The property felt very new and clean. Plenty of parking, front desk was great. Only complaint would be soundproofing, especially between the rooms. We had loud neighbors, and it sounded like there wasn’t even a wall between us. People in hallways were also easily heard. This is from someone who has to wear hearing aids, and didn’t have them in when either of the two things noted were happening. Otherwise, the hotel and staff are great.

The strobe light in the middle of ceiling is blinding at night if you happen to open your eyes. The parking lot is so inconvenient. Will not be recommending this hotel. The breakfast is horrible!

Pool is not indoor and the hot tub is out of order. We called before we came and the associate told us the hot tub was working and the pool was indoor. Will not come again.

Parking area was tough because there were a lot of large trucks with carnival rides blocking most of the places. The open spaces were around the sides were it wasn't well lit. I wished the big trucks could have parked around the side and not blocked up places closed to the front door.

Cleanliness was superb! Hallways smelled clean, room was very clean and tidy. TV was large and channel selection was great. Bathroom very clean and shower head had a mist setting that I loved! Room was very quiet, completely dark, and cold!! I usually have problems sleeping in hotels, but I slept like a baby. They served a hot breakfast which was ok, and coffee was always on deck.

Hallways were 100 degrees, no pool towels Available, took about 20 minutes to check in because no one was attending front desk, AC in room never got below 72 degrees was very stuffy and uncomfortable and TV remote didn’t work had to go out and get batteries.

Nobody was at the desk when I arrived - I called the front desk and no one answered, ended up having to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up. My door to my room would not latch - you could just push it open from the corridor if the deadbolt was turned (which I couldn't do once I left the room.) TV remote would only turn on and turn off - no other buttons worked. Lots of little problems with my stay on this one.

At check-in they asked for a refundable deposit on another card - not a big deal but slightly inconvenient as I wasn’t made aware of this when booking. Pros: Pretty clean, great a/c, very nice pool/grill area, safe area of town with a lot within driving distance, it had a fridge/microwave which wasn’t on the advertisement, soap/shampoo/etc. dispensers, nice tv that I was able to plug my fire stick into with a bit of work. Cons: The breakfast was not what was pictured, there was a large gap between the floor and the door and it let it a lot of light on top of the smoke detector that flashed all night placed right in front of the bed and the curtains that weren’t actually blackouts. There also wasn’t a bathtub, only a shower. Not walking distance from many things without crossing busy roads. The walls are pretty soundproof but the door is not and I could hear people coming and going.

The sleeping area had a "strobe" light in the ceiling that flashed off and on ALL night long. The A/C unit had leaked water all over the carpet around it. There was no clothes hook in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

Got charged $271.00 as a security deposit instead of $100.00. ( the amount I had prepaid for the two night stay when I booked the room online) Staff said that they were unable to reverse the transition due to a glitch and that I would refunded the amount at check out.

Great stay even if only one night, far exceeded my expectations. Ask how old the hotel was as felt newly built only 6-8mths old. Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay we'll be coming back again.

My family came in from out of town. I was staying at a weekly room and to have a nice nicer place and somewhere nice to stay. I booked the weekend at your establishment Saturday night. A group of people asked to get the towels from the front desk for us and she said no she could only give them three so when I went myself, she told me she didn't have any towels and then literally 23 minutes later. I'm walking out and she give another group towels so this frustrated me so bad I checked out and went to another room. My only request is to refund half of my money, I know we stayed there the majority of the day, but her behavior and her attitude were so uncalled for , I don't want to be that person Who leaves a bad review because of one employee who could've been having a bad day I'm not sure what it was. Like new facility. Great location. Mall within a 1/2 mile. Tons of restaurants close by. We stayed on the way to Louisiana and liked it so much we stayed on the way back. Also pet friendly with reasonable fee.

We stayed here for 10 days during our home renovation. Overall very satisfied and the bedding was actually very nice! The only feedback I have is regarding the breakfast menu. It could use some help! Just go back to basic menu options like, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and some type of potato.

Liked everything except the Sunday breakfast and the faucet in the bathroom sink. The eggs were crumbles of egg and the sausages were overcooked, dried and tough. The other days the egg white omelets were ok. The faucet spout in the bathroom sink is so close to the back of the sink that you can barely get your hands under the running water.

Breakfast is great! We liked their coffee and the breakfast options. Hot food was hot, biscuits and cinnamon rolls were delicious. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, We will stop here every time we need to.
