Handy washer and dryer. Spacious appartments, well maintained and clean.

Room was great

The photos on the website could not entirely capture a beauty of this place. All the facilities and tools in this place were including deep considerations for the users. I absolutely love this place. I am a crazy tourist myself, wanting to see every bit of city that I travel. However, in this occasion, I just wanted to stay in this accomodation. Sitting there, waking up there, and making a meal for myself in that place were the most enjoyable thing. Thank you for this time. And definitely looking forward to a revisit!

Stains on couch and light on the side table in living room didn't work.

We had a great stay at Level River North. The unit was well equiped, well designed, modern and most of all had great sweeping views. Really enjoyed our in unit laundry. Problem with the dishwasher was quickly addressed. Overall a good experience and will definitely stay again when in Chicago.
