Toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Andorra und waren nur eine Nacht dort. Toller Frühstücksraum, herrlich plüschig alles, perfekte Terrasse, um abends noch ein wenig die Wärme zu genießen. Sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für ein etwas anderes Hotel!

Very eclectic place, but were welcoming and friendly. We were in Tarascon for a wedding, and found this place just 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Our room had accees to a long shared balkony that had beeen divided into individual sections with lots of greenery. It was facing the street, but it is quiet at night, and during the day, I enjoy a bit of life around me. This part of town does seem to be predominantly muslim, with a lot of people congrgating at the local coffee shops throughout the weekend. Overall, the premises are a bit run down, but very charming nonetheless. THe people working there (from receptionist to cleaners) were very approachable, helpful, and accommodating. They do not seem to get a lot of foreign guests, but tried very hard to communicate as best they could, and we got to the goal every single time. If I found myself in that area again, I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel des Artistes!

雰囲気がとても素敵で、チェックイン時間を少し過ぎてしまうので連絡をした所、とても親切に対応してくれました。駐車場も目の前にフリーの駐車場があり、通りは静かで快適でした。朝食もゆっくり過ごさせていただき、朝食会場の雰囲気はまるでアートの世界のようでした。

Les deux problèmes sur cet hôtel en centre ville sont: le manque d'ascenseur, l'absence de parking privé, et surtout l'impossibilité de poser sa voiture pour décharger, il nous a fallu bloquer la circulation pour décharger la voiture ! Heureusement que nous étions deux! Nous avons été d'autant plus contrariés que la place de déchargement prévue était occupée par la voiture publicitaire de l'hôtel et que personne n'avait les clés.... Dans le centre ville, le stationnement est payant et très très compliqué. Pas de notice à disposition pour le fonctionnement du téléviseur et plus personne à l'accueil à l'heure où nous en avions besoin.

Un oasis en Tarascón, dentro de una población que está renovando, calles, edificios, etc. se encuentra este hotel que solo cruzar la puerta ya sientes como especial. En un edificio singular, una decoración acorde con el nombre del hotel, habitación perfecta, baños renovados e impecables, zona de desayuno y descanso excelente. Trato y amabilidad excepcional, vale la pena recomendar este hotel. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad.

Adorables ! Charmants, aussi bien l'accueil que le lieu désuet, éclectique et surprenant par l'opulence et la diversité de sa déco inattendue, nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins. Une jolie chambre très propre nous a été préparée bien en avance à cause du mauvais temps pour des motards en mal de soleil et tout ça avec le sourire. Si nous repassons par Tarascon, nul doute que nous reviendrons à l'hôtel de Provence avec grand plaisir.

This is NOT a three star hotel - barely 1 star. We made the mistake of booking three nights based on what we read on Expedia and after arriving tried to cancel the two remaining days. They refused. We stayed one more night and then left and had to pay for another hotel. The hotel is very old and run down - not in an “artsy” way. It smells like wet dog, the walls had stains and rips, and the town is sketchy. Very disappointed that Expedia didn’t back me up to get at least one night refunded.

It’s a great place with a madame her dog and daughter.. the rooms are fun .. the location is fabulous to be able to visit so many places.. Tarascon itself with the castle, Beaucaire across the Rhône walking and great restaurants.. driving to Arles, St Remy, renting a bike anywhere.. Uze is close, Avignon, the Luberon.. etc…

L'hotel est charmant. Vielle bâtisse, belle déco, un charme à l'ancienne. En revanche, le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas au niveau que j'attendais. A un peu plus de 100 € la nuit, en avril, dans une ville de provence (certes) mais pas de forte renommé, je m'attendais à avoir un confort luxueux. Insonorisation imparfaite coté rue, faible isolation avec la chambre d'a coté, bruits de couloir et de portes, ce qui vous empêche de passer une nuit sereine et de faire une grasse matinée. A 6h30 ca bouge de partout. Une literie moyenne avec des couvertures à l'ancienne. Une télé TNT avec des écrans et un son 1er prix. A 65 € la nuit, j'aurais accepté mais pas à 100€. Petit détail, bien qu'ayant demandé une chambre grand lit, je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre twin sans possibilité de modifier. L'hotel était sois disant complet. Je ne vous ai pas forcement cru chère madame. Dommage, le lieu (et le tarif) merite une prestation superieure.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding nearby. The staff were amazing and booked taxi's for us. The hotel was fantastic, the breakfast was great and we had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

Les deux problèmes sur cet hôtel en centre ville sont: le manque d'ascenseur, l'absence de parking privé, et surtout l'impossibilité de poser sa voiture pour décharger, il nous a fallu bloquer la circulation pour décharger la voiture ! Heureusement que nous étions deux! Es la segunda vez que escogemos este hotel, en esta ocasión con unos amigos. La recepción perfecta, las habitaciones bien, el desayuno correcto, todo perfecto como en la primera ocasión. Tuvimos un percance en el automóvil que nos obligó a tener que marchar sin disfrutar de la segunda noche. Aquí es donde encontramos a faltar cierto tacto de la propietaria, no tuvo ni el detalle de comentarnos si había posibilidad de guardar la habitación para una ocasión posterior, ni el detalle de ya que no me vas a ofrecer el reembolso de la noche que no voy a usar, y no está do lleno el hotel, por lo menos hubiera sido un detalle no cobrarnos el desayuno.En fin cada uno le va su establecimiento como mejor cree. Solemos subir a menudo a Avignon y a comprar vino a Chateaunef du Pape, tendremos que buscar otro alojamiento.

It’s a great place with a madame her dog and daughter.. the rooms are fun .. the location is fabulous to be able to visit so many places.. Tarascon itself with the castle, Beaucaire across the Rhône walking and great restaurants.. driving to Arles, St Remy, renting a bike anywhere.. Uze is close, Avignon, the Luberon.. etc…

Very eclectic place, but were welcoming and friendly. We were in Tarascon for a wedding, and found this place just 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Our room had accees to a long shared balkony that had beeen divided into individual sections with lots of greenery. It was facing the street, but it is quiet at night, and during the day, I enjoy a bit of life around me. This part of town does seem to be predominantly muslim, with a lot of people congrgating at the local coffee shops throughout the weekend. Overall, the premises are a bit run down, but very charming nonetheless. THe people working there (from receptionist to cleaners) were very approachable, helpful, and accommodating. They do not seem to get a lot of foreign guests, but tried very hard to communicate as best they could, and we got to the goal every single time. If I found myself in that area again, I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel des Artistes!

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Andorra und waren nur eine Nacht dort. Toller Frühstücksraum, herrlich plüschig alles, perfekte Terrasse, um abends noch ein wenig die Wärme zu genießen. Sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für ein etwas anderes Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay in Tarascon! The hotel is located close to the train station, to restaurants and bakeries. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of free parking and we were offered the use of a fridge since we were staying four nights, even though our room didn't come with one.

This is NOT a three star hotel - barely 1 star. We made the mistake of booking three nights based on what we read on Expedia and after arriving tried to cancel the two remaining days. They refused. We stayed one more night and then left and had to pay for another hotel. The hotel is very old and run down - not in an “artsy” way. It smells like wet dog, the walls had stains and rips, and the town is sketchy. Very disappointed that Expedia didn’t back me up to get at least one night refunded.
