A Beautiful Property, Walking Distance to the Beach in Esperance WA!

Ivy House was great, stayed here a few times now. Perfect stay with family or friends and our fur baby loved it. Convenient location and walking distance to West Beach. Will definately stay again.

The rustic cottage like charm of Ivy House was so beautiful and cosy it made my parents last week in Esperance before moving town the perfect little retreat they wanted. The complimentary bottle of wine and cookies where a nice treat, the kitchen is and all amenities where perfect. Will be back again!

What you see advertised is exactly what you get. Nestled in a peaceful suburb of Esperance, this property exceeded our expectations. Although construction was still finishing up, and we experienced some noise from earthworks on our first day, it was otherwise a serene stay. The house itself is impeccably clean—both in appearance and smell. The bedrooms are spacious; the main bedroom features a soft mattress while the other double bedroom has a firmer one, accommodating different preferences. The vintage furniture adds a nostalgic touch, though the couch is a bit too soft for easy getting up. The cooking facilities are excellent and well-stocked with crockery and utensils. For those traveling with a dog, the secure yard and doggy door (suits smaller breeds) are a great bonus. Overall, it was a delightful stay in a beautifully maintained home.
