Clean and spacious room. Amenities were amazing!

Quick and easy check in. Parking in their private garage was breeze. Plenty of space, mostly empty, and our vehicle could stay in the garage until 2:00 PM the next day. Beautiful 1 BR condo. Full kitchen, beautiful views of the city on the balcony and from the living room, and very clean space overall. Need your key card for just about everything (pool, lounge, some of the outdoor bathrooms, elevators, etc.).

Loved the pool area, will be even better when cafe downstairs is finished and operational. Beautiful property, would stay again, was a 20min walk to downtown, lots of delicious restaurants nearby

Best place to stay in Chicago for a multitude of reasons. 1) best self-park 2) spectacular outdoor pool 3) spotless apartment style unit w balcony 4) sauna 5) location. We’re going back un a few weeks.

The pictures on your site show a beautiful view of downtown. Our room was facing an alley with the view of the back of a brick apartment/condo complex. And 2 of those condos had their loud barking dogs on their back patios. What was the point of getting an “executive suite” with a balcony to stare at that and not even enjoy quiet? At least give me an option and ask me if I want to pay for a room with a view or not. The room telephone did not work, it wasn’t even connected when I tried it. After connecting I still could not place a call to the receptionist. And no ice machines? I get it, there is ann ice tray in the freezer, but by the time it freezes? C’mon!

Great apartment and amenities, though you can hear the traffic so take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Lovely floor to ceiling windows, large comfy beds and spacious bathrooms with good products. The advertised complimentary bottle of wine wasn’t there (which is fine but probably don’t include it in the listing). Gym, pool and sauna were good - though the pool closed early due to it being out of season. Overall, it was a pleasant, clean, relaxed and chill stay. All staff were great apart from when we collected our luggage after check out when they were a little rude by not acknowledging us when we said thanks and goodbye - they didn’t look up once or acknowledge us (guess they’d had our custom by then). Would otherwise recommend.

This property has everything to offer and more….. including a full gym, steam room, and sauna that’s available for your use.

Staff was great. Walking distance to L Train- brown and purple lines. Bus route nearby. Uber was always close - day or night. Amenities are great. Rooms were clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed except food and ice. When we return we will preorder groceries to be delivered. CVS 2 blocks away.

Highly recommend Level River North! We were upgraded to a 2 Br/2 BA unit. The place was sparkling clean and had all the comforts of home. Super quiet and fantastic views!!! Corner unit on 28th floor. Another plus the pool/hot tub opened (5/16) and they were wonderful. The property is fantastic and Aisha was super helpful, efficient and nice! Balcony was another plus & location was great.

Dirty, the couch was so nasty. Overall feels dirty

It was ridiculous that the check in deposit was $400. I wouldn’t have paid it any mind, however the room was already so dirty and had some damages. Front desk was patient and accommodating. There were stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. Towels were stained, floor shower was dirty.

I had a complementary upgrade and the room was clean and beautiful! Staff is always great!

Room was spotless

There was scuffs all over the walls and trim and dog hair on the couch plus some paint chip/egg shell-like debris on the floor.

The view was the focal point. The sheets however had stains. Floor was sticky and dirty. No toothpaste or brushes in the room. And no water either

Room we stayed in was dirty and dusty with lots of dead bugs by the window floor. Tub did not drain properly and ended up clogging. Lots of dents on floor and some of the doors didn’t close well. Balcony door did not open and when window was left open a lot of mosquitos flew in. The area was nice and close to a lot of attractions and staff was nice.

My family loved our stay. Very spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows and the balcony gave wonderful views of the city. The parking being next to the hotel was a bonus.

Amazing views

Amazing room with a beautiful view. Stayed for two nights and I wish I would’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice amount of space but the other rooms were not hotel guests and very loud. Could hear parties, yelling, and music. Also, small room didn’t have any air/heat so very stuffy.

We loved our stay. Our only feedback was that some of the staff- not all- were a little stuck up and seemed very snooty. Mainly on our arrival on Tuesday. Everyone and everything else was amazing.

I purchased two different rooms one studio and one bedroom and when I got to check in they checked me in to the wrong room which was the studio after I told the front desk that I will like to be in the one bedroom instead of the studio..both rooms were already paid for so I immediately came down to the front desk to tell them about the mistake they suggested that I pay another $200 for another room after they charged me $200 for the deposit for the wrong room, I told them I wasn’t able to make that purchase because they already took the money.. I’ve sat there for 2 hours asking can I get accommodated I’ve got disrespected by one of the employees he was really rude I asked for the manager he told me it’s no need to talk to the manager because she will tell me the same thing which is to put another deposit down after I did it already. After a while he stopped responding to me after I was asking him questions blantly ignoring me .. If they had told me what kind of room it was before I put down the deposit it would be no issue but to assume that they will give me the 1 bedroom because that’s what I asked for they just gave me a key and a room number.. I will not be coming back here and I still have not talked to the manager no one reached out to me they just took my money

