I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.

I was there for a 50th Class Reunion. We utilized the entire facility for our events tha weekend. We wanted to go and have drinks after our banquet and the bar was closed and so was the rooftop. There were no amenities, exercise room and a golf suite that you had to pay for. The cost of the rooms was definitely not a group rate as your regular rate just booking individually was cheaper. The grab and go breakfast was a turn off and you had to pay for it. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable but I could not stay at this Aloft again as itvwas not very accommodating.

Location was perfect for our concert at FedEx Arena. The check in process was very smooth. We did arrive somewhat early yet our room was ready. If i had any recommendation it would be the valet service. They only had one on during my stay and both times i had to wait over 15 minutes to get my car. Everything else was great.

Very loud and uncomfortable! We were not told about the forced valet parking in the area! The bar was closed at 8:00pm. things in our room was falling apart and janky! One stayed at other Alofts! Notably in Asheville, NC and Portland, ME. Both stays were great! this was awful!!!!!!!

The rooftop patio was cool. The Mc for the events was friendly and inviting. The movie theater that you can reserve is really awesome. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s downtown area. Nevertheless, close enough to walk to and from all kinds of things.

Rooms were dirty. They switched our rooms and it was a bug in the bed. Requested towels and it took 30 minutes plus 3 calls to receive them. Staff was nice at front desk but I don’t believe I would stay here again.

The atmosphere was vibrant and modern, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. My flight was delayed and I called ahead to the front desk of the Aliz to say I would be 24hours late. The front desk said it was noted in the file and that would be no problem. On arrival, I was informed I had been charged for a no show and my room given away. There were no rooms left at a rate I could afford and the hotel would not match the rate I had originally booked at. I ultimately had to take a car to a hotel 30 minutes away. There was zero willingness to help in a situation that was entirely caused by their staff and policy. Never again.

The entire staff was exceptional...from check-in, to the bartenders, to the valets who had to assist me several times in loading and unloading equipment and boxes from my SUV, this 1 week visit was really enjoyable and I appreciated all the help and the warm welcome.

Location was perfect for our concert at FedEx Arena. The check in process was very smooth. We did arrive somewhat early yet our room was ready. If i had any recommendation it would be the valet service. They only had one on during my stay and both times i had to wait over 15 minutes to get my car. Everything else was great.

The atmosphere was vibrant and modern, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The rooftop patio was cool. The Mc for the events was friendly and inviting. The movie theater that you can reserve is really awesome. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s downtown area. Nevertheless, close enough to walk to and from all kinds of things.

I was there for a 50th Class Reunion. We utilized the entire facility for our events tha weekend. We wanted to go and have drinks after our banquet and the bar was closed and so was the rooftop. There were no amenities, exercise room and a golf suite that you had to pay for. The cost of the rooms was definitely not a group rate as your regular rate just booking individually was cheaper. The grab and go breakfast was a turn off and you had to pay for it. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable but I could not stay at this Aloft again as itvwas not very accommodating.

Valet Services and cleanliness of the property ~ Excellent. Check-in is at 3PM. The room was not ready until 4:19 PM. I was waiting in the lobby until it was available. This was extremely inconvenient. There is only 1 working elevator in the hotel. The restaurant onsite advertised is actually just a bar.

Very loud and uncomfortable! We were not told about the forced valet parking in the area! The bar was closed at 8:00pm. things in our room was falling apart and janky! One stayed at other Alofts! Notably in Asheville, NC and Portland, ME. Both stays were great! this was awful!!!!!!!

Glad to have a clean, spacious room to spread out and rest in while in Memphis. The AC kept up in the 90s+ weather, the automatic blinds and curtains are helpful to capture a bit of sunlight or darken the room. The fitness center is clean, spacious and well appointed. The lobby has snacks including breakfast options that you can charge to your room or pay off at the front desk. The staff are very accommodating and kind.

Room was not up to typical Marriott standards was very disappointed in room . Never got service only clean towels we had to ask for them . Never cleaned room or clean sheets in 3 nights 4 days. Staff was amazing as far as desk. Bar, and valet wasn't to happy with housekeeping
