Large spacious rooms.Ours had a kitchen and double balcony with separate seating area and couch and kitchen table. Nice to have a adult only swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby and central garden between the buildings

The suite was beautiful and clean but the towels were skimpy and the bed was hard as a rock. Pools were fabulous and we were also able to snorkel of the property.

Fabulous 4 star resort in a beautiful location - great for Gozo and Comino ferries. Large sea-water swimming pools and inexpensive restaurants - a bit out of the way but Uber and Public Transport help.

Modern well equipped hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Suite was very clean with a wonderful sea view. Excellent facilities with three salt water pools. One of which was adults only. Plenty of sunbeds, some had their own platforms on the rocks. Cleanliness was a priority both in the rooms and public areas. Restaurant was very good, with a varied menu to suit all tastes and wallets. They are building an expansion to the hotel, but to be honest it didn't impact on our holidayat all. Ramla Bay is fairly remote, if you're looking a lively night life ,it's not for you. There's no organised evening entertainment, which was a shame. Would also suggest to the management that you don't hire out the only bar in your hotel for private parties! That appart ,couldn't fault our stay. A tip. Don't hire a car from Sicily By Car!

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la struttura è molto bella e accogliente, ha 3 bar e due ristoranti, resta fuori dalla città, ha due piscine esterne ed una chiusa, ha una jacuzzi esterna ed una interna, la spa, la sauna, ha un negozio in cui si possono comprare generi di prima necessità e souvenir. Ha una spiaggia di sabbia privata e una di scogli con lettini ed ombrelloni gratis, i teli mare si posso prendere alla recpiton, è possibile prenotare nella struttura le escursioni per comino e gozo, il molo dei traghetti per gozo dista circa 700 mt. Le camere sono molto grandi e con bei balconi, nelle camere c'è asse e ferro da stiro, e il phon. nella struttura è possibile prenotare anche i transfer e il noleggio di auto e moto Personale molto gentile e preparato. Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und das Zimmer war Top mit Blick auf das Meer. Liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit Uber, Bolt etc.. ist es kein Problem die recht kleine Insel zu erkunden. Dafür ist der Hafen, um nach Gozo zu kommen in der Nähe und das Hotel selber bietet Bootstouren an.

Struttura completa con tuttii co fort Struttura completa di tutti confort, piscine e spiaggia eccellenti, nare splendido e ottina colazione e cena. Unico neo il percorso per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto pubblici che, soprattutto di sera,è isolato e completamente al buio. Per il resto un resort 5 stelle.

L’hôtel bien qu'en travaux (agrandissement),est toujours à la hauteur des attentes. Le personnel (accueil, restauration, entretien) est très professionnel et agréable. Les chambres/studio très spacieuses et équipées. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et "varié". Pas pu le prendre le dernier jour (départ très tôt), récupéré un sac avec tout ce qu'il faut (salé, sucré, boisson, fruits) très appréciable. Un bémol: piscine/jacuzzi SPA: les enfants ne respectent ni les consignes de sécurité, ni le calme nécessaire à ce lieu (parent et personnel ne disent rien). Les jeux de balle devraient être autorisés si peu/pas d'autre personne. Le jacuzzi intérieur a beaucoup de mal à démarrer. Déjà venu en 2018, nous regrettons que les espaces verts (sortie côté piscine ) aient disparu au profit d'extension et de dallage carrelage, espérons que de la verdure réapparaisse une fois les travaux complets seront achevés. Merci

The location is amazing, we had a three week stay, first week was fine but unfortunately we were in a room on the fourth floor that was damp, the staff are amazing but unfortunately due to the hotel being booked out they could not move us to another room. We were given a dehumidifier that did not work and had to put up with having damp clothes and bed every morning probably due to not being able to change the air conditioning settings to dry as the air-conditioning is set centrally.

We booked in a Panoramic Suite 8647 and the room was superbly comfortable for 2 persons with full amenities and good for 4 persons with sofabed and 2nd bathroom in living room. The sea view from the very large panoramic terrace balcony was amazingly beautiful, picturesque and serene too👌👍👏. A few suggestions and some action notes.......just 2 coffee pods 👎...... Just 2 tiny body wash/shampoo sachets 👎 no food room service 👎 tap water had bad taste even when using it for the coffee machine 👎 and a bit more thorough maintenance / cleaning as the showers had black mold sealer in corners and lot of water leak out from door when showering and flushing button faulty as it doesn't stop water flushing 👎 otherwise an enjoyable stay, even for just a night, let alone more 👌👍.

