The lobby and restaurant a/c was not working the 8 days I was there. The heat in my 1st room didn’t work. I was sent to another room that had inadequate an/c and weak heating . I gave up when I went to the desk and commented again and was told “we’re all suffering”. The room was good as was the restaurant.

Pool is well heated. Hot tub is pathetically tiny, sitting on the bench the water comes to my waist, I had to sit on the floor to get water to my shoulders. The jets weren't working half of the time. I booked the same day due to bad winter weather keeping me in town unexpectedly, and even though the hotel appeared half empty, I couldn't check in 2 hours early without paying $40 (almost half of the nightly charge - that is ridiculous!) I agreed because I didn't want to just sit in the lobby watching the snowstorm. I was never once informed of any type of deposit or hold for incidentals, but the pending charge on my card is $75 more than what I expected, I am hoping the final charge won't include that BUT you should tell people about any holds or deposits. I used a debit card linked to my checking account, because this was an unplanned stay due to weather. Having my account short that much without prior notice is not ok, if I had not seen it, that could have caused overdraft fees for me. It's horrible customer service to not tell people about deposits or holds that are more than the amount on the reservation! Room was clean and comfortable. I had a sitting area outside of my room door which was nice other than the chairs being incredibly uncomfortable so I brought a bed pillow out there to use. My "patio" sitting area was in earshot of the front desk and I heard the phone ringing without being answered, repeatedly, for at least an hour. On site restaurant was excellent.

Easy interstate access. Only issue was elevator had only one of the two shafts working.

Great staff. Room was clean and tidy. Did let go to the bar, but it looked inviting. The hot tub was clean, although the jets didn’t work.

It would have been nice to have the restaurant operational

Super disappointed for the price. Hot tub was out and was precisely why I booked there. No AC on first floor common areas. Felt bad for front desk staff and waiters. Adjoining room where our neighbors were loud. They tried to open our door and then slammed theirs shut. Loud and could hear. Microwave and fridge in bathroom? Curtain was ripped. Friend found glass outside of our door. Other side, baby screamed loudly at 7am and pounding against wall.

Nice hotel nice rooms. Did have a problem with the parking. It is shared with a restaurant and event center. When we returned from our outing we had to park in the furniture store parking lot which is quite a walk in the rain snow and ice. I feel if your spending that kind of money on a room you should be able to park somewhat close to it.

The hotel was a bit run down. Needs updating, painting etc. Chips in bathroom floor tiles and tub. Corners of bathroom floor not clean. Paint chipping off wood items. Stools in lobby falling apart.

Staying at this property, we were originally told our room would be cleaned and refreshed daily. In our 5 day stay our room was refreshed 1x. On the other days, we were told to call the front desk for towels and on one of the days we received a note under our door saying they weee short staffed. Short staffed or not, our room should have been cleaned more frequently than that. I believe that is unacceptable and not the standard I am used to when staying in a hotel.

My family and I stayed 7 nights and the room never cleaned, complained several times and it was cleaned the last night before we leave. But customer service

Beds were confortable and hotel was quiet. Easy parking and location was near entertainment, shopping, and many restaurants. The room clealiness was pretty good but vacuuming, especially on the 2 chairs, could have been better.

The online check-in process was easy and convenient. Room was comfortable. Surfaces and bed seemed clean, but the floor definitely needs more attention. There were crumbs and dust visible. Super friendly and helpful front-desk clerk. Easy to get to off the interstate and lots of food options around.

Clean! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean pool and hot tub. Didn’t like refrigerator microwave and coffee in barhroom

The hotel is in a great location and was priced pretty good. The only real issue was that the room was very hot and you couldn’t control the thermostat as the building run off a boiler so the rooms didn’t have their own individual comfort settings.

Great place to stay, only complaint is its very loud you can hear every noise people make so beware for light sleepers.

Positives: Great location-price-fast elevators. Negatives: old furnishings-not enough USB’s-super loud A/C

The only suggestion we have is to put weather stripping around the room door.. we could see daylight all around it and could hear hall noises

Clean and updated hotel. We (and other guests we heard talking to staff) had issues with the climate control - the level of humidity in our room was way too high, even though we never ran the shower during our stay. Otherwise, it was a trouble-free stay.

