The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful. There were many stairs to get to the reception and the room but the staffs helped carry our luggage’s. Also the hotel is close to the port with local taxis available in minutes. Also a beautiful beach in 5 mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast was also good with loads of variety.

Excellent quiet location within walking distance of port, town beach & bus stop to other beaches & airport. Breakfast, pool & room were great and staff were friendly & helpful. We stayed for a week which felt like the right length of time to explore several different west coast beaches by bus and visit the Olive Press Museum, Archeology Museum and the Portara.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naxos! The staff was amazing, especially Katerina, who gave me all the information I needed to get around town, recommended great restaurants, and helped organize excursions to visit other islands. The room was cleaned every day, which made the stay very comfortable. There is also a supermarket right beside the hotel, which was very convenient. The location is perfect — close to the town, wonderful beaches and the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and I had a great time during my stay!

Moderate breakfast, too many kittens everywhere trying to come in to your room....

It wasn’t at all.The room was dirty and even when they supposedly cleaned it the shower was never washed.The mirror wasn’t cleaned for days.Very dissatisfied.room was on the 3 floor with no railings on the stone stairs.very dangerous for the elderly.the bed was so was so uncomfortable I woke up in pain every day.wished my stay was shorter but made the mistake of booking it for 12 days.Katerina was lovely but the day we left there wasn’t a sole around to take our luggage from the 3rd floor it was very dangerous for us to drag our luggage down so many stairs.my luggage fell on my foot in the way down and I have a huge bruise.i realize we were on an island just not what I was expecting.i believe they show pictures from their other properties because the room and the bathroom was not what I was expecting.the only picture that was true was the pool.the breakfast was not good and the staff doing the breakfast wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t replace things when they ran out.when you asked for something different they weren’t helpful and you knew they were talking about you.so very sad because we waited 20 years to take this trip.the only good thing was my boyfriend was with me and he is Greek so they had to be careful talking in front of us. Lol