Ein sauberes, geraumiges Hotel. Es ist eine ganze Hotelanlage die zur Zeit noch erweitert wird.Das Hotel bewirbt sein turkisches Bad und hat auch zwei Restaurants.Offensichtlich scheint es Kinderfreundlich zu sein denn wahrend unseres Aufenthaltes waren dort viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wer die Gegend erkunden mochte dem empfehlen wir einen Leihwagen denn das Hotel liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse und die nachste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 400 Meter entfernt.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Hotel macht von Außen sowie innen einen sehr sauberen und modernen Eindruck. Besonders vom Essen waren wir sehr begeistert!

Slippy floors everywhere, constantly wet and on the first day I fell and hurt my wrist badly. No first aid given. Completely ZERO entertainment for kids. Building work starts very early. Fire alarm went of at 11pm with no explanation and people and young kids having to be woken up and carried down stairs. 2 lifts out order Wouldn't stay here again.

Alles in allem ok, super Buffet, Personal sehr nett, aber Bereiche, die man verbessern müsste. Geruch: immer wieder kloakenartiger Geruch, der nach Auskunft der Rezeption von den Pflanzenschutzmitteln käme aber wohl demnächst andere Mittel verwendet würden. Aber mich ekelt, wenn ich das von und zum Speisesaal zweimal täglich riechen muss. Da vergeht mir der Appetit. Auch auf Balkon und Zimmer 5. Stock) war es immer wieder präsent. Die Klimaanlage kann nicht beeinflusst werden und startet, entgegen der Aussage, dass sie bei offener Balkontür nicht tut, trotzdem. Auch der Abzug im Bad ist sehr laut. Bei einem Event in der Hauptstadt war eine grössere Gruppe Jugendlicher da, die im Hotel und am Pool Party gemacht haben. Ich mag im Urlaub niemand vor meiner Poolliege erbrechen sehen, da kann ich auch an Ballermann. Die Hotelleitung sollte auf dieses Geld lieber verzichten.

Fab-u-ous! The part we stayed in has only just opened & some landscaping still taking place outside but didn't cause any issues. We stayed in the panoramic suite. The view was truly unbelievable overlooking the sea and 2 other islands. It had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, free mini bar and the biggest balcony i have ever seen. Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we came across were happy, friendly and helpful. In fact, people in Malta are very laidback, friendly and happy in general. Breakfast was included, which was a step up from the usual buffet style food. Great qaulity and plenty of choice. We had lunch in one of the restaurants on our arrival, the food and service were so good that we went back again. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the North of the island, plus the 2 other islands. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the rear of the hotel. Plus boat trips to the other island leave from the harbour at the rear of the hotel. Buses in Malta are amazing and very cheap. Get the app and buy a travelcard for around 19 Euros. Easy, stress free travel around the whole island. There is not much else around the hotel so car hire or bus is essential. If you want a clean, friendly hotel with great food, staff and breath taking views, then this hotel is the place.

The hotel has been a fully refurbished and we went there just for 2 nights and it was windy but if you stay all day inside the room you will hear the wind between the sliding door and even at night you will hear it. other thing is that there was no channels for kids and even the Italian channels ( Italia uno ). but after all the food was good and the stuff too

Chambre au dernier étage trop bruyante car tout est sur le toit (aération , bloc clim, eau chaude,…), le ménage n’était pas correctement fait les lits étaient juste refermés sans tirer les draps au carré, les serviettes au sol étaient ramassées mais pas forcément remplacé il fallait demander, petit déjeuner bien garni et idem pour le buffet du soir. Piscine intérieur trop petite et pleine d’enfants bruyants, jacuzzi extérieur en panne, … bonne qualité au carisma spa avec de bonnes masseuses et une gérante exceptionnelle. Nous ne reviendrons toutefois pas car c’est l’usine !

Excellent view and spacious room, and every staff I met was kind and helpful. I got half-board service in the hotel, those were so nice! Every dinner had a variety menu that I can make a choice and enjoy meals.

Had a lovely stay in a very comfortable room with a huge balcony and fantastic sea views. The Indoor swimming pool and hot tubs were also great for the winter months - nice and warm and not too busy, so you were still able to swim. The building work is ongoing, but I did not find this disruptive at all even when sat outside. The entrance and parking area are a bit messy and rough, as is the path to the bus stop - not so easy with a suitcase. Bus stop 10 min walk away with regular service to Mellieha for some alternative dining options, or a Bolt was around 5 Euro. Airport direct bus also stops there - though was very busy between Mdina and St Pauls. Breakfast tasty and plentiful - lots of fruit, yoghurts and fresh omelettes. Had dinner in the Italian twice and lunch in Kofi & Kale twice - both enjoyable. The peninsula around the hotel is very pretty, and I had a lovely walk around the couple of bays, with stunning views over to Comino and crystal blue waters. Also an easy 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal over to Gozo - a well worthwhile trip.

