Older rooms but pretty clean room. Air conditioner did not cool as much as needed. We would stay here again. PeacedbyAlise

Good first trip to the area

Very attractive place. Great location by the water.

To be honest the resort was lovely, but the check in process was horrible, I booked 2 rooms they had rooms on the second floor but my husband has a bad knee. We said we would wait for a downstairs rooms. they said ok check back , well finally after 5 on a friday the rooms were ready , turns out the one room got done before , so we waited together as a family , over an hour for the next room, turns out the room we ended up with one had been available the whole time !!! So we ended up waiting an extra hour until 5 that is really unacceptable. The resort is nice and in a wonderful location. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of options , different both days that's a plus. I understand good help is hard to find these days . But the hotel could have offered a drink at the tiki bar that would have been professional.
