It was very pretty and safe! The pool was very nice and not too busy, we did go in November. It was walking distance to the city and all the clubs!

Cafeteria is good. Pool good. Family friendly good. There is no silence hour, nor a security guard to calm down the drunks. Need to push them to clean. No privet parking , parking at neighbors recommended.

La struttura si presenta molto bene con una piscina bellissima, spazi comuni ampi e reception h24 disponibile La camera si trova in un appartamento composto da 3 camere da letto , da zona cucina comune a disposizione delle camere di cui sopra ed un solo bagno da dividere e questo nella descrizione non era molto chiaro. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi ma qualcuno magari potrebbe averli . Sarebbe meglio un po’ di precisione Nota negativa : asciugacapelli si noleggia ad una cifra alta per singolo giorno. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders der Nachtportier an unsere Anreise am 26.09. sowie Francisco im Servicebereich. Toll war der Swimmingpool und der Sparbereich. Faire Preie vor allem ehr gut für Jugendliche. Einzige Anmerkung. Ausstattung im Zimmer schon manchmal etwa veraltet bzw. ramponiert". Wir waren aber mit allem zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Le site fait penser à un ancien couvent avec ses murs en pierre, la piscine est fabuleuse 35x12m Le restaurant est top et pas chère, le breakfast est complet, seul bémol c’est de 8h à 9h15 seulement tous les jours même le samedi et dimanche. J ai réservé une chambre standard. Je ne savais pas que cela signifiait une chambre privée et a côté salle de bains et cuisine communes. Peu importe ça aurait pu être sympa quand même. Malheureusement une seule des salle de bains dans laquelle il y avait les WC était ouverte donc pour 8personnes dans le logement c était limite. Et la salle de bain est rapidement devenue très sale. C est un endroit pour les jeunes qui aiment faire la fête. 3 chambres dans le logement en plus de la notre avec des arrivées a 3h puis 5h ou 6h du matin chacun a tour de rôle très bruyant et ivres ...je pense qu ils se fichaient bien de savoir qu on dormait juste à côté. Le personnel a quand même été réactif pour la salle de bains : ils ont ouvert la seconde mais elle ne pouvait pas se fermer a clef donc personne ne l utilisait ! Donc si vous êtes venus pour faire la fête et que vous n'êtes pas regardant pour la propreté c est cool. Si vous venez pour vous reposer : fuyez !

I stayed for two nights and had a very unpleasant experience. The room was extremely dirty, with moldy shower curtains and unclean toilets. I was bitten by mosquitoes at night, and the overall environment was very noisy. Il personale è molto cordiale. Purtroppo per chi va a soggiornare qui deve tenere in conto che ha due bagni a disposizione nel appartamento ma in comune con altre quattro stanze (quindi per otto possibili inquilini), poi la stanza non viene mai pulita quando è occupata(anche se chiusa, e con la valigia dentro, e senza nessuno all'interno) a meno che non lo si chiede. Pero in compenso si è a meno di un kilometro da san giuliano e da alcuni supermercati. Piscina grande e pulita e il posto è molto tranquillo.

C est un endroit pour les jeunes qui aiment faire la fête. 3 chambres dans le logement en plus de la notre avec des arrivées a 3h puis 5h ou 6h du matin chacun a tour de rôle très bruyant et ivres ...je pense qu ils se fichaient bien de savoir qu on dormait juste à côté. Le personnel a quand même été réactif pour la salle de bains : ils ont ouvert la seconde mais elle ne pouvait pas se fermer a clef donc personne ne l utilisait ! Donc si vous êtes venus pour faire la fête et que vous n'êtes pas regardant pour la propreté c est cool. Si vous venez pour vous reposer : fuyez !
J ai réservé une chambre standard. Je ne savais pas que cela signifiait une chambre privée et a côté salle de bains et cuisine communes. Peu importe ça aurait pu être sympa quand même. Malheureusement une seule des salle de bains dans laquelle il y avait les WC était ouverte donc pour 8personnes dans le logement c était limite. Et la salle de bain est rapidement devenue très sale. Cafeteria is good. Pool good. Family friendly good. There is no silence hour, nor a security guard to calm down the drunks. Need to push them to clean. No privet parking , parking at neighbors recommended.

On arrival we were a little early so thought we may have a drink in the bar. We were refused entry because they had washed the floor. The property was advertised as having a basic kitchen. It had an oven where the hob did not function at all and the main oven had no rack. The aircon/heater controls were inconsistent. These were reported to reception and although we were promised they would be addressed, no-one attended. Especially this time of year (Jan) there are some really good deals to be had elsewhere so it is not worth suffering this place

Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders der Nachtportier an unsere Anreise am 26.09. sowie Francisco im Servicebereich. Toll war der Swimmingpool und der Sparbereich. Faire Preie vor allem ehr gut für Jugendliche. Einzige Anmerkung. Ausstattung im Zimmer schon manchmal etwa veraltet bzw. ramponiert". Wir waren aber mit allem zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

I stayed for two nights and had a very unpleasant experience. The room was extremely dirty, with moldy shower curtains and unclean toilets. I was bitten by mosquitoes at night, and the overall environment was very noisy. Il personale è molto cordiale. Purtroppo per chi va a soggiornare qui deve tenere in conto che ha due bagni a disposizione nel appartamento ma in comune con altre quattro stanze (quindi per otto possibili inquilini), poi la stanza non viene mai pulita quando è occupata(anche se chiusa, e con la valigia dentro, e senza nessuno all'interno) a meno che non lo si chiede. Pero in compenso si è a meno di un kilometro da san giuliano e da alcuni supermercati. Piscina grande e pulita e il posto è molto tranquillo.

Le site fait penser à un ancien couvent avec ses murs en pierre, la piscine est fabuleuse 35x12m Le restaurant est top et pas chère, le breakfast est complet, seul bémol c’est de 8h à 9h15 seulement tous les jours même le samedi et dimanche. Dommage car le site a pour ambition d’accueillir des familles et pas seulement des étudiants

The staff were great and for the price we paid the room was more than adequate. House keeping did a great job too. The only thing that let the place down were the other guests. Noise all hours of the night. People coming back from the clubs in Paceville at all hours. We just didn't sleep.
