Waren nur für 1 Tag/Nacht da. Im allgemeinen gut, aber der Wellnessbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Außenwhirlpool war nicht befüllt, der Innenwhirlpool ging nicht und war eher kalt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Mountains! Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war modern und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, das Abendessen und Frühstück war fantastisch und der Wellness-und Fitness- Bereich großzügig und vielseitig. Toller Outdoor-Pool mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☀️💦⛰️

Außenpool ok, Innenpool mit Spa sehr schön. Wir waren im „alten“ Hotel, es war sauber, alles funktionierte und es hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Das Frühstück war eine 10 von 10! Parken, es könnten mehrere Parkplätze geben.

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is outdated in many ways! Upon arrival, you have to be lucky to get a parking spot as places are limited. The so-called Spa is in need of a renovation. It is quite dark, small/cramped, chairs were partially broken, there were no lights in the showers and in general it is lacking a sense for details - especially for a 4-star wellness hotel. Also the rooms in the old part of the hotel are totally overpriced. The carpets were dirty, the sink was broken, the toilet door didn‘t close properly, the tv is smaller than my laptop screen, a plug was partially hanging from the wall, the ripped belt loop of the bathrobe was provisionally repaired with a knot and the lights had next to no brightness whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say about the room is it had a decent size. On a positive note, the restaurant area has been renovated very nicely and the breakfast was good. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly.

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden stellend da sehr viel Hundehaare auf dem Boden und Sofa waren, was sehr gut war ist das Frühstück reichlich Auswahl und sehr lecker, Pool wär einwandfrei und ordentlich,Personal spricht scheinbar überwiegend Englisch was ich persönlich nicht so gut fand, Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht und ein Blick auf denn Hinterhof bekommen,wo auch noch genau hinterm Aufzug war der im Betrieb sehr laut war. Wir haben das Zimmer im Angebot gebucht. Dafür war der Preis in Ordnung. Den vollen Preis hätten wir dafür nicht bezahlt

Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert! Spiegeleier, Ruhreier und alle anderen «warmen» Speisen waren jeden Tag kalt. Die Teller teils dreckig, die Kaffeemaschine defekt und das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Alle waren am Kaffee trinken. Danach hat man uns dann sehr klar zu verstehen gegeben, dass die Plätze mit Aussicht nur für Gäste mit Halbpension sind. Auf unserem Tisch war im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen kein Reserviert-Schild und wie erwähnt war das Personal am Kaffee trinken, anstatt die Gäste an die korrekten Tische zu weisen. Das Zimmer war gross, hatte aber z.B. keinen Wasserkocher oder die Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee. Die Bademäntel waren alt und zerfranst. Insgesamt den Preis und ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in vielen Teilen neu renoviert. Gerade das Restauarant, der Wellnessbereich und das Fitnessstudio haben überzeugt. Große Abzüge gibt es beim Service. Weder waren genügend Handtücher noch Bademäntel im Zimmer, noch wurde der Kühlschrank von den Vorgängern geleert. Nur durch mehrmaliges nachfragen, wurden die Themen abgestellt. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie sind die Zimmer deutlich renovierungsbedürftig.

Auswahl beim Frühstück eher dürftig Abendessen schlecht Handtücher wurden vom Zimmerservice mitgenommen aber frische gab es leider nicht. Betten wurden ebenfalls vergessen. Strümpfe vom Vorgänger hingen noch auf dem Heizkörper. Personal machte einen genervten Eindruck außer Barkeeper. Alles in allem für Kurzurlaub machbar aber länger eher nicht.

Hotel con molte potenzialità ma purtroppo qualche mancanza: Posizione ottima, peccato per il passaggio sulla strada senza strisce pedonali. Struttura moderna peccato per alcune mancanze, buffet scarso e poca informazione da parte del personale, frigo in stanza spento e vuoto, mancano le ciabattine, vasca da sostituire con doccia, sapone e shampoo senza erogatore. Mancano alcune porte dei bagni interni alle camere. Pulizie molto approssimative, non aspirano fanno solo i letti. Lati positivi:

Nice hotel in Seefeld, but our room was a bit dated. Clean but would need a good upgrade. We had a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the previous olympic stadium, but we realised quickly that we shared that balcony with a family. That was not really a problem, but we would have preferred to have our own balcony. Breakfast staff was not too cheerful. A smile and a nice greeting would have been nicer.

