Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis

Stayed one night. Room was clean. Mattress was nice with lots of pillows. It had all the usual toiletries. Iron and board, fridge. Micro and hair dryer. Very quiet on 4th floor. Staff were pleasant. I missed breakfast. Denny's is next door. 4 stars because the bathroom outlets were not working and I told the front desk when I left.

It was a nice stay.

I was refused late check-in after an emergent change of plans on my pre-paid room. EVEN AFTER having direct contact with the site manager, letting them know of my situation. When the desk clerk contacted the site manager, she lied on the phone. Hung up, then refused to take the clerks phone calls to resolve the issue. I was left without a room and money, hurrying to find another room before my show started. I will be going directly to Corporate with this one as well.

The breakfast was good, the pool was fun.

Management was rude, hotel stunk, mystery stains everywhere, hot tub was filthy and I ended up getting a rash from it. Side door was propped open so anybody could enter the building. Had multiple encounters with creepy men and did not feel safe. Constantly saw police cars enter the parking lot as well. Avoid at all costs, not worth saving money.