Room was not properly furnished. One small round table plus 2 beds was the total sum of furniture in the room. Not 1 chair in the room. Walls bare, no pictures or anything??? Stayed for 5 nights. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Nisha who made sure that we were happy with our room. The panoramic suite was wonderful. The only problem for us was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately for the last 2 nights we had neighbours who blared the TV constantly all day from 5am. The other slight let down was the children in the spa pool which is the only in door pool. However the hotel does seem to be geared towards families. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with fabulous food.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the years, always a pleasant stay with no issues. The hotel is currently undergoing a major building project that is due to be completed mid 2025 and that will add a further 3 buildings to the hotel as well as more restaurants, pools and facilities. The old hotel has been demolished and all rooms are in the new building that was completed a few years ago. The staff are doing an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and the hotel clean. Rooms are clean and high spec although the layout of some of the rooms with just a glass divide between the toilet, the shower and the main room may be a little too open plan for some. Other rooms in the hotel we have stayed in have had a separate bathroom with toilet, bath, handbasin and 2 showers. Meals are buffet style with a large assortment to choose from, the menu is varied and changes daily. If you have a sweet tooth then the selection of cakes, gateaux etc in the sweet section may leave you avoiding the bathroom scales on your return. We are looking forward to returning next year when the building work has been completed to sample the new facilities, yes the character of the old hotel is gone but the hotel overall has improved greatly.

Disappointing Check-In & Poor Hospitality My experience at Ramla Bay Resort was frustrating from the start. Upon check-in, my key didn’t work, so I had to go back to reception, only to be told it was fine. Security was sent and found that the issue was actually the battery. I had to return to the reception yet again and wait an additional 25 minutes for a new key. Despite these inconveniences, I was denied a room move even within the same category. Overall, the hospitality was poor, and the lack of service made for a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. Floor was super wet.

I had a fantastic stay at Ramla Bay Resort! The hotel has a great pool and is located right by the water, with its own private beach where you can swim or just relax in the sun. There’s also a pool bar serving both drinks and food, which was super convenient – perfect for a quick lunch without having to go to a restaurant. My room was amazing – spacious, clean, and with an incredible sea view where I could enjoy both sunrise and sunset. A huge thank you to Duygo at the reception who made me feel so welcome and was always helpful. Shoutout to Duygo :) The location is a bit far from nightlife, but if you want to visit Gozo Island or the Blue Lagoon, you honestly can’t stay any closer.

Whilst the hotel was very nice, it is very remote - you can’t walk to any bars or restaurants. You can get the bus or a taxi, but there is just nothing in Melliha - even a taxi driver said it was dead. We left after 3 days and went to St Julian

Pro: struttura ottima per vivere a pieno il mare e i servizi relativi (diving, noleggio barche,moto d'acqua etc) Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima pulizia Struttura nuova e bella Contro: Purtroppo molto fuori mano e nessun servizio di navetta offerto da/per località limitrofe se non a pagamento. Piscina al coperto dove in teoria andavano evitati schiamazzi e bambini (c è scritto silent zone fuori) piena di bambini urlanti che si tuffavano e addirittura usavano l'idromassaggio. In compenso l'albergo è bello. Consigliato per il mare (è di fronte a Comino e Gozo), sconsigliato se si vuole vivere anche un po' di vita serale senza dover ricorrere a mezzi di trasporto.

Splendido RESORT sia come pulizia che come trattamento piscine splendide e colazione stupenda ma troppo lontano dal centro. Al di fuori non c’è praticamente nulla e x arrivare alla prima fermata del bus utile dovete fare 1 km a piedi. Bolt o Uber non vogliono venire fin lì a prendervi e se accettano vi chiedono il triplo. Vi ripeto x la struttura e il trattamento 10 ma x la posizione 0 almeno che non decidete di fare una vacanza TOTAL RELAX e non uscite dal RESORT visto che comunque all’interno avete tutto ristoranti supermercato bar distributori piscine di tutti i tipi è un spettacolo