Der Service am Tisch ist ziemlich gut. Es gibt leider weniger Parkplätze am Hotel als Zimmer, wir hatten jedoch jeden Tag Glück in der TG (nicht für SUV geeignet). Schade ist das der Außenpool und Whirlpool so spät (ab frühestens 10 Uhr) erst geöffnet wird und um 20 Uhr schon geschlossen wird. Die Aussicht vom Außenpool in die Berge ist wunderschön. Was etwas zu beanstanden ist, es wird ziemlich hoch geheizt. Wir mussten Mitte Mai mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Die Heizung war leider nicht zu regulieren. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zumindest in den Standardzimmern nicht. Der Wunsch nach „Ausblick“ wurde so gut es geht berücksichtigt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Mountains! Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war modern und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, das Abendessen und Frühstück war fantastisch und der Wellness-und Fitness- Bereich großzügig und vielseitig. Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert! Spiegeleier, Ruhreier und alle anderen «warmen» Speisen waren jeden Tag kalt. Die Teller teils dreckig, die Kaffeemaschine defekt und das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Alle waren am Kaffee trinken. Danach hat man uns dann sehr klar zu verstehen gegeben, dass die Plätze mit Aussicht nur für Gäste mit Halbpension sind. Auf unserem Tisch war im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen kein Reserviert-Schild und wie erwähnt war das Personal am Kaffee trinken, anstatt die Gäste an die korrekten Tische zu weisen. Das Zimmer war gross, hatte aber z.B. keinen Wasserkocher oder die Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee. Die Bademäntel waren alt und zerfranst. Insgesamt den Preis und ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.

The hotel is outdated in many ways! Upon arrival, you have to be lucky to get a parking spot as places are limited. The so-called Spa is in need of a renovation. It is quite dark, small/cramped, chairs were partially broken, there were no lights in the showers and in general it is lacking a sense for details - especially for a 4-star wellness hotel. Also the rooms in the old part of the hotel are totally overpriced. The carpets were dirty, the sink was broken, the toilet door didn‘t close properly, the tv is smaller than my laptop screen, a plug was partially hanging from the wall, the ripped belt loop of the bathrobe was provisionally repaired with a knot and the lights had next to no brightness whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say about the room is it had a decent size. On a positive note, the restaurant area has been renovated very nicely and the breakfast was good. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly.

The hotel has been renovated to reflect its star rating, despite what others have written in earlier reviews. The rooms are large and comfortable and cleanliness was good. The heating system is a little undersized for the area of the room. The Spa area is good and fully equipped. There are 2 large quiet areas which even if the pool is busy allow you relax. The water in the jacuzzi was a little cold for my wife. Parking at the hotel could be difficult if you are in a busy period but this is a common problem in Seefeld. There is public parking near by. Despite what is written in other reports, the breakfast offers a wide choice and is plentiful. All as expected so far…. however … we were on half board and this is where there is need for big improvements in organisation of the service. no problems for the appetizer because it is buffet..Also the food (when it arrives ) is quite tasty. However the ordering system and the service just doesn’t work, and people are left waiting for a long time, even though there was limited menu ( not à la carte). The staff seem not to be clear on their roles and often are confused about the orders. The customers get angry and the staff frustrated. The problem is how orders are taken and transferred. The chefs whose role is to plate the food, are waiting with little to do. For the price we paid this aspect ruins an otherwise good experience.

Nice hotel in Seefeld, but our room was a bit dated. Clean but would need a good upgrade. We had a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the previous olympic stadium, but we realised quickly that we shared that balcony with a family. That was not really a problem, but we would have preferred to have our own balcony. Breakfast staff was not too cheerful. A smile and a nice greeting would have been nicer.