The hotel never got cool, hot everywhere, even the community areas. We had to use the TV in the communal area as ours didn't work. We called on day one and the girl laughed and never sent anyone to fix it. Our key cards didn't work multiple times during the stay. The party that happened at the pool on Sunday night of our stay was awful. I couldn't imagine what my kids saw even those this hotel said no parties.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. From check-in, the staff were dismissive and at times outright rude. I reported multiple issues—my room’s TV wasn’t working properly (turning on and off with no image), the phone didn’t work, and some lights had no bulbs. Nothing was done to fix it. Later that night, the second TV also stopped working. Only after repeatedly following up did they move me to a new room—at 9 PM. I had to repack everything, including wet clothes from the laundry, disrupting my entire evening. The front desk’s attitude was the most disappointing part. I was met with comments like, “You again,” “We can’t do anything right now,” and “I thought it was just one TV,” making me feel like a burden instead of a guest. The new room was clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful, but none of that makes up for the frustration, lack of professionalism, and lost sleep. It’s unfortunate for the owner—great space, but the staff’s attitude completely ruins the experience.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely will come back soon.

Room was clean and staff friendly

The front desk staff were not friendly. Housekeeping took all towels and didn’t leave may. When the desk was asked for some they couldn’t provide. They said they would call me back and never did and then didn’t answer my calls down to them. The elevator/room keys didn’t work, so they had to keep recoding them. The front desk staff made you feel like you were bothering them. A check out text came in at 7am, too early for that type of reminder.

Great business stay in a fabulous location with password-protected Wi-Fi. The location was optimal, too. Thank you, Level Chicago—River North!

Great place to stay. You're not too far from clubs, restaurants ect but far enough it's quiet out.

Perfect location. Great private owned restaurants. Museums nearby. Walking on the Riverwalk. Art. Music. Safe community. And all the dogs you want to see enjoying life at the dog parks

The facilities were amazing and we certainly used them well, the room was clean and nice, however the shower in the room had almost zero pressure so it was difficult to feel clean. The location is ok, but not as central as we would have liked - we needed to take Uber/Lyft everywhere as it was slightly too far to walk

The rooms are spacious and updated. You are within walking distance of amazing restaurants. We did not have anyone clean or restock the room in the 3 nights we stayed, though. It would be great to have some food service at the hotel too.

This property was beautiful, but my first impression of this property was absolutely horrible. The manager on duty was not compassionate, understanding, or helpful. The property was beautiful and the amenities were amazing. I wish breakfast was available for the guests staying in the hotel rooms but I understand why it wasnt.. I will never stay at this property again because of the first impression and the $200 deposit every night on top of the price of the room...

The hotel was beautiful! However, they charged $200 a night for deposit, only to tell us they don’t do room service unless you stay 6 nights or more. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and couldn’t get our linens changed or clean, wouldn’t clean our room at all. Then it’s $70 a night for parking and a ton of different fees. The hotel itself is nice though but it definitely had its cons.

We had a great time awesome views. No room service, however door dash came in handy.

Loved the property! Only dislikes were, no available water bottles, and although they were sold out at their convenience store, upon asking at the desk, nothing was done to help the situation. Other than this, the stay was wonderful, and would definitely stay here again! Very quiet and plenty of things to do and see even on a rainy weekend. :)

This property is not user friendly for those using it as an airbnb. A hotel offers far more value for the cost involved. It is primarily a residential facility, and little to no service offered to those on vacation for a few days. The front desk person did not offer information on how to orient ourselves upon arrival; things like how to use high security/tech elevator, wifi password, amenity access etc. There was no assistance with luggage - no luggage cart offered, no information printed or otherwise on how to orient ourselves to the apartment building, or the tech systems in place for security. QR code on the passkey did not work. There were no towels in the bathroom. We had to change apts three times to locate one where all the black out blinds were functioning in bedroom. (Floor to ceiling glass in bedrooms and living room - sun up at 5:30.) Instead of finding the room and checking the blinds for me, after traveling all day, I had to go up and down the elevator bringing back the keys each time at 10pm at night. Parking is expensive in their garage, and access to building with a car, very inconvenient. No restaurant on site or on block. They did compensate us for the numerous inconveniences we experienced, but I would have preferred good service from staff and adequate information upon check in. When you’re only in town for a few days, all these hassles are not worth it. Will not stay here again and cannot recommend it for families or seniors.

I was under the impression that I had booked a certain room but when I got to the hotel I was told we had been upgraded to a double room with more space which was ok but we were looking forward to the view we had chosen. We weren’t able to use some of the kitchen utensils since they were broken. Staff was pretty polite and professional. Even though we did not use any of the amenities we did use the grill that was pretty cool that the hotel offered that.
