Amenities, knowing weather is cold this vacation was to go and enjoy the heated pool but unfortunately it wasn’t giving asking staff multiple times saying that they informed the maintenance and they will take care of it.

Fresh and nice design of the hotel and amenities. Spacious rooms and common areas without disturbance, very friendly staff. But my upgraded room wasn’t clean as should be. Housekeeping manager call.
