We came as a family of 4. We loved the pool for the mornings before going in the car exploring Brussels / Brugge / Ghent etc etc. We loved the breakfast, it was fabulous! Great quality and range. The pool indoor and outdoor was great ( set times for kids in the indoor pool but that didn’t bother us as our kids are early risers so we were straight in the pool before breakfast). Beds were SUPER comfy, bathroom was great loved that they gave the kids their own wash stuff, the balcony was great too and loved the fact the windows opened half or full to balcony ( safe for the kids) Also loved the parking free on site and also that the hotel were quick to lend us an iron. The coffee machine in our room didn’t seem to work but again didn’t bother us as we got it at breakfast anyways. Only thing I’d say is to get rid of the play area in the dining hall for kids - the parents just use it as an excuse to leave their kids in there to make a huge load of noise whilst they sit right round the corner not bothering to watch them. Overall we loved our stay

WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic.

Vi ringer til receptionen og spurgte om de havde andre hovedpuder, men det havde de ikke. Indendørssvømmepøl og fitnesscentret kostede penge at benytte, stor skuffelse. Bel hôtel bien situé dans une ville vivante et accueillante, bien équipé, au services agréable et efficace. Il est juste dommage que le fait que la piscine intérieure soit très régulièrement réservée à des cours concernant des clients extérieurs à l'hôtel ne soit pas indiqué à la réservation. De même, l'engagement écoresponsable serait sans doute plus vraisemblable si les serviettes n'étaient vraiment pas changées quand elles n'ont pas été mises au sol dans la douche et si les produits de toilette n'étaient pas retirés alors qu'ils ne sont pas épuisés.

Cet hôtel est très fonctionnel, la chambre est propre et bien insonorisé. Cependant, il manque du gel douche et le siphon de la douche ne s'écoulait pas assez vite. De plus, en ayant réservé une chambre double supérieure, mon accès Spa et piscine n'était pas activé. J'ai reçu un mail de l'hôtel quelques jours après mon départ pour me signaler que l'accès spa était payant. La réception aurait dû me le signaler lors du check-out. Sinon, tout s'est bien passé dans cet hôtel.

Buolding work carried out in areas of hotel. A room opposite mine noisy as construction work being carried out. Had to request change of room. Fire alarm kept on going off 3vey evening and the again 02:19, 03:10 and 04:10 Monday and Tuesday night So bad had to check out early .

The security/receptionists let themselves into my room while i was asleep on 2 consecutive nights. The first was for a noise complaint (i was asleep with no TV on) the second was for smoking which i wasnt. I travelled here for work from the UK and was up at 6am in the morning. It was clear someone was smoking and making noise in a room on the corridor but I was told by the "head of security", who let himself into my room when i was asleep, that he was allowed to do so as he suspected it was me by mistake. Other than that the facilities and rooms were nice and the other staff were lovely.

At checking was not welcomed, was rather put down by the person at the reception. I understand I was early for checkin, coming from the USA you do not really have a choice. The way that lady spoke to me was very unprofessional.The hotel did not even show any accommodations to help me or to take my luggage as I had to wait 4 hours to get a room. Restaurant food was ok but one night we had steak we where 3 at a table and all our streaks where over cooked. Again we complained but no excuse was presented or anything and this was after we waited 45 minutes fro our food.

Enttäuschend war, dass uns nur ein kleiner Tisch in schlechter Lage zugeteilt wurde. Wir hatten für den Anlass einen schöneren Tisch z.B am Fenster erwartet. Frühstückbuffet war gut und vielfälzig und Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt sind eir bon den Van Valk Hoteks mehr Charme und besseren Service gewohnt. Dieses Hotel hst den Nachteil, dass es eher ein Konferenzhotel und daher sehr groß und unpersönlich ist. Lage sehr gut direkt an Autobahnabfahrt und gegenüber eines großen Einkaufzentrums. Parken kostenlos direkt am Hotel.

normaliter is er met vd Valk hotels niets mis. met het hotel was ook niets mis. wel met de service. voor het eten een drankje op het terras, 20 minuten wachten, bestelling en weer 15 minuten wachten. de bestelling viel om (kan gebeuren). weer 15 minuten wachten op nieuwe drankjes. het glas van de cocktail was vermoedelijk het gevallen glas en had een chip in de rand. het biertje was een kleintje, de bestelling een 0.5 L. na vertrek bleek dat we een computermuis en een setje hele kleine gouden oorknopjes hadden laten liggen. inderdaad erg dom. gebeld met vd Valk, de spulletjes waren gevonden en zouden opgestuurd worden na het door geven van creditcard gegevens. (prima). thuis aangekomen was een en ander gearriveerd. het muisje was OK, de oorknopjes zaten in een zak voor linnengoed met gaatjes die veel groter waren dan de oorknopjes, dat in een flinke doos en dat in een nog veel grotere zak. er ontbrak een oorknopje. al met al ontbreekt het in dit hotel aan zorg voor de klanten.

Excellent Hotel near Seneffe . Handy for main roads. Shopping centre / supermarket across the road to pick up forgotten things. Hotel is in very good condition and staff are very good. Excellent facilities. Sadly little chance to use them due to business being pressing.

You always expect high quality from a van der valk hotels and this hotel is a decent one but a few things still had me dissatisfied. First the brasserie meals we took were overpriced for the offered quality. Burger meat is stiff and omelet is overstated. The cocktails we took out in the bar were average. The breakfast is nice though. The biggest quarry I had is with AC system. We stayed in early may and the rooms were hot! The AC system control unit doesn't have any digits, just a knob that even in it's lowest position doesn't chill the room enough.

Week-end à deux parfait ! Le spa est complet pas de monde, manquerais juste quelques transats car nous avons nous patienter un peu mais rien de bien méchant ! Le restaurant sur place est très bon pas mal de choix mais pas trop donc c’est mieux ! Les prix un peu élevés par contre mais la qualité est présente. J’avais demandé une petite attention dans la chambre lors de ma réservation que je n’ai pas eu pour la saint Valentin … dommage même si ça nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel il est bien équipé et très jolie deco
