Earl check in and a late check out were accommodated which really made the trip easier. Great communication before we arrived - helped to book a taxi for us which greeted us at the ferry. €20. Breakfast each morning was fabulous. The oool area was busy and you can struggle to get a sun bed. Pool opens at 11am - 19:30. The hotel has an agreement at the beach where you can rent a pair of sun beds (and one beanbag) for €15 instead of €30. These come with lock boxes and ‘call buttons’ for beach side service. There is a small bakery attached to the supermarket which sells great smoothies and sandwiches at a fraction of the cost of the sun bed service. Beach is shallow and great for families and swimmers. Hotel is comfy. Good balconies. Daily maid service. Towels are provided for the pool and beach. There is a book library (although not many English ones to swap). Nice cocktails at the pool bar. Really close to the narrow white passage ways and shops near the museum (near the port) and we strolled there most nights. Near to the port front where it is very lovely. Really great location.

Great hotel. About 250 metres walk to sandy beach, although we stayed by the well maintained pool. Only problem with it is it didn't open until 11.00 so no swim before breakfast. There is a wide selection of food on offer at breakfast ranging from Greek yoghut, cereal, toast, meats and cheeses and bacon and eggs, (although these this tended to be a bit cold). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the reception team very helpful. I would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Our kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. The location was perfect for our family. Quiet, safe, close to the beach, and very close to the action without being right in the heart. The breakfast was outstanding! We would love to come again!

Great pool and location and access to the beach. Pool food was low quality. Cleaning of rooms was not good. Left dirty cups, bowls and food in room for 2 days. Bed and towel cleaning was very good however.

Lovely resort with huge pool/area and right next to the beach. Use of beach lounges and umbrellas available at half normal rate for resort guests. Lovely breakfast with extensive selection. 15/20 minute walk to the port, shopping and restaurants. Although there were also several restaurants within just a few minutes walk from resort. Staff throught the resort were friendly and accommodating. Whilst the room was comfortable it was quite small, dated and could do with a makeover.

The place is old with outdated amenities. Very over priced. Not worth the price we paid. There were other places much nicer for the same or less price. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. Pool was nice but only opens at 11:00 and closed at 19:00. Best part was being close to the beach. However, they have beds and umbrellas at the beach that you need to pay for. They say you get ‘half off’ but we pay so much for the hotel, why do they charge an extra 15 euro for 2 beds? Hard pass… find another place.

Room not very clean, especially the bathroom. Bed and pillows not very comfortable and did not give us a double even though we asked, instead 2 twins. Directions and signage was horrible. Breakfast selection excellent, location excellent.

I loved every aspect of this hotel. The housekeepers were attentive to cleaning rooms on a timely basis. The hotel grounds were impeccable and the staff super nice and helpful. The resort is minutes away from the town of Naxos which had ample restaurants and waking distance away. The port is also nearby for ferries to other islands and tours of Naxos. The hotel is newly renovated and modern. My room was pool view with a terrace and was perfect for my vacation.

Service was great. Pool beautiful clean only a couple walk 2 minutes from beach. Beach is good, you do get 1/2 off the umbrella and chairs. Prices are good on beach and stores compare to other islands. They should definitely take care of the bad smell in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately that is the only negative part is the smell.. strong bad smell at the reception.

We found the property was just as we had expected and hoped for. Very clean and well located just a short walk from the beach and equally an easy walk into the main shopping area with resturants etc. Breakfast was good, but other than this we ate out in the town. Nice pool with bar and food available. Front desk staff polite and helpful and ever present. Just a great place to stay for a slower pace of life and to relax in the sun.

Breakfast not bad. The pool is obviously their main priority and attraction. Wading pool is available in other hotels in the vicinity and he ocean is literally 3 mins away so i dont get the need for a pool. I booked a "garden view" with a double bed and my view was of a parking lot with some trees. I also got two singles put together. Lastly, no wifi in my room. Had to go to the lobby to get wifi. Its so crazy that wifi is still a barrier in 2023. The room and furniture is crazy outdated and stuck in time.

Huge selection and all the food was good quality. Randomly tried a breakfast bar and was surprised it was one of the best breakfast bars I've ever had. Staff was incredibly nice and made suggestions for sights to see and restaurants. Room was comfortable and the tv had nfl in German which was fun.

Room 304 -stay away! $200 cad a night Door lock was bad, struggled to get into room daily, a/AC barely worked, shower was barely usable. It had an accordion style door and a faucet mounted in the middle of the wall (not on the same wall as shower head) and incredibly tiny, making it hard to use and also dangerous. We'd complained about the first 2 issues and they said they would send someone to fix it and they never did. Overall the resort itself is cozy, nice pool, free breakfast buffet restaurant, and right across the street from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. They should not be charging for the beach chairs for hotel guests, so at 15 euro a day ($22 cad) that adds up!

We booked several rooms at this resort for our family - 6 people for three nights, 4 people for one night. At check in we were only informed about breakfast and the hours. In addition, we were asked about food allergies. At no time were we told about the fact that we paid for “half board” or the dinner hours. When we questioned the staff before we left, they did not help us. We wrote to them and they lied and said that we did get the information. I am deeply upset about how we were treated. We would have definitely used the included dinner option had we been adequately informed.

The property was close to the beach, walkable in a 2min. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Always had a smile on their face. The grounds were very nice. The breakfast was also amazing.Also, very fast to respond to messages prior to the visit which is always reassuring. Definitely a place to come back to!

This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !!

The whole hotel was the perfect spot. The breakfast was amazing. It was so close to everything the beach the town. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and showed us the map of where everything was and really put it in perspective.

great location, amazing property, friendly staff and awesome food. Walking distance to the main square, beach and all the stores on the stretch. It’s quiet and calm place to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing with an array of options. We plan to be back at this property because we have really fallen in love with Naxos!
