The absolute worst hotel ever. The gutters were dangling off the roof, people in their cars smoking not cigarettes ,random people walking around trying to go up to you to talk, no upkeep in the hotel, pot holes everywhere, exterior dirty, etc. Did not even go into the room. Sat in the car for about an hour and decided NO!!!

This place was disgusting! Old mattresses were stacked up on the back of the property. There were no light bulbs in the lamps. Bugs were in the bathtub and on the mattress. The door would not lock. The place was not safe for a family. Upon inspection, we asked for our money back, but manager refused. We went and paid for another hotel room. Do not book, do not stay, do not step foot on the property. I would not be so upset if I would have been refunded my money. This place should be condemned!

German cockroaches EVERYWHERE! cockroach poison in all corners. Told the clerk and he told me he's never had any complaints about roaches. If not, why did they put so much poison in the corners? Also had black gorilla tape over the smoke alarm.

Served the basic needs of night to sleep, place to freshen up. The pics do not reflect the property's current condition. The floor has boards not maintained and raised. Hurt heel and big toe walking between bed and bathroom a few times at night. Bathroom door appears to have seen better days as few broke/bashed patches. Also the floor turned my feet black after the shower so seems not really cleaned. Enough of the bad. The staff was pleasant, the location near Houston and well priced with the condition. Had it been full price, would have extremely different comments. With Expedia it was great deal.

I would request a full refund. First room i was given had a ceiling full of black mold in the restroom. Second room had a roach and ant infestation. I could not stay left hours after checking in. Totally despicable and inhabitable to stay in.

The hotel look nothing like it's pictures so false advertisement. It wasn't infested with rodents but I did see 1 roach. Other than that it was affordable and it was ok for the night.

I checked in late and wasn’t feeling well. Got in the room went to sleep. Woke up early the next morning for a cheer competition and realized how nasty the room was. The corners were filthy, the counters were filthy, spider webs on the walls, the plug was broken and a hazard to use, beds were hard, the lock on the door had definitely been kicked in and didn’t work. This is by far the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. After our cheer competition at 12:30 I went to the office and told them I was leaving and how gross the room was. I asked for my second night refunded and they declined since it was after check out time at 11. We left anyways. The people under my room were smoking weed and had dogs yapping constantly. If I could give a negative review I would. It’s also run down. The exterior paint is chipping and just looks like it’s not taken care of.

7 Children running around screaming by doors till 9:30 pm . Front door room 148 lock is broken doesn\'t have striker plate nor the inside lock works . Shower fixture doesn\'t have a stoping point between hot or cold takes awhile to get the temperature set . smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag on the ceiling. Bathroom ceiling has drywall repair incomplete. Painting in the room is horrible, looks as a young child painted the room. The worst room I have ever been in, since I paid online I couldn\'t get a refund being on a budget this trip I couldn\'t leave . Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated at this property. I arrived at 1:00am on Saturday 3/15/35 (my reservation was 3/14-3/16), with my 4 children only to be turned away by a very rude guy at the desk who looked at me and said “I don’t have any rooms, I don’t know what to tell you, figure it out.” When I asked how do you not have a room if I have a reservation he just shrugged his shoulder and showed me a computer saying they no availability , but never even looked up my name at all. Even when my husband called, he was rude and couldn’t provide any information. I was still charged for the room and they put “NO SHOW” as the reason for the charge, I still haven’t even got my refund resolved and had to find a room in the middle of the night with an infant and 3 other children that cost me double because of the whole situation. Mi have NEVER been so disappointed in all my years of using Expedia.

This place was disgusting! Old mattresses were stacked up on the back of the property. There were no light bulbs in the lamps. Bugs were in the bathtub and on the mattress. The door would not lock. The place was not safe for a family. Upon inspection, we asked for our money back, but manager refused. We went and paid for another hotel room. Do not book, do not stay, do not step foot on the property. I would not be so upset if I would have been refunded my money. This place should be condemned!

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were in good working order. This seems to be a place with lots of long-term patrons staying there and that actually made me feel safe as a visitor in their community. This is certainly not the fanciest motel in the area and I really just needed somewhere to rest on my way home and the OYO Rosenberg was a very good solution..

Bugs everywhere, location did NOT feel safe, fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. Pictures advertised are a complete lie! It was so bad we didnt stay passed five minutes! Canceled my three night stay right then.

I lasted about twenty minutes after check in because I was truly scared. I've stayed in sketchy places before but never felt fear like I did here. Junk/non running cars in parking lot, my room door locked me out 3 times, I had to have staff open for me because you had to body slam it to get it to open and I'm a tiny person. While walking down to find door help, several other room doors were open and literally looked like crime scenes. Neighbor/Occupants peeking and knocking on my window, cat calling. I sat in my car, literally shaking, debating what I could ask for to make it better and there truly was nothing the staff could have offered to help me feel comfortable. So I turned in my key. The staff were not friendly but not rude either. I do believe they understood my fear. I definitely do not find fault with those working that day.

This property was so dangerous and digusting, we chose to go back to our home that had not had power in 4 days. This property was basically a homeless encampment. 4 - 6 adults per room with dogs and cats. Grills were outside many rooms. All eyes were on us as we walked up the rusted stairwell to our room - the different factions were evaluating the prey. The room was not secure. The main lock was difficult to work. The secondary lock had been broken from someone kicking in the door. The room was furnished from Goodwill rejects. Do not believe any pictures. This place is a dangerous dump. We tried to contact Expedia to get them to cease their relationship with this hotel.

The absolute worst hotel ever. The gutters were dangling off the roof, people in their cars smoking not cigarettes ,random people walking around trying to go up to you to talk, no upkeep in the hotel, pot holes everywhere, exterior dirty, etc. Did not even go into the room. Sat in the car for about an hour and decided NO!!!

Served the basic needs of night to sleep, place to freshen up. The pics do not reflect the property's current condition. The floor has boards not maintained and raised. Hurt heel and big toe walking between bed and bathroom a few times at night. Bathroom door appears to have seen better days as few broke/bashed patches. Also the floor turned my feet black after the shower so seems not really cleaned. Enough of the bad. The staff was pleasant, the location near Houston and well priced with the condition. Had it been full price, would have extremely different comments. With Expedia it was great deal.

7 Children running around screaming by doors till 9:30 pm . Front door room 148 lock is broken doesn\'t have striker plate nor the inside lock works . Shower fixture doesn\'t have a stoping point between hot or cold takes awhile to get the temperature set . smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag on the ceiling. Bathroom ceiling has drywall repair incomplete. Painting in the room is horrible, looks as a young child painted the room. The worst room I have ever been in, since I paid online I couldn\'t get a refund being on a budget this trip I couldn\'t leave . I talked to the night manager about the room and showed her pictures of the room she didn\'t do anything next morning I talked to the owner showed her the pictures she didn\'t care saying "that the people here has been staying here a long time " . I also seen a drug deal in the parking lot. One guest that has been here a long time drives with his music loud bumping rap music . The people here are in control not the motel .

The place looked like a half way house. Multiple rooms looked as if they lived there permanently. Bbq grills, outdoor furniture. Grounds were not kept up. Office looked as if they really didn't care.

The outside and inside looked nothing like the photos. It literally looked abandoned. Every door was dirty corner and walls. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and there was a dead baby frog on floor. It smelled like fumigation cleaning supplies and cigarettes. The bed sheets were the cleanest thing in the room.
