Zimmer ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand- für ein Apart-Hotel wie Noli. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, obwohl nur begrenzte Zeit da. Sauna hat leider nicht funktioniert. Gym ist ziemlich klein, somit have ich diese Facilities nicht benützt

Amazing views from the 15th floor towards the sea. All facilities clean and staff very friendly. We really liked the access to sauna. Seems that hotel has ton of common activities and facilities, those would be very handy when staying a longer period.

Everything worked so well. Great customer service, beautiful interior, shared spaces like living room, working space, movie room, saunas and bigger kitchen. I felt so relaxed. Modern, cosy and communal. I will visit again.

A lovely, clean apartment at a very reasonable price, in a convenient location. Easy to check in and park - there’s a supermarket next door, as well. Lovely views to the sea. There was a washing machine in the apartment and a laundry room downstairs, which was brilliant! We would definitely stay here again!

Pillow was uncomfortable, no television, we felt bored at night. This is the only hotel that no tv,its so strange. You should have to mention in your ads, notification or reminder to your client about the unit information, I was so disappointed about no tv. The chair in the room was uncomfortable. The shared room/music/gaming room has been badly organized, it should have reservations so that other customer also can use. The only good thing is that the hotel is easy access with transportation and few steps away from Kmarket.

Spotless room and friendly staff, well-maintained and very comfortable hotel environment, and convenient transportation to the university. The supermarket and bus station are just next to the hotel. It was an enjoyable stay in this hotel. Only one minor suggestion: could provide a few more options in the menu.

I had a lovely stay at Noli Otaniemi! The studio room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished — everything felt new and shiny. It came with an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, and cookware, which made it super easy to cook and feel at home. The real highlight was the sea view. My daily Instagram posts featured the sun reflecting over the water in different shades — absolutely stunning and peaceful. The location is unbeatable: right next to the tram stop, so I could get around the city effortlessly. Aalto University is just a short walk away, and the metro station nearby made commuting a breeze. Having a K-Market right next door was perfect for grocery runs and spontaneous cook-ups. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern, well-connected, and scenic place to stay in Helsinki!

Stayed at Noli Otaniemi for 7 days this summer. Very pleased with the stay here, the room was quite big with a kitchen and overall good standard. When I arrived at Noli I was met with very kind and service-minded staff. Both check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Noli is close to public transport so its easy to get around. Also there is a grocery store right next to the building which was very nice. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Helsinki again :)

This hotel is pretty no frills, but nice. You check yourself in at a kiosk in the entryway. You get one room key card. Clean rooms. Spacious for Europe. Has meagre kitchen that heated milk and fried ham fine. Likited utensils to cook with. There were 4 of us, but only 3 towels we discovered after office person let at 6 pm so no way to get another. No service after hours. For a short stopover, was great. Bed not the most comfortable, but ok. Bedding was spotless clean. Bathroom with washer was very nice. No drier or rack to dry clothes so we used chairs from the table. Was definitely less expensive than anything elae we saw in Helsinki greater metro area.

This is a high tech well constructed new property. I love many details of the construction even how well caulking was done. This place speaks volumes about the Finnish culture. Public transportation is right in front of the studio and there is a small grocery store 10 steps from the studio. This is a partially hosted model. We had couple of technical key access glitches that had to be redone. In our case it was not a big deal but I can imagine it can be tricky with young children arriving outside of the hosted hours in deep Finnish winter with technical glitches.

It' is a great hotel. I was thrilled of the room - the kitchen, bed, cleanliness and the friendly and helpful office staff. Everything was perfect. The check-in was no prbloblem. There is the possibility to walk near the sea and the tram and supermarket ist very close. I can recommend it.

Rummet var bra. Dock betalade vi för frukost som vi inte fick och vi fick inte en återbetalning på det. Vi var tvungna att hyra en tv. När den väl var på rummet funkade den inte och receptionen hade stängt.

トラム電車のホームに着くと、ノーリ\u3000オタニエミの場所案内がすぐに見えて、ヘルシンキを初めて訪れても見つかりやすかったです。トラム電車一駅でアルト理工科大学に、そこからメトロに乗り換えヘルシンキ中央駅に行けて、ホテルの周辺に森散策もできます。15階の部屋から、夕日がバッチリ見えて，朝はエレベーターの横にある椅子で朝日も見えました。一泊一万円ほどで、リズンナーブルだと思います。

Smidig in- och utcheckning. Bra liten studio. Ett stenkast från vårt kontor. Spårvagn utanför dörren med en station till Metron som tar en på en kvart till centrala Helsingfors. Stor butik precis utanför.

As instalações do prédio são ótimas, todas muito novas, em excelente condições. O tamanho do quarto é excelente, com uma ótima infraestrutura de cozinha, tamanho de banheiro e qualidade da cama e todos os itens disponíveis. A experiência do café da manhã não vale a pena, por poucas opções e ter que escolher um de cada item, já pronto. A experiência ruim ficou por conta do check in, pois o quarto realmente não ficou disponível antes do horário, e depois de certa hora ele fica todo automatizado, inclusive o acesso da porta externa. Localização excelente para quem vai para a Aalto University ou empresas ao lado. No estacionamento está localizado um excelente mercado, e outro mercado a uma quadra de distância, então fica muito prático de comprar os itens para ter no apartamento.

I loved it so much here, i had to come back. It feels like home but much safer. Very helpful & friendly staff. Very close to public transport, supermarket and a very good restaurant just up the road. ( Fat Lizard.) I'm actually very sad to be leaving. I don't want to go home!!