Had a lovely stay in a very comfortable room with a huge balcony and fantastic sea views. The Indoor swimming pool and hot tubs were also great for the winter months - nice and warm and not too busy, so you were still able to swim. The building work is ongoing, but I did not find this disruptive at all even when sat outside. The entrance and parking area are a bit messy and rough, as is the path to the bus stop - not so easy with a suitcase. Bus stop 10 min walk away with regular service to Mellieha for some alternative dining options, or a Bolt was around 5 Euro. Airport direct bus also stops there - though was very busy between Mdina and St Pauls. Breakfast tasty and plentiful - lots of fruit, yoghurts and fresh omelettes. Had dinner in the Italian twice and lunch in Kofi & Kale twice - both enjoyable. The peninsula around the hotel is very pretty, and I had a lovely walk around the couple of bays, with stunning views over to Comino and crystal blue waters. Also an easy 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal over to Gozo - a well worthwhile trip.

il y a un arrêt de bus à 7min à pieds, donc c’est pratique Le port est à 2 arrêts en bus, faut compter 1h20 de bus pour aller à la Valette mais ce n’est pas dérangeant Le personnel est top ! Mon séjour à malte s’est passé merveilleusement bien principalement grâce à l’hôtel ! Merci encore

Für uns war ausschlaggebend dass der Fährhafen nach Gozo nahe, die kleine Fähre nach Comino sogar noch näher liegt. Wir haben das Hotel demnach als Ausgangsbasis für Tagestouren genutzt - dafür liegt es ideal.

This place was generally ok. The pool was lovely, though no toys and towels were hard to come by. The food was beyond delightful with many options but there was a dearth of water. And you have to pay extra for bottled water. There are few amenities for kids and the front desk is not very helpful. The biggest problem I had was not having services I thought were included like an airport shuttle because I booked on hotels.com. I would not generally recommend this place as well because despite its proximity to the ferry to Gozo there was very little help to get out of this remote location. I was shocked at how little help was provided. To get to the ferry I could take a taxi, a bus or walk on the highway despite it being a 15 minute walk away. Perhaps this will resolve itself when construction is finished, but generally it was not a great experience.

Staff were excellent - dealt with every enquiry we had in a very friendly and professional manner. Sea view rooms were absolutely beautiful. My parents received a well-deserved free upgrade on their room from a deluxe double to a panoramic suite. This resort is very child friendly. Food quality at Piatto Nero is fantastic and the staff were very accommodating of our babies!

Facilities exceeded all our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area, sauna and complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a lovely surprise. Staff were super friendly and polite. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were the coffee at the breakfast and the pillows we found a bit uncomfortable. Everything was excellent!

Overall great hotel with nice rooms, excellent italian restaurant. However the main restaurant, with the buffet and breakfast is subpart for a 4 star resort. Really poorly made breakfast dishes, not properly seasoned and watery coffee from an cheap automatic dispenser. Also the the pools are not really cozy, water is way to warm. Rather go to the seaside bathing spot behind the pool area. Also the resort is a little remote from all the rest, a trip to valletta takes about 40mins.

Suite très agréable, vue magnifique même si il manque un salon sur cette immense Terrasse trop vide. 3 piscines extérieures d eau de mer vraiment agréables. Avec suffisamment de transats et parasols en " hors saison" Attention, toute petite plage. Dans l' ensemble bel et agréable établissement très excentré mais avec de nombreux moyens de transports publics ou privés a des tarifs très abordables.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and nice decorated for christmas. We would definately visit again. Only the breakfast could be better. The bread was always dry and the choice of cheese and cold cuts wasn't that good. A lot of things were smoked, even the cheese. The jams were all diabetic friendly (what isn't a bad thing per se) and so had this strange taste of sugar substitutes. Also there was such a large quantity of everything but few guests so I am sure they have a lot of wasted food what is not very sustainable.

Broken A/C, left without solution on our last night (Room 8459, ~€380/night) The air conditioning in our room broke down during our stay in August, with outside temperatures around 30°C. We reported it to the front desk at 7 PM. What followed: Staff inspected the unit, then left — no contact for 50 minutes. When we called the front desk, no one answered. We went down in person, only to find out they had decided "nothing can be done" without even informing us. We were told: no repair possible until the next day, no rooms available for a change, and a fan would be provided instead. We refused — a fan is not a substitute for A/C in 30°C heat. The humidity was so bad that even our bedding was damp. We asked for a higher manager and were told to wait. We waited over 30 minutes with no response, and again had to go to the front desk ourselves before a manager finally appeared. The manager repeated the same answers, handed us a fan, and told us to "talk to the Duty Manager at 9:30 AM tomorrow" — which is our check-out day. For a room costing around €380 per night, we received no real solution, no compensation offer, and were left waiting twice (50 min / 30+ min) with zero communication. We spent our final night in a hot, humid room with damp bedding and no air conditioning. Unacceptable handling at this price level.