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell. Stora och fina rum, sköna sängar och stort badrum. Jättegod frukost. Receptionisten var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam och fixade en parkeringsplats till oss fast det var fullt. Hon lät oss även lägga våra kylklampar i frysen över natten. Kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet.

The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

I have been travelling Austria, France and Italy for two months and stayed in many 4 to 5 star hotels and had 99% friendly service. However, here the staff seemed less than enthusiastic with their jobs. From checkin to leaving early due to staffs over lack of effort or concern to make the stay enjoyable. Felt like this was run like a hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't reccoment stayiing there for a good experience, just a quick no expectations stay.

Wir wollten einen schönen Urlaub in schöner Umgebung. Wichtig Pool und Frühstück. Dann kamen wir an und alle unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Natürlich haben wir vorher Bilder gesehen, aber schon der Empfang war hervorragend - Super Personal und das im ganzen Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für diesen Urlaub.

Our stay at Mountains Hotel was a very pleasant experience and the hotel staff was very helpful. In fact, we had a tiny incident with our van which was resolved by a member of the staff without any hitch. The staff spoke English and so we did not have any problems communicating. Overall, a very good holiday.

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back!

Auf unserem Tisch war im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen kein Reserviert-Schild und wie erwähnt war das Personal am Kaffee trinken, anstatt die Gäste an die korrekten Tische zu weisen. Das Zimmer war gross, hatte aber z.B. keinen Wasserkocher oder die Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee. Die Bademäntel waren alt und zerfranst. Insgesamt den Preis und ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.

What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back!

The room was ok, but lacking a proper balcony. Nice bathroom. We chose half-pansion option at the hotel but were dissapointed a few times: good selection of local specialities but everytime lacking seasoning (!!), one dessert was a disastre! Kind stuff. Breakfast a bit boring, no variety, everyday the same selection. Good location and facilities at the hotel (pool, fitness room)

We had a great time in Mountains Hotel, the bedroom was really modern and confortable for 4 people. We used every day the huge fitness room and the spa area: sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, pools, it was the highlight after a day skiing. We dined twice in the restaurant and every day we had our breakfast in the hotel, waiters were friendly and they really helpful for our daughter who is celiac and must not eat gluten. A gluten-free alternative was always proposed. Thanks a lot for this!!!

Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was good.

The hotel has been renovated to reflect its star rating, despite what others have written in earlier reviews. The rooms are large and comfortable and cleanliness was good. The heating system is a little undersized for the area of the room. The Spa area is good and fully equipped. There are 2 large quiet areas which even if the pool is busy allow you relax. The water in the jacuzzi was a little cold for my wife. Parking at the hotel could be difficult if you are in a busy period but this is a common problem in Seefeld. There is public parking near by. Despite what is written in other reports, the breakfast offers a wide choice and is plentiful. All as expected so far…. however … we were on half board and this is where there is need for big improvements in organisation of the service. no problems for the appetizer because it is buffet..Also the food (when it arrives ) is quite tasty. However the ordering system and the service just doesn’t work, and people are left waiting for a long time, even though there was limited menu ( not à la carte). The staff seem not to be clear on their roles and often are confused about the orders. The customers get angry and the staff frustrated. The problem is how orders are taken and transferred. The chefs whose role is to plate the food, are waiting with little to do. For the price we paid this aspect ruins an otherwise good experience.

Had a completely satisfactory stay in late July 2026. Room (High Rocks category) was clean and nicely designed and had a good view of the mountains. Fridge was unfortunately not cold enough. Pool area was not in perfect condition, but did its job. Got crowded during late afternoon. Outdoor pool was warm, probably around 30 degrees Celcius. Outdoor whirlpool was working and had a nice temperature, probably 38 degrees. Indoor pool area was ok. Breakfast was great with everything that we needed. Not everything is in perfect condition, e.g. deck chairs, and I agree with the other reviews that a more personal experience would be a nice touch, although the staff is perfectly competent as is. All in all, I think the hotel is on par with a 4-star resort, but there is room for improvement.

We only stayed for one night,passing through, but we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms where clean and nice. The breakfast was very good, the service was friendly, and everything was well taken care of. We would definitely consider staying here again.
