Fantastic beachside hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy, staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The Long Boat Tavern is a must visit. Food and service was 10/10. Highly recommended. Bicheno is a gorgeous place to visit.

Very large, modern rooms and in a great location! Short walks to the penguin tours, cafes and food, and to the beach and foreshore. Having the bistro attached was very convenient and they have great food! (The best pub chips!)

It was across from the beach so lovely spot...would have been good to know the laundry was out of order as we werehalfway through a 3 week trip. No housekeeping so didn't really see any staff. Nice spot though👍

Had a 2 night stay there. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was pretty new. Parking in front of the room. Laundry needs an update. Machines are really outdated. Washing machine and dryer need coins, 2x2 AUD each. For breakfast are cups and glasses in the room. Plates and cuttlery are missing.

Very disappointed to find the pool was closed. We were told it was closed for maintenance, when we arrived. But taking one look at it and it was obvious, that it had been closed all summer . The pool was absolutely covered in slime.

The steps to our room uneven. Does not let you know there are steps to your room. I found them very dangerous. Carpet needs replacing. For the amount it cost for the night you don't get any extras.

Spotless rooms and bathroom, gorgeous crisp white bedding. We were late arriving so we checked in at the bar which was ok - very busy bar with lots of sports fans so we ate elsewhere. Lovely lady checked us out this morning, very pleasant.

In order, A, ants running around behind the kettle/cup area. B, bathroom very poorly set up, no place to put your personal items. B2, bed is on rollers and moved around. B3, bath towle replacement on asking. C, clenleness average, crushed patayochips still just under the bed from previous guests, so not cleaned correctly. L,lights flicked of and on at random. TV, could not watch it, very very poor reception and kept picsulating.

Rooms were comfortable and had basis amenities required. Rug on the floor was very dirty and needs cleaning, skirting were very dusty. Shower very narrow. Disturbed by housekeeping an hour before check out and advised we were still there, 5 minutes later housekeeping tried to enter twice using the swipe card! No-one to greet us upon check out, just left key in the basket on the front desk.

Tv only had SBS and Chanel 7 working, no Chanel 9 and 10 was intermittent, couch was so old you sunk in it, carpet very old needs replacing, no hand towel and only 1 face washer for two people

The property is unassuming from outside but absolutely divine inside. The room appeared to be recently renovated, with a massive king bed, heaps of PowerPoints, a lovely bathroom and nice lighting. It is next door to a bistro which also does room service. The blinds are blockout which is nice, the only downside was the soundproofing left a bit to be desired. All in all though, a great room for a great price.

Very good bed, but otherwise very poor accommodation. No microwave, crockery, cutlery or space to put a second suitcase in the apartment. Cramped shower in the bath, no non- slip mat available until asked for.

There is a highway between the hotel and the beach. Not what I was expecting. The traffic on the highway was loud at times. The rooms are lovely but not sound proof. Went to sleep listening to a person talking and was woken up to the same person talking.

The size of the room was terrific and the room was newly renovated and tastefully done. Huge bathroom, large bedroom and big wardrobe. The ony thing that could be better would be the TVwas to small and a small dining table would be great.

The location was excellent, perfect for what we needed. The room was spacious and clean. We could park right Infront of our room, which made unloading/loading luggage very easy. Our only problem was checking in. We advised the time we would arrive, as we knew there was a limited window for check in. When we arrived another guest was being helped, so we waited patiently. The staff member finished up and walked back into the building without acknowledging us. I was abit perplexed. Walked to the door, knocked and was very abruptly told to go to the restaurant/bar in ten minutes to check in. We waited in our car. I went over to the bar, waited around, several staff (including the same lady) saw me and never said anything. I finally walked up to the bar and check in was really simple. Apart from that, everything was great

Staff member at reception was friendly and efficient. Room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious and the view from our balcony was fabulous. Having the tavern next door was a bonus and we enjoyed a lovely meal after our walk to the blow hole.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and were very happy. Close to all the things we wanted to see including the Blowhole and penguins. Only a short drive to the turnoff to Freycinet peninsular. The hotel on site was great for dinner and The Bakery was a short walk away for breakfast. A lovely spot.

There is a highway between the hotel and the beach. Not what I was expecting. The traffic on the highway was loud at times. The rooms are lovely but not sound proof. Went to sleep listening to a person talking and was woken up to the same person talking.

Room was clean and tidy with lovely view of the ocean. Light over bathroom basin was flickering which was quite annoying. Tavern attached to the property was horrible. A hugh caverous space with the ambience of Bunnings. Boring menu. Fri and Sat night we were subjected to a thumping disco. So not appropriate for a place attached to accomodation.
