This is a great new hotel of the ‘cool’ variety. Rooms are very small, but perfectly formed. Everything you need except a Nespresso machine. Very comfy bed. Great water pressure. Fantastic roof terrace. Fantastic lounge/bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Tons of parking in street-art covered car parks across the road, less than 100m away. No tram noise. All that Fitzroy/carlton/Collingwood has to offer pretty walkable. Brunswick St tram to the city.

Very thoughtful and convenient stay in the heart of stimulating Fitzroy. The rooms are compact (with no chairs) but make up for this with their design, opening windows, view, great bed, 12N checkout, French press coffee and adjustable air-con. The rooftop deck is a great retreat on a beautiful afternoon.

Our room was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully fresh, and wonderfully comfortable. The bed was a dream, and the bathroom was modern and pristine. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful details, such as fresh milk for coffee in the fridge, cozy bathrobes, and even a portable speaker for use during our stay. The small yet meaningful touches made all the difference. There was even an option to borrow an umbrella, which we didn’t need but appreciated nonetheless. A highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. It’s a must-visit spot during your stay! And then there’s the breakfast—easily the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Every bite was simply delicious and it was an absolute delight to start our mornings with such a wonderful meal. Stayed for a 2 night trip and was very impressed. This cool inner City sanctuary was just what I needed. The rooms have everything you require and are very well designed. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft and generous in size. There was an ingenious small work station and a good size quality tv in the room. The commercial grade windows and location keep noise to an absolute minimum. I only had breakfast one morning but the toast and coffee was a delight and all the staff I interacted with from check-in to check-out were friendly and enthusiastic. The rooftop looked a great place to hangout but the weather during my stay wasn’t great. I liked it so much I already booked to stay here on my next visit in a few months….grat value as well!

This is in a really great central location for anyone needing to access Fitzroy or Brunswick. Very funky hipster suburbs with lots of dining and entertaining options. The hotel is really lovely, modern and has staff that truly want to make your stay one not to forget!

A proper contemporary hotel in Melbourne. Great service and rooms. Grew beds. Only issue was our room phone didn't work properly so we had to just call the reception from our mobile. Room service options were great too!
