The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. They provided a good breakfast buffet, cookies in the afternoon, and had coffee/tea available all day! The room/hotel is clean and well kept, great AC. The key system was not working consistently so we repeatedly had to return to the front desk to have our key reset. The pool is smaller and it was very hot, making the water too warm to swim in later in the day.

Our room never got cleaned (understaffed?) and the pool was not open. We went to Florida for the weekend and the pool was not open?! Nothing was offered to compensate us for our room not getting cleaned or the pool not being open.

Clean and quiet with free onsite parking. The full breakfast was hot. Used the gym and two treadmills did not work and neither did the Peleton bike. The only other drawback was access to the property from Hwy 19. There was lots of new road construction with their business entrance not clearly marked. My GPS led me around trying to figure out how to bypass the road closed signs and cones and barrels.

Staff during hotel check in was fast, efficient and friendly. Warm chocolate chip cookies, coffee in lobby and water. Free morning breakfast was lovely. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. My 7YO was excited about the privacy wall for the toilet. Excellent location to get to the manatee adventures.

My husband and I stayed one night but wished we had a longer booking. Our interactions with the staff were all pleasant and friendly. We especially appreciated the little touches like the coffee bar in the lobby that is available 24/7. The room was spacious and very clean. Perfect location to visit the state park or take manatee tours. Definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Overall not as clean or maintained as I would expect from the Hampton Inn name. The bed was horrible! The mattress was really really hard and I could feel the springs digging into my sides all night. The shower had mold, terrible water pressure and a broken shower head.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. My bedspread was stained. There was duct tape on the floor covering the edge where the carpet and tile met. They were doing construction on our floor and it was very noisy and dusty. However, the man at the front desk was very nice when we checked in. And I like that tea and coffee were always available.

Stayed at this hotel during manatee season and I feel it's a little overpriced but there's really not much else for this value with breakfast in the area. The hotel staff was pleasant. This hotel is a non smoking hotel, but my room did smell like cigarettes and I did let management know, they were apologetic. Super convienient if you're coming for the night to swim with manatees. They do have good coffee and ny room was ready early for check in so those are a plus.

We stopped for 2 nights to explore the local springs before taking our daughter to college. Everyone at the hotel was great; Jeff at the front desk, went way and above, checking in to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Overall the hotel is typical Hampton Inn, but it’s clean and they pay attention to details. When we were packing to leave, someone spilled a drink in the elevator, (you’d expect it to be there a while) but 10 min later on the next trip downstairs, someone had cleaned the floor. Happy to stay again.

It was a very nice trip, and the hotel was nice. The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the beds. I tried both and found both mattresses to be uncomfortable, feeling the springs within the mattresses. It caused a backache that lasted into the following night when I returned home.

We're so glad we booked this Hampton Inn in Crystal River for an overnight stop over. We ended up in spacious (handicap suitable) room ... Everything was just nice. It was clean, comfortable, with nice towelssoaps and amenities. The staff was delightful and helpful and breakfast was delicious!

We had a fabulous stay! Sheri and Melissa at the front desk were amazing - very knowledgeable and helpful with directions and recommendations. Great selection for breakfast and delicious cookies in the evening. One of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time. Highly recommended.

The hotel and staff were great. There was a softball tourney in town with a lot of them staying in the hotel. This does not alleviate the staff from it's responsibilities to enforce it's own rules. Pool was packed with at least 20 people at 9:00 PM screaming and yelling. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming and banging doors. Called front desk to complain and was told it was the night shift maintenance mans responsibility. It finally got bearable about 2:00 am.

Tivemos um problema no check in em relação ao depósito e o gerente foi meio grosseiro conosco. Ele passou o cartão e na fatura mostrava que o valor de U$ 10 tinha sido descontado, porém, para ele, não constava o depósito. Tentamos explicar e mostrar que tínhamos pagado o valor e ele não aceitou ver. Para não discutir e porque estávamos cansados, passamos o cartão pela segunda vez e, novamente, constou o valor na fatura, nem isso o convenceu. O hotel é bom, camas confortáveis, bom café da manhã para o padrão americano, silencioso.

The hotel was very nice. I never felt unsafe and the staff was friendly. It was convenient as it is only three minutes from launch area and 10 or so minutes from homosassa state park and 15 mins for stores for shopping needs. Free breakfast is a plus!

Fin beliggenhed for vores ‘swim with manatees’-tour. Ok størrelse for 2xQueen bed room. God og gratis parkering. Gratis morgenmad, der dog var meget begrænset og ret kedelig. Og alt service/bestik/glas var plastik, som bare ikke er særlig fedt at spise med, og det får det hele til at virke meget ‘budget’-agtigt. Brugte ikke poolen. Poolområdet virkede ikke specielt indbydende.

when we arrived Jeff on reception was amazing very helpful, and gave us a lot of local information. In the room the coffee maker didnt work . The fridge even when you altered the temp didnt seem to chill things down. There was no milk etc in the room to make drinks even if the coffee maker worked. No glasses/ cups in the bathroom so you could clean your mouth/teeth properly.The breakfast provided in the price was of very poor quality. The kitchen staff were very good but had very poor quality food to serve.

The attention from this property's staff was wonderful. We did not have much time at the hotel but did appreciate the variety of items available for the complementary breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. I should always check first to see if there is a Hampton available where we are traveling; they are consistently great places to stay.
