Great location right on La Rambla. Nice rooms, always clean. The clear highlight was the rooftop bar - just a brilliant location for it, open until midnight, good selection of drinks, great music. Mainly though the highlight there was the barman - Juan was absolutely lovely. So friendly, chatty, welcoming - he took it from just another hotel to a place you built into your plans for every day. “Oh go on, let’s go and get some drinks upstairs and say hello to Juan”. Can’t say enough good things about him. “Michael Owen!” 😉

This is a nice hotel but the elevator is quite small and too tight for a handicaped person on a wheel chair. The elevator is quite slow and should be upgraded.

The Hotel is situated very city central along La Rambla. Near to many restaurants and shopping - areas. Close to Plaza Catalunya where the buses stop from the AirPort. The Hotel is okey with a Roof Top Bar and small Gym.

A unique and nice hotel with super location to shopping, restaurants, and all of the excitement of The Rambla Area. Beautiful suite. The bathtub (and shower, in one) a bit difficult to get in & out as it was so high without a stool or handrail. The disappointing part is that the two elevators are extremely small and we got stuck in one; no lights, no power and no way to call for help. Front desk staff didn't seem terribly worried. They did not post a sign stating it was out of service. Not a pleasant experience.. Overall it was a lovely stay, minus the elevator incident.

O quarto estava com um cheiro insuportável de algum produto de limpeza super forte. O banheiro tinha um fedor de esgoto. Não bastasse isso o quarto não oferece nenhum isolamento acústico, e não havia condições de permanecer pois o som de alguma festa fora do hotel e dos quartos ao lado era insuportável. Felizmente o hotel não estava lotado e conseguimos mudar de quarto, mas não voltaria a reservar os quartos mais simples.

We had two rooms and both rooms had cockroaches in them. Per request to change rooms one staff member rudely said do you have food in room and I said no than they said well housekeeping can come spray for them and Indianan requesting room change. They were able to change one room. they are small compact room with no lotion or iron. Location is in the heart of las ramblas street where major construction is going on and it’s very noisy. Mattress are not comfortable and shower does not drain. Overall for the price we paid it was an horrible experience.

The AC in the room did not cool enough. This is after repeated adjustments by hotel staff. Also the noise level from the underground metro was annoying to listen to, especially when resting. There was also a stank scent in the corridor that drifted into the room when you opened your door. Maybe coming from the underground metro? The road construction on La Rambla, which is the street outside the hotel, is not conducive for pedestrians.

Amazing location close to everything and transit. The hotel is beautiful and our room was just absolutely perfect. We slept comfortably as the room had 2 twins (1 king) and we loved napping in the gallery. Quite a bit of noise due to the location as expected, but ok with earplugs (brought from home). Sometimes the room shakes (I think when the subway train passes by), but it didn’t bother us. Thank you!

A janela tinha um.vidro fosco, então era um quarto escuro , e apesar de limpo banheiro tinha um cheiro desagradavel o cheiro do banheiro era desagradável. We ask for ice and iron and ironing board, they promised to deliver but the ice and the ironing board never came, we didn’t ask again. Otherwise our stay in the hotel was excellent. The property is clean and well maintained. Location is superb, despite the Rambla was under construction in September 2025. The staff were welcoming and cordial. Breakfast was great! rooftop bar ambiance is nice, if you need a respite from the crowds.

Great location for tour buses and tax stops. The staff was lovely and helped book our tour buses and offered other reservations. The breakfast was a nice variety and they have mimosas. The rooftop bar was a nice addition. It’s not very big but very nice. Our bartender was great and we will be back!

We can’t speak highly enough of Mauricio, Marilia and the rest of the front desk staff. We left our passports in our previous hotel in Valencia. The staff went over and above to initiate the delivery process and followed through to help with the delayed delivery.

Front desk staff was excellent and did their best to get us in a lot earlier than the posted arrival check in time. A great touch was offering complementary wine, bottled water and high end chocolates in our room, as well as 2 complementary glasses of Cava (Prosecco).

This is a great hotel. Perfect location on La Rambla and close to the metro. There is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. The only issue I had during the stay is that the hallway is very loud due to doors slamming rather than closing softly. Bring earplugs so you aren’t bothered by them at night. The staff makes this hotel exceptional. We were able to check in early, they were always friendly when asking for directions or suggestions, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. My son had some medical issues while we were there, and the staff was always willing to help, including calling a doctor to visit in the middle of the night. I’m so grateful to the whole staff and will absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location. Close to public transport. Very clean and lovely rooms. I was dissapointed as we stayed here for my wifes 40th birthday and for our 20 year anniversary. I emailed the hotel and made them aware and they said they would put chocolates in the room. I also explained that we dont drink alcohol. On arrival we were given a voucher for 2 free drinks even though I had let them know we dont drink. In our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine which we ignored. They did not leave any chocolate and there was no acknowledgement to the birthday or anniversary. The hotel was very noisy as all sounds echo and there was no iron.

In general, I was happy with the stay. There is much construction on the Ramblas, which is not the hotel’s fault, but was somewhat of a problem, particularly when the construction hit some electrical box and we had no power for 16 hours.