AC unit did not work properly in room, there was no cold air the entire stay, even after adjusting the thermostat and leaving the room, the AC unfortunately did not make a difference.

We arrived early and requested an early check in and the desk attendant was not accommodating at all. Wouldn’t even budge half an hour. Not at all friendly.

We were double billed! Same Hotel, same room, same time. Not yet resolved. Hotels.com bill: $104.98, A-ok Wyndham Hotels: $93.94, This is a failure. Thus the non-excellent review at this time... Both were amounts were billed to the same credit card We would hope that we are an isolated case...

Front desk wasn't the most customer-service friendly, especially to people who were out of state. They were not very helpful with information about wifi, breakfast (hours), complimentary drinks, where stuff is within the hotel and in the surrounding area, etc.

The air conditioning wasn't working in one of the rooms we had. The front desk staff when we came was not welcoming or friendly. I don't think he smiled once and I tried being extra friendly to him. The biggest issue is that we had reserved a 2 night stay and after the first night, we returned to discover they had given away our rooms, and a stranger was in one of our rooms with all of our belongings. They did apologize and give us two new rooms but they did not go out of their way to rectify the situation or give any compensation.

I was unable to stay at this property. The gave my room away. I will never book or stay at this property.

Had a fantastic stay. Guest service was phenomenal and I had zero issue with my room. They gave me a paper that said breakfast was 7am-10am. When i wanted room service the next morning I called at 9:02am but they said breakfast had already ended. I told then about the paper I was given and they immediately apologized. I wasnt too upset since I could just go back to sleep. 5 minutes later front desk called to tell me they'll give me a gift card to nearby dining options as an apology for the miscommunication. I wasnt even looking for anything so I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing staff! 10/10 would love to come back.

Very friendly staff

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. The front desk was not friendly at check in, and never acknowledged us when we were coming or going until when we were walking out and the desk clerk said to have a great day. I let her know that she was the first one to greet us in three days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the front desk were very friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. FYI- The pool is small, so it gets full pretty quickly, but we found mornings were quieter. The coffee machine was in the bathroom, which was unusual... but aside from that, it was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable pricing for the stay these days. Clean room, was nice and cool when we walked in. Location is prime for shopping in Burnsville. You have everything here and you’re on the main artery for highway access.

I really liked this property - our room was a suite with a small living room, dining table and desk which was very convenient as my husband gets up much earlier than I to work. It was also great that it had 1.5 baths- so two toilets/sink areas. It was very conveniently located only about 15 minutes from the airport and about 20-25 from the cities. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby including a Starbucks basically in the parking lot of the hotel. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard. I will likely stay there again.

Amazing! Clean and close to shopping area and one freeway to downtown Stadiums.

It was a very nice stay. Location is perfect; at the hub of Interstate 35E, 35W and 35. Lots of eating and shopping. Nice room on the top floor. The "Continental Breakfast" was so-so. Coffee in the room was MUCH better! Using the bathroom at the pool requires your key to get back in. Had to go to the Main Desk to get back in! No rinse off shower at the pool. Not a big deal. The fresh, warm cookies one evening were a nice surprise! 10% off at Steak & Ale is a plus. Salad bar is terrific, but the filet mignon is questionable.

Bar needs to stay open later

Upon booking the 2 rooms it said Breakfast available. What we received was small frozen danishes. We had to go downstairs to ask for the "breakfast". I paid for 3 guests per room, but only 2 coffee pods per room were provided. I expected more from Wyndham.

The restaurant in the hotel was closed because it snowed. No breakfast. Someone burnt some popcorn or food on the 4th floor. The smell filled the whole floor. It made me nauseous and I couldn't sleep.

Great property, location , clean and quiet rooms! However the restaurant on site didn't have adequate staffing at dinner time or breakfast. We ended up eating elsewhere both meals due to no one ever helping us.

Nice, convenient stay. It was a little noisy in the morning, Bar and restaurant were closed except for a Mother’s Day brunch, so that was disappointing, but overall, it was a decent property.

Just thought for the cost of the stay there would have been some kind of complimentary breakfast. Something.
