend. This has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. So bad that we had a second reservation for our return flight and we lost out on the money the cancellation. We decided to find a better, cleaner, and not noisy hotel. Our experience consisted of doors slamming all night stained sheets and mattresses, hair in tub and sink and toothpaste stuck to sink. Floors were sticky. This hotel was horrible.

Dirty floors throughout, dead bugs in the corners, a tooth flosser behind the toilet, mold in the toilet and the refrigerator, hard bed and 2 cheap pillows. :(

The property is under renovation, and the room had light fixtures that didn’t work, broken drawer on dresser, broken mirror frame, drywall broken behind door, and many cleanliness issues and wear issues. Asked staff if there was a better room, and no response other than to say they were rehabbing the property. This property is not as advertised on Expedia, and should not be allowed to market on Expedia until the renovation is completed.

There are some very scary people living? and helping at the Front Desk...when there is someone at the Front Desk. Had to report marijuana to said Front Desk as a present smell, one morning, to get rid of, & coming home, clearly smoking was, too, impacting my clothes. Running, slamming doors, an unknown man throwing up in the middle of the night not far from my door. Almost no amenities. No phone, few outlets...I did like some of the new fixtures and furniture they were choosing, but many had stickers/tahs on them. Bed was clean, but sheets were pilled/had a hole on one side...They did a nice job in ensuring my room, specifivally, was very clean, upon arrival, as requested. 2 Shampoos, no Conditioner. Cover missing altogether over Bathroom vent. Room #217, I believe. Towels seemed clean!

Rooms were very clean and well designed

This hotel need to be remodeled. New tubs, new everything. Customers service was fine but they upcharge for everything like pots and pans and dishes.

Property was over all okay. When you book the room with a stove top. They don't inform you that you need stainless steel pan and want to charge 34.99 for the set. Other than that it's was okay.

I was not happy that they have a stove top, but you have to buy a pan from them to use it!

Until they're done with remodeling i will not return. Fyi they're putting in kitchenettes that will require people to buy their pots and pans, also they upcharge for dishes and dish soap.

Friendly staff, nicely renovated room, new furniture and new appliances.

The fridge door was around the rubbering , the stove top needs to be upgrade it was rusty I was afraid to use it, microwave button kept getting stuck, my key barely worked to my door

Property was clean even when going through renovations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating.

When I arrived at the hotel for check in the afternoon staff was rude. After the checking ID, I was informed that they could not give me a room key. I would have to ask for someone to open my room door if I left and returned to the hotel. This was annoying to hear but I already paid so I tried to make the best of it. Room was run down and old. Blanket had burn marks in it. I switched blankets at the desk and had them open the door to get back into room. Finally went to sleep. Around 3 am I hear water dripping in the bathroom. I take a look and water is all over the floor and sink. The carpet and everything was soaked. The paint in the bathroom was bubbling from the water. I go to the front desk to tell them it’s flooding in my room and nobody is around. I had to call the main number to get them to call the night staff. Keep in mind I’m now locked out of the room because I have no room key. 30 minutes later the night staff shows up looking like she just woke up. She has no clue what to do when I pointed out the issue and tells me to wait. I reply I will leave and you guys can address the situation. I return after a day of events with my luggage with me all day long and approach the same rude staff and ask if they fixed the problem or am I getting another room. The staff tells me I have to go back into the same room. I immediately told them I would not be staying in the flooded moldy room that has not been fixed or cleaned. The staff just walked away. Stay away from here

Someone from the hotel called me late morning that I was to check in and informed me that due to maintenance issues they had to cancel my reservation. Call was not from the hotel phone number, and offered no assistance in any form. Said to call hotels.com to arrange a cancellation and refund. it has been over a week, and still no refund!! VERY UNHAPPY!!

I received a call about 5 hours before check-in time to cancel my reservation. I had made the reservation two weeks prior, and they canceled at the last minute. The caller said it was due to a problem with the tub and that they had no other rooms available. I had to make a last minute reservation at another hotel and ended up paying $34 more per night. It was a very frustrating experience, because we had to be in Minneapolis that day to help our daughter move into her new apartment.

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance to attend a concert. I arrived, and when I approached the desk and asked to check in, the guy back there just tapped a sign that said they were out of rooms. Considering the fact that I had booked in advance, I pressed and said told him so, and he just rudely responded "Nope, we don't have any rooms." Then he rudely told me to "check that I had my dates correct". Which I did, I checked right there in front of him, and my reservation was for that very night and the night after. He just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do, turning his back and getting back on his earpiece. No refund offer, no voucher, no list of alternate hotels. I also noted there seemed to be people arriving as I walked out and they were being helped. I contacted Hotels, went through two agents, and waited 72 hours to be told that it was too late to be refunded. I might be paranoid but I'm pretty sure this hotel is claiming I checked in and stayed, when I 100% did not. I didn't know you had to call and make sure a room you reserved 3 months in advance. I know hotels don't like Hotels.com bookings but it's a little extreme to give a room away when you have a reservation in the system. I don't mean to sound like an overdramatic Karen, but when you're told your room was given away, and the hotel doesn't call you, or try to help and all but tells you to kick rocks, then the website shrugs and says they can't offer a refund, it leaves a person salty.

Very affordable and convenient. The staff is very kind. It’s an average place that is close to the airport. Also they are currently remodeling and making lots of improvements. It seems like a good long term hotel for out of town workers as there are full refrigerators and induction cooktops in the rooms.

They need to provide the breakfast

The front desk attendant had a great attitude, very helpful.. a little upset that I was informed on the app that there would be grab-n-go breakfast.. there wasn’t.. the room was clean but had stains on the counters, and hair in the tub.. plus the central air would hiss EVERYTIME powering down or off..

The hotel met our needs - room was comfortable. However, there was an efficiency kitchen area completely bare of any kitchen items. They did provide good coffee in the lobby for a limited time in the morning.

Very friendly staff at check-in who plays a lot of amenities good breakfast lot of room for parking close locations places cleaned in the staff was nice nice place to stay at.

I had to contact management for a microwave, garbage, and batteries for the remote. The smoke detector was missing. The carpet was not well vacuumed, there were stains all over. Also the security bar on the door was broken. No coffee or breakfast to go was provided, though it's advertised. It was quiet, and the bedding and bathroom were clean. Front desk was not available 24 hours. Staff was friendly.
